Great experience ever at this hotel.

It has been more than 8 years since my last stay at Westin KL with my wife (gf back then) and this time was with my twins girl. The hotel ambience is still as cosy, staffs is still as friendly and the bed is still as comfortable as I remembered. Never forgot about the foods, it is still as yummy and with a good spread of selection 👨‍👩‍👧‍👧🫰🏻❤️

Well located near Pavilion but not bustling. A bit off from the main crowd and everything is an easy walk away. Even the MRT is nearby. I recommend not to drive if you stay here. The traffic is always backed up outside.

Came here for my Agency’s Half year review program. I love the room, ambiance and the food. The best part is the Hotel provide durian feast which I experienced first time. I love the staff here very friendly. Love the swimming pool located at the 4th floor and the gym facing pavilion is awesome. Felt like day time even when’s it’s night. Thank you.

Parking was full on the night I went for dinner at The Living Room. The staff at the parking was rude and told me to just find parking and yelled at me when I said they are full and I don’t mind valet parking. So the Indian guy said: there are people already paid RM40 for valet and reservation spot. He said so as though I can’t afford RM40 to you? Worst was those parking guy wear their mask on chin. And I have to tell them to wear it cover their mouth pls. Dinner at The Living Room was one of the most terrible dining experiences. The food choices and quality is worst experience ever. There are more sauces served than main dishes. And while I appreciate you serve lamb, but without mint sauce is like you serve nasi lemak without sambal. And the choice was food is so limited and I think the mix rice stall in pavillion food court serve more choices. It was seriously terrible experience. Is this even 5 star hotel?

One of the best hotel that I've stayed! Keep it up and definitely will come again!

Apparently a wise person once said "A fool and his money are soon parted. " Honestly I regret staying here. The weak link of an otherwise fabulous group of hotels in KL under the Marriott Bonvoy brand which we all know and love. The staff here are very friendly but I feel cheated by the product. Upgraded to executive club (~75% more expensive) but it's a lousy offer and a total rip-off. The room itself is essentially the same as a regular king room just on a slightly higher floor. I feel so lucky to have seen the side of an office block at a higher altitude. No cocktails during "cocktail hour". Only entitled to a single glass of wine or beer apparently. I asked the day manager to define what she thought cocktails meant. Breakfast was unappealing. Overcrowded and poor quality food. I had a single dry croissant and frankly I wish I'd saved the calories. Lodged a complaint during the stay but wasn't resolved by the time I checked out. Left feeling angry and unheard. Will be applying for a full refund. Avoid.

My room is upgrade to residance room. So nice, can cook in here and all the kitchenware is complete. The pool is huge and use the S. O. P. My kids very happy. The staff also very friendly. We will stay here again. 😊

Ultra-comfort, beautiful environment, friendly service staff Hotel room ultra-clean The softness of the bed is moderate And be able to sleep soundly. I have been a regular visitor for many years. One of Kuala Lumpur's preferred hotels 👍👍 every visit.

Nice hotel and Staf very friendly.

Do not recommend high tea at The Living Room. Nothing special about their food. Even though was told high tea session was for 2 hours, we were told to vacate after 1 hour 20 minutes. Manager is also unfriendly, but other staff are good. Totally do not recommend the high tea.

During check in was fast. Friendly Staff. Breakfast spread very Nice n Fresh & Quite a selection too Local & International.

Practices good hygiene during dis MCO. Comfy room, staff were very friendly. Easy access to the mall.

The 1st room they assigned me. Had hand prints all over tv, mirror and noisy kids. They upgraded me to club room. I found un eaten fruit inside the fridge and used tissue on the floor. The cleanliness is terrible. You can’t go down to a bar for a drink without ordering food. Service is good. Anything else is terrible.

I had my company dinner yesterday in the hotel's restaurant 'Living Room', the experience is very bad. Firstly the PIC on duty is not friendly at all, show the dark face when we requested to change the table (which we already requested by the time we made the reservation), as a staff in 5 stars hotel, she should not treat the customer in this rude way, and keep mumbling to others staff while we are having dinner there, really bad attitude. Secondly, there is a seafood chef there, but too bad, he just got flu, keep coughing and with a running nose, but he is the one that cook the seafood that you pick on the spot… OMG… Third, the food selection is just so limited, few dishes only, even the nasi kandar stall has more option than them, and the worst part is, it took them ages to refill the 'limited option', really bad. Lastly, come on, please have a look on the ice cream, it's hard like a rock… please take good care of the food management! Overall, 5 stars hotel buffet, I'm sorry to say just wasting my time and money.

Love the big space of the room. There's a lavender balm which kinda helps calm down and relax so we get a good night sleep. The bed and pillows are super comfy. Highly recommended!

Notwithstanding it's claim to be a 5 star or 6 star hotel, the hotel valet really really sucks! Was a guest of a wedding dinner on Saturday night. Gave my ticket to the bell boy around 11pm. Patiently waited as the valet was understandably busy. Waited until nearly midnight when my wife and I was the only party left. Walked over to the valet desk to find my ticket still on the desk with my keys in the drawer. Valet gave multiple excuses every time I asked within that hour; f…rom a request to be patient, a fault with the parking machine to not many staff for the night. Whatever the explanation given, it doesn't explain why my ticket was just left on top of the valet desk without anyone bothering about it and my wife & I was kept waiting for 1 hour. Definitely not worth the RM30 or RM40 asked for the service, which I refused to pay. Hotel excuses would be not their fault as valet is a 3rd party contractor. However, as the owner operator of the premise and business AND a party to the assignment of the valet services, the hotel is ultimately responsible, for the service AND the treatment and comfort of their guest. Buck up guys. You don't get this sort of thing at the other hotels like Mandarin Oriental, Shangrila, Hilton, Meridian even Marriott next door. Shame!

Great service by butlers. We wished there were more seating areas at the lobby. There's usually traffic in the front n you might hv to wait a bit for your Grab. Breakfast buffet is awesome and the executive apartment is huge! The swimming pool could afford some clearing of leaves and the kid's club should be complimentary.

Near the awesome Pavilion mall which is enough for a 2 nights stay. Had breakfast here in Westin and spread was amazing! But makes it even better was the great service rendered. Power!

Horrible service. Regret staying here. Hotel manager / staff are a deceiving lot. Not helpful or accommodating. Think twice about choosing this place, there are many many more better hotels nearby. Disgusting service!

Went to the 443 bar which is like a cigar lounge. The service is immaculate and the ambience is right. The only thing that actually bother me is the music. They played some Latino music and is quite noisy to me. Doesn't suit the ambience at all. Could have been a nicer place to have my cigar if they can change their Playlist.

I love this hotel! Very close to Pavillion shopping mall! After shopping you can get rest at hotel. But a little trouble when I want to check in because at that time system down. Breakfast good, a lot of food. Swimming pool is good. You can sun bathing there. Very east to catch public transport. GO KL for free ride.

The customer service given by the staffs made my experience during much more enjoyable. Especially the staff named Tiffany, very friendly and approachable. Thank for the hospitality.

Prego — 1) Fork not clean, sauce sticking on it. 2) Clear away my mushroom soup without asking which I yet finish eating. Too bad service and cleanliness as a Italian restaurant in 5 star hotel…

This place Is slowly going down the drain. Standards have become very poor.

Westin KL has amazing rooms, especially the suites. It is in a great location on Bukit Bintang. The service of every staff member so far is impeccable. I've probably been to KL 50 times and stayed at multiple hotels but now I only stay at Westin! It's probably because the buffet breakfast is one of the best I've ever had and it's across the road from Pavilion which is one of the best shopping centres. Highly recommended!

Visited prego a couple of times. Service can be improved. Their pizzas are lovely! my friends and I enjoyed their lobster and mozzarella pizza.

Good food, good staff and very good location. But, the first day itself the bathroom was very dirty, the sink was clogged which put us off completely. From day 2 after we bought that into their notice, the services improved.

Great hotel with the comfiest bed and selection of pillows! The staff can't do enough to make your stay pleasant and easy. Only thing I wished for was better coffee!

Went for the high tea buffet, worst experience ever among all the SPG hotels. They can’t even cook sushi rice properly. There food were cheap and badly prepared.

Location. Location. Location. Period. It is located in the very center of the Bukit Bintang area. Just 30 seconds away from the Pavillion shopping mall. It has great gym. The gym has large — relatively — free weights area. Cardio section is also well equipped. Morning buffet was good, too. Particularly the bakery was very good. It serves many kinds of good breads.

unfortunately I was surprise that lunch was served on the meeting hall and there was no dining table for the participants
so my clients have to eat on the meeting room table!,
we had organized many events on many 5 star hotels, never ever had this problem before like this
also the food served was not good, all of our clients was not satisfied during this event and they feel its a 3 star or less
I am wondering is it Westin hotel? also we requested to empty the minibar for hard drinks and agreed to put just 2 juice as complimentary
right now it empty of any thing! Am dicontent for what happened!

The Westin is only half hour from the airport and in a very convenient location directly opposite the pravilion shopping mall. The room is satisfactory, bath tub is spacious however low water pressure in the shower. The club lounge is the best I've been to and highly recommend.

Great location, just opposite the main shopping mall and walking distance to the food markets and restaurants. Rooms are nice, clean and well equipped. Beds comfy with nice sheets and the service was great where nothing was to much trouble. Excellent buffet breakfasts with lots of choice from western to local choices and full in house bakery which had a variety of breads, pastries and cakes to satisfy all tastes. Good gym, well equipped and open 24 hours.

I've never met a restaurant so bossy. To earn money, you can Enchi the Have not encountered such a overbearing hotel, in an order to makes the can pit guests, kill the Goose that lays the golden egg has checked in two times for the third time of the year. Found the wrong single (1 months later) ask if you can postpone check-in or refund fees will not insist on charging the full this is the first of the years has already been check Ed in twice. But wrong booking is found on the "third appointment (check in more than one month later) ask can I postpone o R refund. Adhere to the full amount won't accept but also receive the full amount.

Enjoyed my visit very much! Amazing service by Mr Elino in the Executive Lounge. 5 star service. Will be back soon.

Great location at Bukit Bintang. Directly opposite a large modern shopping complex. There are plenty of place to have dinner and drinks. Also some good massage places like thai odyssey close by. Hotel has a nice wine bar downstairs with cosy armchairs. Rooms are good albeit not super modern but still very comfortable.

I like the hotel five stars but not pull it. The rooms require renovation, breakfasts raznoobraznyn, the staff in every possible way helps to solve QC.

An excellent stay in such a lovely hotel. Perfect location, nice big sized rooms and courteous staffs. You get more perks when joined as their SPG member which is free.

Very efficient staff and well kept. Friendly atmosphere and courteous front office staff. Being a vegetarian, hotel was very obliging in serving me veg dishes although some dishes smelt a little meatish. Overall good experience.

Pleasant to stay. Room service is excellent. Hotel food averagely good. Situated at KL' s Golden Triangle. Convenient for shopping n eating.

High end hotel in great location. Exceptional service throughout from all staff, who bend over backwards for your every need. Almost always with grace and genuine smiles. Food is top notch, room service burgers are simply outstanding with fries that are close to perfection. Even the presentation is outstanding, which is definitely not a given with hotel room service. Very well stocked minibar.

Stayed at the Executive floor in 2013. Very conference room overlooking the Petronas Towers. Great breakfast. Excellent value for money.

Five star hotel under famous international brand. Located in Kuala Lumpur's tourist belt. Many shopping, entertainment and services providers to be active the whole waking hours nearby. Or party all night long at numerous clubs. Eating all night long at 24 hour restaurants or street foods you will be spoilt of choice. Exhausted? Go back to the comfort of your cozy room.

Where do I start? Asked for a baby chair this morning for breakfast, staff say all in use and we have to wait. Walk around the restaurant and notice they only have 2 baby chairs for whole restaurant. No staff bother checking once other families have finished using them to bring it over. We went at 9:30am for breakfast an hour before closing time. There is no beef rendang. Wait for it to be refilled. 5 mins past nothing. Ask someone. 10 mins past nothing. Ask again. 15 mins past nothing. Ask a third time. 20 mins past. Someone says they will bring it to our table. When it is brought to our table it's clear hasn't been cooked properly as beef is still completely chewy. Get a curry laksa. Given to us lukewarm. Have to ask for it to be heated up in microwave. No fresh chillis then to go with laksa as it is out and no one has topped it up while waiting for 5 mins. Have to ask for some and bring some individually to me. Tea Tarik urn is not hot, pour some in and have to ask for it to be microwaved. Son wants a crepe, asks staff they say no they are not making them. I go up a few mins later unknown to them that my son asked and they make me one no problem. They won't put nutella out for everyone to use have it behind the counter and have to ask for it. Frozen yoghurt machine is completely out and no one does anything about it despite numerous patrons asking.

Restaurant no upgrade at all… what a shame for a 5 star hotel… the bar is sucks… I don't know why they can hired someone cost rm10000 a month to manage the hotel.

We stayed at Westin for 2 nights on a business trip. Ocation of the hotel is in the heart of the city surrounded with other hotels and big malls with plenty of eating options around. The stay was comfortable and The beat thing was the breakfast. The food tasted good and there we so many options from across cuusines. Loved it.

Good location, hotel room was big and the bed/mattress was exceptional. Super comfy. Breakfast has a wide variety. Gym is nice.

This was the most amazing place to spend my birthday with never ending champagne with our glasses always swiftly topped up with the most caring friendly and professional staff I have had the pleasure to be served by.
The food was the best I have tasted in KL in over 3 years of looking for that western food cooked and prepared in a traditional English / Italian way.
Having met the Head Chef Ricky who hails from London and of Italian decent I had found my food heaven at the hands of this amazing chef who is also a very fun gentleman and knows his food a master in the kitchen and a a really nice guy to take the time to get to know his guests.
Well done Team Prego excellent all round and we will be back soon not waiting until my next birthday.

Location of the Westin is good, central in Bukit Bintang. Lobby is nice and staffed with helpful employees. Check in process was brief, but not much warmth compared to other Starwood hotels in KL. My room on executive floor was spacious, but starting to show its age. Although functional, the room decor was outdated. Guest services was efficient and fulfilled my requests promptly. Breakfast spread in the main restaurant was really good and executive lounge was spacious with good spread of evening snacks & drinks.

Wonderful place for a wedding reception, with beautiful decor and set up. Comfortable and beautiful hotel rooms. This is however marred by poor service, and many issues ranging from incorrect booking dates to incorrect limo ordered, misplaced suite room keys, dirty rooms for the bridal party, leaking bidet and fridge at the Chairman's suite as well as poor understanding/language issues at front desk. Bit of a shame as being SPG members for years, we recall The Westin KL being among the top in its class. Sadly this is no longer the case. Great hardware, but in need of a major software overhaul.

Room was spacious enough. Staff was very good. Fantastic and strategic place for foreigner as it's in the heart of the city. Sungai Wang plaza was just 5 minutes away. Pavilion and other shopping mall are just a walking distance.

Hotel is nice. Homely feel, service is good with great opportunity to step outside and u will have a wonderful mall to go shopping and eat.

Good location, but the hotel is a "old" and in my opinion needs to be refurbished. But the service is good and friendly.

Nice rooms, great beds. Ballroom and function rooms are good and the staff are competent. Lots of mosquitoes though in the lounge areas by the ballroom.

Loved our stay. My 7yr old son loved the pool. Front staffs at the main entrance are very helpful. Our snacks bar was not properly refilled when we checked-in we thought we may have troubles while checking out but the front desk understood that it's the housekeeping who didn't do their job properly. There was water and wet towel inside the ice container from previous guests which the housekeeping never cleaned in our three nights stay. I think the housekeeping needs to be improved but other than that we will definitely come back again.

I've always enjoyed staying at this hotel (great location, nice hotel, and friendly staff) but this time there was a particular reason. I left quite a bit of money in my hotel room when I checked out and when I called from the airport the staff quickly found the money and secured it for my return. Very much appreciate the helpful and trustworthy nature of the staff.

Very nice atmosphere, Great facilities and the staff are wonderful especially the club lounge staffs (The club manager Mr Said and Odin) they made my stay comfortable and homely.

Everything's great! is the decoration of the room some years traces, can understand after all the redecorating is a huge expenditure budget. Keep on refueling!

The room is wonderfully spacious with clean beds and a luxurious toilet! The Westin workout (gym and free classes such as Yoga at 7pm) was simply amazing for people who just needs to work out like me! The gym has a 24hour excess by card and there's a sauna in the changing room nearby too. The breakfast had been the most amazing one to date I've had with a widespread of food with great quality and taste. I really recommend The Westin Experience at The Westin Kuala Lumpur which has been so amazing from the staff to facilities to the stay itself.

The hotel is located in the center of the city. The breakfast was very good. Everything works. Staff smiley, accommodating. The hotel has a lot of malls. Nice shopping. The aquarium, the park. Great location.

We stayed in Kuala in March for the Gran Prix. Hotel was amazing and food excellent, rooms spotless, excellent service all around. Good central location, opposite shopping centre with bars and short walking distance to the Petronas Towers. Would definately recommend The Westin.

Lost my laundary, when I came back and ask after I checked out. The staff made some calls, then came back to me and says "I'm sorry". So i'm sorry bye bye forever! ps. The water temperature in the shower is fluctuate between hot and cold, I should stays in Hyatt or Traders. The room is cheaper and at least the water temperature is stable.

We stayed for five nights and it was consistently good along our stay. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, particularly the executive club experience was great. The view outlooking twin towers was also very nice. The location was excellent and we enjoyed shopping at Pavilion which is a stone's throw away from the hotel itself.
