The indian lady who at reception was very good and polite. The room was clean and good.

Lovely place. Very helpful staffs. Peaceful stay, just 3 min walk to a shopping mall and McDonald's. Affordable price. Perfect.

Environments is very nice and comfy though it is small. Staffs were friendly. I like the concept and designs of the hotel. Will consider coming back again in future.

The Malay receptionist staff working on the morning of 15 July charged us rm30 for having tiny spots on the bed sheets. I have never encountered such in all my years of staying in hotel I believe this is not a proper way of doing business and that it was an under table way of profiting from the customer without the bosses' knowing. Unless this hotel does not clean all of its bed sheets after customers have left? Otherwise the place was very clean and good, Indian receptionist staff was very sweet and made us feel welcomed. We were very happy with this place, and wanted to return again until we were about to check out when this incident happen. Corruption in the country even at the lowest level is not going to be shushed, hence my review.

We were very happy meeting the lovely Indian lady receptionist who made us feel very welcomed. Place is small but it has everything you would need. Good Wi-Fi, clean, free drinks downstairs. Unfortunately the Malay receptionist working on 15july morning forfeited our 30rm for having spots on the sheets This is not standard hotel practice and is definitely an under table extortion of customers money This left a bitter taste, and we will not be returning. We will not stand for corruption.

Rather small and cramped rooms but it's clean and staff are friendly. MRT is about less than 10 minutes walk away and cheras leisure mall is 5 minutes walk away with other nice kopitiam within 5 minutes walk. Good lobby decoration but room is more to neat, simple and clean. The hotel don't change your sheets during your stay though, even if u requested them to change for you. Not sure if that's how hotels work or just this one.

Contemporary looking hotel with an affordable price. There is a 7-11 convenience store within the same row, a shopping mall across the road and plenty of local food options surrounding the area for breakfast, lunch and dinner. MRT is within walking distance, connecting right into the city center. Every Saturday night there is a night market next to the hotel. Perfect location for travellers wanting a taste of the local lifestyle.

Nice looking hotel but that's about it. Do not book this hotel if you want a restful night. The room is not sound proofed at all. You can hear motorcycles go by every few seconds as this hotel is also next to a highway. Even ear plugs don't help. Maybe th other rooms towards the back of the hotel are better I don't know.

My experience staying here is filled with enormousness disappointment. I have to say I had very high expectation to this hotel given the ultra high score and positive reviews. It is almost like a mystery to me. 1. Location: in a city like KL where the main tourist spots are very much in the city center, this hotel is in a neighborhood with basically nothing. They tell you there's a supermarket. You need to travel back into the city every day. I dont get other benefit from staying away from the city — like authentic local atmosphere/building. I dont see the point of wasting commuting time in a city with notoriously bad traffic. 2. Most annoying air-con ever. The air conditioning kept making sound all night. We had to turn it off but we woke up in the mid of the night cos it got very warm. We got up a few times just to turn on/off the air-con. And the air-con was literally leaking there's water on the floor the next day we woke up and water kept dripping. 3. Size of the room. I know I did get warned by other guests in their reviews. But I thought the service, design would complement the size of the room. It is TINY.

Cosy and great environment, very clean and friendly hotel staffs. Very nice location where malls are nearby. Hotel parking only have 2 available first come first serve but there's a multi story car park right in front which is very convenient.

Parking is no longer a problem as in front of the hotel has one multi-storey carpark.

Located in Taman Segar and walking distance to Leisure Mall. Parking no issue as ample parking just in front of it. Shop lot Hotel but believe that much cost and efford are done hence it is superbly design up market looks and feels. It is a very nice upscale look hotel from outside and inside. Rooms with theme design and practicality. Well done and proud of this hotel. My Hong Kong friend stay here for 1 night and visited hence the feedback.

The pillow was fluffy and soft but its too tall for me and its very hard to let me sleep comfortly. Luckily it still provide the bello&bella long pillow to let me cuddle and sleep with. Theres a lot of parking but quite a little bit hard to find it. Sound proof? Upstairs so noisy, I can heard people talking so loud from outside of my hotel door. Toilet paper never replace the new one and no spare. I love the very cold aircond there, with the thick warm blanket. The toilet door its quite hard to push for open and close and hotel door lock. Fire alarm ringing this morning n it totally interrupted while people are sleeping. Hopefully this hotel will improve more.

A modern and chic 3 star hotel in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur area. The rooms are clean, nice and comfortable with all the amenities provided in the room. Room rates are also very cheap for such good hotel.

Pretty disappointed with this hotel. Deluxe Room is small. Bed sheet was dirty with stain, requested to change but the house cleaning went home for the day. Hotel deposit had to pay in cash only. You can't pay with credit card. Location wise is near leisure mall. I wonder how they managed to get great rave review.

Cheap, good, but in service he lacks. When I get there they didn't help me load bags and luggage.

Im staying here & love this place. There have hair-dryer, bathtub, small refrigerator. The room is small & clean. I give them 5 stars because they are friendly & lovely.

This hotel is such a nice stylish hotel, clean and comfortable some of the staff was nice but its hard to find a parking lot and we got big miss taken from the staff when we booked the room even we went there to checked and do the payment before and they didn't willing to expand in a good way and fixed it for us. Just lets we wait again and again. So I felt disappointed.

Highly recommend! We stay for 5 nights with 3 young kids. Child friendly, new and clean room, very friendly staff and house keeping with affordable price! Good location for food and shopping. Hopes will keep up the good work &services.
