Spacious rooms, friendly staff and very near to KLCC. 3 minutes walking.

This 3 bedroom apartment is very new; newly refurbished perhaps. All the staff are fantastic, a great asset indeed. We also love the fish/duck/turtle pond at the lobby, a very welcoming sight for family with children.
Our apartment is very warm even at night, ascott need to improve on that one.

Great location and spacious rooms.

Very courteous staffs right from the concierge, front desk team, housekeeping and all. Exceptional service. Security is tight, I felt safe being there. Bed was super comfy (except pillows were too soft, we didnt know we could request for other type of pillows, only knew upon check-out). Truly enjoyed my stay there.

Its really clean and staff are warm and accommodating… though the breakfast was average.

Wifi connection gets lost everytime. For someone using Roaming, this is annoying and causing serious charges on the phone bill. Breakfast was basic, two choices on danish that are both cold and hard. Tea is premade and you can’t even make your own green tea or earl grey. No pancakes or waffles. No oats. Very limited and disappointing choices. Fruits has watermelon and the very unripe and sour pineapple. It felt like the head of the kitchen doesn’t want people to enjoy eating there. I had stayed here for a night and had ordered two room service. Both food came in boxes and plastic containers which was disappointing considering the price you had to pay. And at one point, I had to wait for my food for 40 minutes during my one hour lunch. Sorely disappointing service by Ascott. Would not stay here again.

Impeccable service and room was so spacious and clean. Staffs went d extra mile to make my mum’s birthday celebration a memorable one (wall decor, balloons and cake). They even went all out to help me find my lost iPad. They r all what a five star hotel should be and more d kids enjoyed d Easter Day activity too. Location was also perfect! ❤️ we are definitely coming back!

What’s not to love about this place? Nothing! The rooms are spacious, the amenities are good, friendly staffs and not to mention within walking distance to many shopping centres. We’ll definitely be back soon.

Bad hotel first no hot water in floor 25 am in 07 now. Second electricity today shut off? And tomorrow will shut off again! Last important thing I sent email to the company no body answer? Is this a good hotel? Now I send here and Twitter. Because hotel rate is not 4.4 I swear.

Serviced Apartment in the heart of KL. Very close to KLCC & Petronas Twin Towers. If you want to go to the Pavilion Mall you can use the pedestrian walkway from KLCC directly into the Pavilion Mall. For breakfast there is only a small restaurant in front of the apartment. The rooms provided are very comfortable and spacious. There are types of rooms with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. There is a kids club, gym and swimming pool upstairs.

Very recommended to stay. With friends or family. Good and friendly staff. clean room, nice pool, will definitely come back again for another vacation.

Great place and great location. Been here 4 times and always enjoy the stay. But the management can do some renovations and maintenance.

A good serviced apartment in Kuala Lumpur. Friendly and professional staff and good facilities. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. Only complain from my side was the lack of shampoo and balsam in the room. Only 1 bottle each was provided free of charge, additional bottles came at an extraordinary high cost. But otherwise very pleased with our visit.

A very nice and comfortable hotel with good security features. Near to KLCC and night clubs. The lobby was very simple. Use your room key in the lift to access your floor. The rooms were nicley done and decorated. Front office staff and the room maids were friendly and very cooperative. Very nice breakfast as well. Highly recommended to those who prefer elegant hotels.

Close to the Shuangfeng tower in a hotel, it is very quiet and comfortable and the noise is very good, the desk staff and the room staff are very enthusiastic and professional. The transportation is also convenient. It's a great place to have a good night's life in the neighborhoods.

A year ago it was better. Something has changed, and not in the best way…

Ascott is a deluxe residence and has very good furnishing for each of the rooms. It is a walking distance away from the Petronas twin towers and has very polite staff. It is also very accessible and has several shuttle services. Overall this residence is a good place to stay and visit Kuala Lumpur. Also note that there is heavy traffic during peak hours around the building. There is a convenience store at the ground floor and they have good deco.

Aside from the malfunctioning air conditioning in the room, it is spacious for big groups. Management did the best to accommodate for the broken ac by switching our rooms. Despite the room not being on a smoking floor, management met us in the middle by allowing the balcony access for smokers.

I love Ascott. Been here before many years ago and went here again last week. Still wonderful.

Always be my favourite place to stay if given a choice. Room n staff hospitality is great. Have Playroom for kids. Downside: lack of breakfast choice. Self dryer machine not effective.

Affordable, but poor service. When we checked in, the unknown person used door card to break in, the next floor with the counter to inform the situation, the counter staff smiled when nothing else. Quite exaggerated!

The hotel room was more akin to an apartment, and as such, it was incredibly spacious and well-furnished. The wardrobe space is also more than sufficient, with the numerous charging ports around the room being an added convenience. However, the Wi-Fi reception was rather iffy, and the router required nightly restarts before it could get going again. In terms of facilities, the hotel is very well-equipped, even having their own spa room. The gym was nice, and the large windows inside meant that you could get a good view of the surroundings. However, it was rather limited in terms of equipment. Those looking to lift barbells should look elsewhere because the only weights you will find here are dumbbells. The machines are also limited to mostly treadmills, with there being only a few dedicated to working out your upper body. Regardless, you will definitely have a pleasant stay here.

One of the best serviced apartments in the heart of kulalampur. Friendly staff members, who are ready to help you. Complimentary breakfast is also very tasty and you can select a variety of dishes.

It’s within walking distance to KLCC so it’s perfect to stay if you have work around the area. The room is spacious, comfortable and has everything you nees; iron, kitchen, microwave oven, plenty of power plugs, and even a coffee maker. The bathroom awesome as well. Breakfast is decent with limited choices.

Wonderful stay at Ascott. The apartment type rooms fully equipped and are so spacious. We really enjoyed our stay for 3 nights. Wish we stayed a little longer. If we should visit KL, we will surely go back to Ascott.

Comfortable service apartment/hotel in the heart of town. For a similar price to girls around the area, you get a bigger space, a bigger room, including a kitchenette for light cooking if you so desire. Friendly staff are prompt with their service. Breakfast is somewhat lacklustre (continental plus is how they describe it) but Suria KLCC mall is just across the road with tons of options. A good business accommodation option in the heart of KL.

Location is excellent. Just 500m from Petronas towers. That means it's near to shopping malls and restaurants. Given 4 stars coz the rooms and toilets are getting worn over time. Nevertheless, still a perfect place to stay for family and couples. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel specifically for families, you can have an apartment equipped with everything you need, it let you feel that you are in your home. Also it is neer to pavilion mall and KLCC and many restaurants that you can just walk to get there.

The most perfect and spacious accommodation for a family. A high standard throughout and all facilities you could need. Located just a short walk from Petronas towers and surrounded by great bars and restaurants.

We have been enjoying The Ascott's hospitality every year since 2009 and highly recommend staying here. The staff make you feel very welcome, the location is perfect and the rooms are spatious, clean and well furnished.

It's an aging hotel/residence. The suites are very large and spacious, and there is a TV in every room. However there were some issues with the first suite we were checked into. It was leaking water from the ceiling near the entrance, one of the toilets couldn't flush and the safe couldn't unlock. We then were shifted to another room where things were more functional. Curtains were quite dusty in all the rooms however. The room service is fast, but food came in plastic take out containers. Very spacious gym and a pool with good views.

Beautiful place in the heart of the city. One of the few hotels in the area that provides a balcony to enjoy the weather in KL. The staff are always smiling and accommodating.

Well positioned between the KL Tower and the Petronas towers. Close to some good food outlets and a few malls which opens up options if staying in the area. Residence apartments are spacious and comfortable. Decent sized pool which offer a good view to the KL Tower. Staff are friendly and very helpful.

Stayed here for 4 months with the three bedroom apartment and I was impressed with the excellent hospitality. The breakfast selection is very basic but the restaurant (Tujo) is great for dinners and lunches. The room is not as airy as I would've hoped but it was sufficient. I would highly recommend this place for families and anyone looking for convenience as there are a lot of conveniences here within walking distance such as the Petronas Towers and Bukit Bintang (there's a long pedestrian bridge down the street which will lead you directly inside the Pavilion Mall).

Staff's friendly. Food was ok. The room is very clean and spacious. The view from our room was awesome. But unfortunately, the staff didn't help to carry the luggage and stuffs to the car during check-out time. Overall, its money-well-spent living place.

Well appointed rooms, decent staff, great location. Shower and bed is superb.
