You don't get a large spread. If You are looking at a comfortable place to stay, in the vicinity of KL Sentral, this could be a good choice. Excellent service and staff. The place has many restaurants nearby.

This is a service apartment but with hotel features and is located with 5 min walk from NU Sentral connecting to KL sentral. Its new and it's beautiful with spacious rooms and excellent kept bathroom.

Great big room with fine datails and facilities well equipped. Perfect view. Warm service. Perfect location. Tried the other Ascott at KLCC also same high standard. Shall be back.

Room is clean and comfortable. All the service staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Housekeeping does a fantastic job too. Great stay for family with young kids as hotel comes with kitchen and laundrette. Only 5 mins to Nu Sentral and 8 mins airport train. Lots of good food area here too. Superb!

Loved the spacious rooms. Nice rooftop n gym n pool. Good breakfast. But it's a no smoking building.

Has been a regular patron of this place. Easily assessable via driving. Lots of good Indian food around this area. Clean hotel rooms, buy some groceries from nearby BSC and cook if you don’t feel like eating out.

The place is located near KL Sentral and Little India. Many stores and places to eat. Good place to stay and the room is so big and spacious. Love the kitchen!

Nice place and spacious. I'm solo traveling for business and staying for couple of days here. Amenities are adequately satisfying. Highly recommended.

Hotel staff were of the utmost friendly and resourceful. There's ample parking spaces within the building (make sure you get your ticket validated at the lobby before proceeding to your car). It is within walking distance to the mall and plenty of offices; very convenient. I would recommend travelers on a business purpose to stay here as it perfectly caters to the needs of a business visitor to central KL.

The room is like Mah Sing's show unit. Beautiful & classy.

Nice place to stay in Kuala Lumpur city. Located in the Brickfields little India, one of the prime places within city limits and proximate to tourist places such as KL city centre, central market, China town, Hindu temples, Mid valley mega mall, Nu Central mall, and many. The rooms are spacious and prices are reasonable. There is a laundry, gymnasium, garden, swimming pool and wading pool. Staff are courteous and very responsive and customer friendly. This is a service apartment and there are no restaurants inside except breakfast. But no worries, there are plenty of restaurants outside the hotel just nearby.

Good location — food, mall and train station within short walking distance. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room and other facilities are luxurious. Worth it.

Check-in was quick, with a RM 150 refundable deposit. Spacious, clean room, with a wide comfortable bed. The bathroom is clean, and feels luxurious. Worthwhile to spend a night or two.

Friendly staff, fully equipped kitchen with complementary nespresso capsules. However, check in and out was slow.

Can be better. House keeping not consistent. Bedsheets are torn and stained. Maintenance needs to step up… Front desk people are friendly. Overall is quite pleasant.

My favorite place when I stay in KL. Not far from KL Sentral. You pay same price as hotel or less, but you would get 1 room suite.

+ Very capable and friendly staff, all speaking English. + Hotel decorated with taste right into the halls and rooms. + Super fast and efficient lifts + Very nice indoor gym with modern treadmill machines and a super view + Very nice roof-level pool + The hotel is located 5 minutes away from a large mall and the main train station + The rooms are clean, modern and well equipped. They are also extremely large. + Good Wi-Fi performance, I am glad I had a local SIM card for better data throughput. + Good water flow in the shower. — Poor breakfast buffet handled by an external party and which does not do justice of the rest this facility offers. — A road without pedestrian crossing needs be walked through to reach the mall and train station. More a problem of the city than Ascott though.

Nice little hotel. It is not a pompy place; but a clean & affordable place of stay.

Best of the best. One of the best hotels I've ever went. Like it so much and if I visit Kuala Lumpur again I'll come back to it.

The apartment is next to Shell's office if one is working there. I really enjoyed staying there thanks to the comfartable apartment, fast internet and various facilites such as swimming pool, gym, launderette and cafe.

It's almost brand new which is a good start. On top of that it's great value. Generously sized one bedroom apartment, with all the mod cons sets you back less than a regular room in many competing hotels close by. Location to KL Sentral is excellent and only a 5 minute walk to the KLIA Ekspres train station. Little India right outside as well. Breakfast is a bit hit and miss however. Overall it's a great place to stay of you appreciate large rooms in a good location.

Had breakfast at MEALS and found there was worms on the salad, when I gave it to the staff she just ignored and didn't even gave a comment or sorry. So proud. I will never have breakfast there anymore.

Decent for service apartment stay. Place don't have the dining place of its own. Attached restaurant is available in nearby building which doesn't serve good variety in breakfast unlike other premium hotels. Room service decent and no restrictions on outside food.

The room is great but the breakfast is not so continental.
