I work with the Government QS Team. We stay at Tower 2 Hotel the staffs are very good the hotel buffet is very nice daily many local Asian food. My room is in level 8 great room. Newly renovated this floor. Now the hotel is renovating some floors. Highly recommended.

I must say, I got lucky when I got assigned to arenaa star hotel for quaratine. The staff was just excellent. Considering that we were a family of 5 with small children and undergoing quarantine, the staff tried their best to accomodate our needs. Shout out to the manager, Mr. Yogan who was a blessing and I got lucky that I met him. Also Mr Manjeet at the reception responded quickly to our issues and was very helpful.
Overall, the quarantine is very a difficult time especially if you have small children accompanying you but the staff here made sure that the whole process was as comfortable as possible. Thank you guys.

Decent clean well appointed rooms but just enough space to move around. For indians n that too veggies it's going to be painful as no veg menu or room service. Breakfast has decent items on veggies with breads and cereals. Overall a good place for the price A great relief for extra bed requirement ad the rooms has a fixed bed in the family room category. value for money.

First the best things. Location — this the best thing what this hotel has got. Thogh the hotel is at the centre of the city rooms still have enough place. I heard that in kl hotels bathrooms wont have enough space but here it was big compared to our room. Room service is good Bad things We only got 2 small water bottles and 2 tea bags. And if we order 1 more bottle they should give it as a compliment. But we wont get it. Rooms have enough space but are congested. During checkout they will just call in our rooms though they are having our mobile numbers. And check out time is 12 and if you are late in checking out they will charge you much more than expected.

I originally booked for a standard room but to my disappointment, it was cramped, not ventilated, and worse, smelly! I can't just cancel so I upgraded to a presidential suite on the 11th floor. A hundred ringgit room rate became a thousand ringgit booking for a night. The new suite is a big leap from the standard room for a relatively fair price. It has three rooms inside, a jacuzzi and a good view of the city. Despite the initial bad impression on standard rooms, I could give commendation for the front desk crews. They are attentive and adept in handling disappointed clients. The hotel needs an overall revamp to maintain at least a 3-star status.

It's a good hotel… centrally located… a/c rooms are comfortable… Good ambience… Employees are helpful… most of the boys are working here are from Bangladesh… Food is good and tasty… Reception desk is helpful always… Bathroom is also very neat and clean… locker is available inside the room… refrigerator is also inside the room. Good stay here…

It was a really good stay for us as a family. The location of the hotel is perfect for all the destinations you would want to go to if you where sightseeing. The complementary breakfast is really nice. The check in process is a little 'uneasy' but the quality of the hotel makes up for it.

A very nice and cozy place to stay. The room is quite ok and the decoration is beautiful. However the parking is quite limited. The staff are friendly and the food is nice. Love the shower as the water pressure is great. Recommended to stay. But the management need to ensure a frequent service of aircond need to be made as in my rented room. The aircond is not functioning well. If I visit to KL again, the hotel will sure be in the list of stay again.

Hotel located in prime location in KL city centre close to many tourist attractions and at a walkable distance from a mono/metro rail station. The staff are helpful. The breakfast buffet is just ok. The hotel has a travel desk. The main disadvantage is the smell from people smoking. Though the management has put up notices stating that the hotel is a smoke-free area, people continue to smoke and leave that irritating smell in the lift, corridors etc. The rooms are cramped as well. Families with children looking fo a good place to stay in KL please plan ahead and book elsewhere. We booked at the last minute and had limited options available.

The reception person is not so friendly in the start. Rooms are neat and spacious. Morning breakfast also good. Value for money. Located in center of the city, near to all main attractions.

Good location — central & convenient. Indian-centric hotel. Indian food outlets are close-by. Walkable distance to China town. Rooms are a bit small (deluxe room) and dont expect a plush interior. Indian food spread is limited in buffet. Stayed there for 2 nights. — managed that but a third night stay there would have been a push.

The hotel is old and dirty. The bed linen was very dirty. As if not changed after past guests. One advantage is that it is closer to the center is located. Breakfast is catered for by Hindus.

This is situated in prime locality, convenient for Indian Tourists especially. Second parallel land is full of Indian restaurants. All the main markets are close by. Most of the tour operators are well versed with the Hotel and pick up and drop is easy. As far as room is concerned, they are OK. Not very big but exactly fits. Washrooms are adequate and there is no complaint. The breakfast spread is too little for Indians and especially vegetarians. I would suggest the tourists not to opt for breakfast option as there are better restaurants available close-by. The staff is courteous and attentive. Overall I am satisfied with the service and I would recommend.

Poor hotel room lighting is very dark, the first floor of the Volkswagen toilet Wow always never seen so dirty toilet and blocked. Frightening.

Had the room in the Bollywood floor. The rooms are neat, tidy and cozy. Not really satisfied by the house keeping and room services. The bath towels were missing when I checked in and had to wait for more than 2 hours to get it delivered. There’s no proper swimming pool and the rooftop is a mess.

A good hotel. Centrally located. So city tour won't be an issue. Food is good, even for the Indians traveling there.

Very nice budget hotel in kl, loved it. The food in nearby hotels was also good for vegetarian like us. But swimming pool was the size of bath tub.

Good Budget hotel… having two different sides one is new and second is old. Always try to get room in new side. I stayed in a old room which was not good. One good thing is charging plugs in this hotel supports Indian plugs so no need to use adapters. They only provide one litre of water daily after that you have to purchase. Food is good and tasty.

Ysterday I went for arena star for lunch, I ordered pizza. I ate 3pcs, balance asked them to packed take away. The staff dropped pizza down but didn't refund or apologize to me. Bad Services n no courtesy!

This Hotel was very very noisy. Children crying all night and lots of thumping about going. The actual Hotel was not so bad but below what we expected. The surrounding area is the big big problem and traffic terrible. Checked out next day.

Hotel rooms are excellent, centrally located, Indian veg food of excellent quality served here, staff is co operative, will certainly recommend to all who are visiting Malaysia.

Very bad experience room in 6th floor. Room is dirty. Food is bad. The housing keeping is not efficient! Room is really really filty! Too much attitude by staff.

Last month I visited this hotel. The behavior of staff is very friendly. Cleaning of 7th floor is very good. All facilities are every time available. Whenever I get chance to visit malaysia again then I will choose this hotel… 

The hotel is located in Kuala Lumpur, the hotel is situated within easy access of delightful shopping opportunities, business areas, entertainment venues and dining options, making this an appealing choice for business and leisure travelers alike. This is the most budget hotel that anyone could find in KL and feels like we are in India. You will find many people from India 90% of from Souther part. You get free breakfast with so many options may be a bit of issue if you are a vegetarian. Even through you will have fruits, breads, rice and pulses. So shouldn't be an issue. 2 mins walking to bus stop, 5 mins to China town, 7 mins walking to Central market and 1.6 kms is Petrobras tower. Many tourist locations are nearby. In night go towards Independence tower and you can enjoy many activities. Rooms are really small with small bathrooms, but get around enjoy your holiday outside as this is not the kind of room where you can enjoy your day and night without stepping out. On 11th floor they have a very small pool. China town shopping is like CP shopping in India, if you don't know bargaining, better don't go there. You can enjoy shopping experience in Central market, best fixed price with amazing shopping experience at best price. Go to Aquaria, take bus from behind the hotel free bus first purple and then change to Green you will see the map at the bus stop. And so many tourist spots can't mention all. Do some research on Google and enjoy your holiday. There is so much to explore in this beautiful city and it's not expensive and you can save your money. Remember to dine in Jaya restaurant walk straight 7-9 mins straight from the hotel (taking left when you exit). You won't get that taste and price in enjoy KL.

The location is good bus, taxi, metro service near very good. Frindly staff. The room AC wasn't working properly, room was small, morning breakfast was horabul which I paid for, I only eate breakfast 3 time in 10 days stay at the hotel. The gym treadmill was not working. Elevator were slow.

Good Experience enjoying a fun styled suite. Life performances in the bar. Nice lobby with helpful staff.

Want to be a 4 star hotel but I think as soon as the 3 star reaches. Rooms dirty and badly organized. The bathroom has been designed by an incompetent first rate.

Beautiful appearance, the hotel is actually very little or badly maintained. Clogged drain, sink pipes cut. However the staff is very nice and the location is excellent.

Staff are okay, not overly helpful but the place is nice and clean. The location is good to see KL.

Very bad receptionist. They have no experience to solve problems. I requested "check in early" and they replyed with a confirmation and sent me a taxi to airport. When I reached to hotel they said "your time at 2 oclock not now! ". I show them the confirmed email, they said ; this signature is absent today YOU HAVE TO WAIT. I want to meet the manager, they said ; we are the manager. Oh my God.

Nice experience. Wonderful complimentary breakfast. Surrounded by number of south indian restaurants.

Very Good Hotel and Located min of the Town. Surrounded all. Indian restaurant especially South Indian Restaurant are more Connected with metro and Busb.

Excellent location, was the first time my wife and do not regret it. First of all the attractions in walking distance; "Petrosov" 15 min increments. Overall, the service and the rooms are nice! I wish you a pleasant stay).
