It's a good budget hotel. Friendly staff. Cleanliness is also okay. Bathroom is clean but bed need to be more clean. Quite noisy place as it is situated in the main city area.

The parking lot was easy, just to inform them that u need the parking, else it will be a headache to find a park. The room was ok, clean. The receptionist not that friendly. Other than that, I have a good sleep and the location is near the lrt station.

Clean, public transport friendly, close to chiw kit traditional market where you can by cheap fruits & vegetables. The best is that thwy provide multi type of power plug so we don't need to use adapter.

I was given this hotel as an option by my tour agent as part of my package. I sincerely suggest tourists to think twice before choosing this hotel. I was put up in a room in first floor. There was no ventilation or sunlight and the usual damp odour from a closed room. Since I stayed for two nights and I would be out visiting places most of the time, I didn't want to complain. The area next to the hotel is verrrrry local and it is definitely scary for international tourists to venture. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast which was good. There is college cafeteria nearby which also serves good food. This hotel is ok for business travellers but not for tourists who come with family.

The room was clean and big. The location was great with many street food places around. The rooms are for smokers too! I think that is very important to know before booking. The Wi-Fi was OK more or less. The stuff wasn't very nice but the housekeeping was very nice and smiled :-) The breakfast was good but become boring for me after 2 days.

Will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Poor location and no support from the hotel staff.

Definitly NOT choose this hotel again & won't recomment to anyone! No parking, got prank phone call in the middle of midnite offered available parking by the hotel… Make me freaked out about safety staying at this hotel… I was stayed at 4th floor but still could hear people chatting downstairs…

For budget hotel they are very good service. Clean. New environment… fast service…

Great hotel and very kind people working there! Room was little bit noisy, because it was close to the street. But you could ask for one not so close to the street. The room was very clean and was even cleaned again after one day (we only stayed there for two nights). Adorable! Go there! It is close to Chow Kit Public Transport Station. Outside the hotel you find a Seven Eleven Shop (Supermarket) and traditional Malaysian market with foods and clothes. Really nice place, nice people and you feel save in this big city (24 hours security). We loved it! Thank you Crossroads-Team!

Hotel inside is good really service is also good but only one problem is because there parking really no I was there for a long, long time finally found the right car park in a few streets next door to the Muslim tea restaurant there is a large space to walk to the hotel is not far away If it's recommended to live in this hotel? I would say it would be convenient to take grab and Uber. Even if the monorail is very close to the hotel, there is no problem, except there is no car park, there are no problems to live in if you choose by the window, you should be more noisy, but not very serious hope that these questions can be referred to you.

The room was adequately sized for a single person, with ample room. The only problem might be the lack of power outlets for kettles, since there was only 2 power outlets, one for the television and one beside the bed. Also, certain rooms were situated beside the busy road, and hence were a bit noisy even towards the middle of the night, but otherwise everything was pleasant, from the service to the professionalism the staff presented.

Not a sound proof room, can hear children cry and closing of doors. Not a user friendly for family with children and room quite small. No parking lots available, the security guard keep chasing us to park elsewhere although there are empty lots on front of the hotel. We will not recommend this hotel to family members and friends.

It’s looks like in the picture, no parking provided, strongly not recommended, small room, again I address NO PARKING… I booked for 3 days. So its hard to get the parking… again I address… NO PARKING… strongly not recommended… No dressing table… no cupboard… nothing here… no prayer mat…

Easy for find food stall even after midnight. Not far from kampung baru kuala lumpur. Right opposide Hospital Kuala Lumpur.

Reasonable price with good sleep, remember to shut the windows for better rest, or u will hear the motor vehicles drove off your pillow.

Solid 3 star but nothing more. Located in a Muslim neighborhood and the 5 prayer calls through the loud speaker really got in my nerve, especially early in the morning. The sound was very loud and I didn't like it at all, but it's not hotel fault. Just a bad location. Otherwise, just a simple 3 star hotel with all the basic ammenities. Chow Kit metro is 3 minute walk. During daytime is safe, but I would not venture out at night except in the main street.

Located next to monorail station which is very convenient. They have 5 parking spots right in front of the door. Superior room huge, can easily fit another bed inside. Budget hotel amnities. Coffee, sugar and creamer provided but no tea. Staff not that friendly but ok. Room key is abit complicated to use, need to ask them how to unlock the door first time. Plastic seating in the room was dirty. Ok for short stay, considering the price paid. But if u have slightly more budget, go elsewhere better.

Many rooms without Windows. Air conditioning was broken. For change numbers asked for money. So as better number although the only thing that there is a better Windows and hot water.

The room was comfy and clean for the price, but there's literally no parking space at all. You basically have to leave your vehicle on the street overnight in this crowded Neighborhood.

I like this hotels. Near from public transportation chowkit station. The room very nice I think.

Its quite new to me even its surrounded with unpleasant seen but its near to food paradised Kg Bahru and near to Chow Kit uptown juz a walking distance from the hotel. Monorail /Lrt station juz a few mins walking distance. The hotel staff are friendly, the room look pleasant and spacious its not hidden what showed in the website and I preferred to accomodate in Crossroads hotel next time when I'll visit K. L. Its a central hotel to anywhere in K. L.

Really hospitable staff! Location is great if you are on the hunt for local food and markets. Would recommend spending the few bucks more on a deluxe room.

Location near to restaurants and shops… clean and comfortable place. Friendly staff… definitely will come again… there are people even stay in this hotel for 2 years @. @

The room was nice with a super comfy bed, perfect for a good night sleep after a long and tiring day. The location is conveniently located in the heart of KL City so transportation isn't a problem. However it gets a bit dodgy at night (well it's Chow Kit what can I say). Didn't feel safe walking around solo. Other than that, its all good.

Very bad service I had never seen！staff no manner！when you ask them solve problem, they just give you black face! provided satellite tv? puiii! it just got Ntv 1, 2, 3! provided Wi-Fi but the line can't get through at all！car park very limited！when I ask to solve the car park limited issue, they never take notice and ask us to solve ourselves! The room is totally very small and the floor felt oily! bathroom shower water pressure very small just enough for a little water! In mandarin, we call this type of hotel as"hei dian"! I paid but not worth with the price! As advisor, I really really don't hope your guys will be the victim like I do. I swear, I'll never come to this hotel anymore! what the hell like shit!

Cosy place. Petronas Twin Towers can be seen from hotel. Rooftop restaurant with good view, lots of eateries around. Unstable Wi-Fi connection, low water pressure for showers. Not enough power outlets for rooms with 4 persons. Not recommended for travellers with cars, very limited parking space. Bathroom door cannot be locked.

Dislike: Bathroom didnt have a knob nor a lock which means no privacy. What I hated the most was having the electricity cut off every time you leave your room which is very frustrating when being hot and wanting the air condition to be on. Hotel rooms are very near each other which means TV has to be turned down alot. Likes: Chow Kit is a minute away from metro station. You can see the Petronas Towers very clearly. Breakfast was okay. Staff were nice.

Good place if youre on a budget, the area of Cgow Kit is not so good. Had incredibly disruptive neighbours, so had to switch room.

For those who need a parking for ur car, pls dun come (no parking at all and will ask u to park beside the main road)
For those who love to shower, u will be very disappoint with the slow shower (slow water even cannot wash away my shampoo throughly）
For those who like to sleep in cold, better be naked when u sleep (useless aircon)
For those who love to hear the sound of cars or trucks or buses from the road，u will fall in love with this hotel.

Clean, comfort, helpful staff, near LRT stesen.

It isn't too bad. The hallways inside can be a bit musky but the room (if you get a window) can be opened to air it out and get some fresh air. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice Indian food store nearby and a mini market. There is also some odd restaurants around but off the main road you will find yourself walking through dark streets for a while. If you're eager though there is some hidden night food (popup style) seafood and other local restaurants around. Locals who drive seem to know exactly where these are around here.

Friendly staff, clean and roomy! Pricing fits. Call receptionist for a parking spot amidst the street chaos. Parked cars are watched by hired guard (s).
