Great location. Large and comfortable family room for our family of four. Great breakfast included, and best of all … fantastic, friendly service at the pool bar. Very enjoyable stay!

Hotel staff is friendly & very helpful. Good location, it’s near MRT& Mono Rail & several Sopping centers. Hotel room is clean, large & spacious. Will definitely stay there again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Emila and Rozanna were fantastic upon check-in. Hidayat from the restaurant gave us great service for breakfast. Kid from the pool bar is really entertaining. The saint Gregory spa is the best. Best massage we had. Thanks Lina and June. Jazlan from the concierge always gave us the right directions to visit places and was really helpful with taxis. the Park Royal is the escape to the busy city life. definitely coming back. Thank you to everybody who helped towards our great stay.

Attended a wedding at ParkRoyal, table seating was for 10 persons but the food portions were made for 8. Didn't expect to have to go for supper after going through a 9 course meal. Would not recommend.
P. S. I heard they charge RM 1300 per table. Service was also horrible. What a joke.

Did a training today & accidentally left my laptop charger in the training room. Made a 30 mins trip back to the hotel to take back the charger but was told by the staff at the concierge that the charger is no more in the training room. When I request to check the room, I was told someone is there in the training room waiting for me but when I arrived, no one is there. Made another trip down to lobby & then back to the training room, and found my laptop charger inside. Really didn't expect this kind of service from a 5 star hotel!

Very comfortable and excellent facilities with courteous staff.

This hotel offers a comfortable stay and premium location. It’s only minutes away from malls and restaurants. The opposite mall has a hop on hop off bus tour. I recommend this hotel heartily. Plus: nice and comfy bed, friendly staff, great bar with live music at 8 pm daily. Minus: bathroom looks dated, towels old and not fluffy.

Had a very bad stay in the hotel from the 18th aug to 22nd aug. The room was STINKY and nobody paid heed to our complaints, not the housekeeping or the people at the reception. I am gluten allergic and has written the same to the hotel 1 week before checkin and still had nothing to eat in breakfast on the first day of the stay. The other days I was told to pick things from the buffet as if nobody knew what gluten allergy means. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone @parkroyalkualalumpur.

My brother and I were in a double room. The bed was way too small and uncomfortable (spring bed). Both the shower and toilet doors are glazed, so you can see through them from both sides, had to leave the room when using these. They are seperated and so there isn't a lock on the doors either. The room also smelled heavily of smoke (tobacco) which left me sneezing for the entire trip. Although I don't use hotel supplies, we were only given 1 set of towels and toiletries. However, we were given a TV, a kettle, a hairdryer, an ironing board and a torch. The rooms are way too cramped so I would suggest to those wanting more spacious rooms to book bigger room, obviously. A double room here would probably only suit 1 traveller. Update: we were offered a superior room for an additional charge, but seeming as we were only staying for 2 more nights we decided not to take up on it. We were told those have locked bathrooms. Either way, the staff here are extremely helpful and kind, the cleaners especially. The doormen and the porter are all too helpful and welcoming too. I was told that the smoke smell should have not been there as rooms are checked beforehand. I suggest that if you are booking a double room, you're either a solo traveller or a couple. This hotel is in a great location, with shopping malls right infront and a great view of the KL Tower. The hotel even have their own personally approved taxi drivers for your safety.

The restaurant Chatz Brasserie needs a serious pastry chef. The moist chocolate cake was not moist at all. Presentation is good, but flavor and texture need improvement. Also, I ordered Medium-Rare salmon and it came all done. Staff members are not trained to serve a la carte. Chefs need training. Not recommended for dessert and lunch.

I was expecting a 5stars hotel in everything but unfortunately after checking in to my room I didn’t found any towels and I called for six times to ask for them, and I got them after 5 and half hours of waiting ☹️, and they actually said sorry which supposed to solve the issue I don’t know how, but they spoiled five and half hours of my trip just waiting. I don’t recommend for anyone appreciate his own time. To be honest the only good thing I found in this hotel is the location which is near all the malls and shopping areas.

Staff are absolutely wonderful and so helpful. You wouldn't have to leave the building if you didn't want to. Food has been excellent. Location couldn't be better. Rooms are very comfortable.

We selected Parkroyal KL Hotel as our wedding venue was initially because of its strategic and tourist friendly location (we were thinking of many of our guests are from overseas, they can explore KL while attending our wedding). We never regret as it is proven that is a good choice. We had our bride fetching and games (morning), tea ceremony, cocktail, reception dinner all in the Hotel. The senior banquet manager, Ms. Amy Wong had done an awesome job! She had been giving us… full assistance and advices since day one we met her at a wedding expo till the actual wedding day. She stayed up late even after the dinner ended which was already 12 mid night. With her many many years of wedding event / banqueting experience with Parkroyal, we have had no troubles and worries. There were enough staffs, who are alert, helpful and efficient throughout the day (to (re-) arrange seatings, tables, for game / tea ceremony / gown changing room; to serve the guests during cocktail and dinner, etc…). They seem well trained and know how. Every details were well taken care, some last-minute requests were prepared in time! The bridal suite is spacious and well decorated as well.
The dinner foods and presentation were good (that had changed our stereotype mindset of “hotel foods are not tasty…”).
Bellboy service was fast, they helped us from morning to night to carry tons of things from cars to rooms, rooms to ballroom, back and forth.

ParkRoyal is in excellent location and is very good value for money. The hotel is quite clean and the staff are very friendly. Very easy excess to the public transport and large shopping mall and eatery are just walking distance from the hotel. Breakfast is great. Wide range and good quality food.

Hotel buffet breakfast buffet, there are Chinese, western, Malay, Indian style, experience the so-called "mixed" culture!

Last minute decision to stay at the hotel during the long weekend. Got a good deal online on a studio room with access to the club lounge. The room was comfortable and the service was good. The hotel is just 5 minutes walk to the hustle and bustle of Bukit Bintang. We really enjoyed our stay there. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

I stayed here 3 nights, very well located, easy to walk to central and everything around hotel. It’s 5 stars hotel but when I checked in, there no towels in my room and I called 5 times and waited for 25 minutes, just bring the towels but it’s so long time. I was so upset my husband almost go down to take it.

It’s in great location from night life pubs good hotels restaurant near by. Also in safe location. Serviced apartment are really clean well maintained. Staffs were not much cooperative. But great place to stay.

Very well located hotel — central for easy access to the cities tourist spots. Walking distance to restaurants and Food Street/Jalan Alor. Rooms were spacious with two double beds and spotless. Breakfast buffet was good quality with a lot of options. All in all I can recommend this hotel.

Here is one of the best hotel I have ever stayed before. The laundry service is useful for long stay. The location is very convenient. All of the staff are very kind to me. And the price is quite reasonable. Highly recommended.

Loved this hotel most of all our hotel stays on our Kuala Lumpur 9day travel. They had the best buffet breakfast, the staff in the lobby was always super nice and accommodating, and even their pool was pretty awesome. The Wi-Fi throughout the building was great strength and the location was walking distance from so much night life. I would definitely stay here again!

Stay at PARKROYAL for four and half days was delightful. It’s a nice, four star rated and most importantly the location of its. Very near I must say all the best market places are within its walking distance. The reception, staff, house keeping, swimming pool etc all are excellent. The one thing I don’t wanna miss to say about their breakfast. Just wow! Huge items like Asian, western, Chinese and specially the kids section. The real fruit juices and nuts. Me and my family enjoyed our breakfast.

Friendly service from staff. Comfortable bed & we have a quiet & peaceful sleep for both night stay. Breakfast spread was awesome too as they change the menu daily. Will definitely be back here for our next visit.

We stayed here for 6 days and were very happy with how we were greeted and looked after. The staff were kind, always willing to help and always had a smile for everyone. When we arrived, we were fussed over and this was such a great way to be welcomed to Malaysia after a very long flight! The hotel is in a great location and very close to shopping, food courts, restaurants and the monorail. We had the buffet breakfast everyday and it was always a treat. There was variety everyday, the food was freshly made and delicious! This hotel is amazing and I would be happy to stay here again.

Location is at the central shopping area. Hotel is very clean and staff are very polite. Highly recommended. Just car park is very small, need to be very carefully when driving in car park.

Amazing 5 star hotel with great modern structure! The breakfast is one of the biggest and with most variety I've ever seen, with Western, Indian, Arabian, Japanese, Chinese and other buffets as well. The coffee here is great! Very comfortable rooms with wide windows, great service and bathroom's very clean and with amazing higiene products available. The location is something also to highlight as well! As a guest of this hotel you're just a few steps nearby business, shopping and entertainment hotspots of the city, for a cool urban experience in Kuala Lumpur!

Nice room and lobby. Great service from staff. Facilities fairly well kept and hotel is in a great location; walking distance from most shopping destinations. Room does have bath-shower though.

Conveniently located heart of the KL city and surrounded by all famous shopping malls and restaurants. Food is good, room & bathroom are very small floor areas by restricting movements. Hotel room charges are higher compared to other nearest hotels and size of room. However, Staff are very friendly and helpful.

We had our wedding on the 14th of October, and our sincerest and most grateful thanks goes out to the Parkroyal team for making it such a smooth event. Amy, who was in charge of the Wedding was helpful even before the wedding. We had multiple meetings and discussions and she was friendly and helpful every single time. For the actual day, Amy stayed for the entire day; from the morning tea ceremony which was held in the hotel up until the photobooth team was packing and leavi…ng for the night. Amy was on-hand to assist whenever we had a question or a request and always did her best to help us. During the wedding dinner she stayed outside of the hall and helped oversee and coordinate everything. Anne was our key person in regards to the room reservations and helped make a stressful task into a relatively simple one! With multiple room bookings, she helped to coordinate, made sure all the rooms were booked, kept tabs on who checked in, as well as assist with the payments. And finally, the banquet manager Ravi and his team (and his assistant, who's name slips my mind now) were very helpful with the day's events. There was some issues with one or two chairs which was due to a misunderstanding with the guest but Ravi's team graciously managed without any hassle. And last but not least, all the staff who helped us carry baggage, valet parked cars, and so much more who provided their services with a smile on their face.

The main advantage of this hotel its stand on the center point of the city so you can move anywhere easily through bus, lrt, mrt or cab. High secured, neat and clean, good staff, beautiful decoration makes it perfect.

Check in at Royal Suite that have a nice view. Overall the room is clean and very nice. Received a warm welcome from the hotel manager. Nice location too because it’s opposite Sg. Wang and also Berjaya Times Square. Just the parking is limited especially during peak time. Thank you for the good service.

I enjoy being here. Nice place, clean and professional staff. The only down point is the rooms aren't very quiet, when we were going to our room it look like a couple were enjoying there time and our son were with us, you can imagine what a child will ask.

Recently my company organized an event at Parkroyal hotel's Orchid Grand Ballroom, the sales & event manager were efficient, the tea break was delicious especially their fresh fruit juice, the sound system was excellent, their tables and seating arrangements and overall setup were great!

I had booked this hotel 3 months in advance, today on arrival the room was not ready, the staff at reception were lousy. I waited in lounge for 1 hour, nobody turns up giving update about my room. When I enquired after 1 hr they gave me the key. The guy at the reception gave me lame excuse he is not aware abt the matter. The toilet at the klix lounge flooded when flushed. Will not recommend any body to stay at this hotel. Moreover due to maintenance activities going on some other room I was not able to sleep n rest due to constant noise.

Do not stay here. On paper and on the outside, hotel looks great but it actually is the worst hotel. First thing, I had money stolen from the maids. Along with passport I hid money deep in my suitcase and some how it was gone. When I reported to hotel they had no response. Qualit of bathroom is bad. Sink and bath does not drain at all. Toilet flushes bad and lots left behind. Do not stay here.

Great location for exploring central KL. Lots of shopping malls and places to eat all within walking distance so you don't have to spend too much money on taxis. We had a room on the 17th floor and felt it provided everything we needed — including big windows for a great view! Being so central you do get a bit of outside city noise whilst in your room, but this wasn't a big problem for us. I spent some time relaxing out by the swimming pool area on the big "bed" style loungers and also used the gym facilities which weren't very busy and they had plenty of equipment so we didn't have to wait around to use them. Breakfast was a real highlight for us — lots of fresh fruit and a real mix of cuisines to try. I'd love to stay here again the next time I visit KL.
