When we checked into our room the sheets we're not changed since long hairs we're located all over the bed. When we mentioned it to the housekeeper she said that she changed it but obviously didn't. I don't know who she was trying to kid. Eventually she ended up changing them after a few minutes of complains. The other major issue is that the ROOM DOOR DOESNT LOCK! That means if you head out for the day anyone can enter your room. We mentioned it to the front desk who brought someone up to look at the lock. He said that it's "fine" and they have CCTV. Uhhhhh. That isn't enough for me. We ended up carrying all our important things with us. He also said maintenance would come up and fix it but they never did. I doubt any rooms actually lock. Oh and the safe in the room also didn't work so good luck feeling secure when you head out. Only good thing about the hotel is the price but I would recommend paying a little more to go somewhere better.

Hi friends It's MY HOTELthe name itself implies it's their hotel not customer friendly. I am sharing some bitter experiences I had for the past 7 days. I have booked the room on june 4th we arrived there and there was nobody in the door to help us any how we managed to handle our luggage to the reception area. After that one idiot in the reception came we made our check in and got int the room. Room was superior the photo and the room checked Inn had some resemblance rooms paint was the exact in the pic. Was smelly and disgusting. After that I went to the cafe MY DELI CAFE in the reception handled by bunch of other idiots mix of bangaldesi and Tamil workers. I ordered for 2 chapatis and one chicken fry. I ate chapatis and left out the chicken was older than me with worms and I raised complaint against this so they told me chicken was not boiled properly if it is boiled worms would have been get rid of I am not much aware of that any how I had the best non veg with combo chicken and worm fry. Then I get into the room again thought of taking tea. Tea pot or that kettle whatever it may be the coil was rusty and very clean as they have collected all the waste in that from the beginning it has installed. After a hard and time consumed cleaning I switched it on by gods grace I was thrown out from there to bed by shock and the kettle has blasted off. Shocked for 5 mins I reported via phone no body responded and after I went directly to the reception.

Typical budget hotel Great location if your planing to go to berjaya times square and bukit bintang Rooms are ok for the price u pay.

One of the best hotel in bukit bintang, breakfast is good, if you book in agoda, or booking price is very cheap, good location, near the jalan alor road, only 2-3 minute walk from the hotel. Enjoy your trip.

It is cheap so you can pick this hotel bcoz you dont have to worry about money, location is too good, only thing which I did not like is the small rooms, else everything is above averge.

Good hotel in Binthan. Breakfast is average. Room service is good. Clean & cheap.

One of the best budget hotel in bukit bintang. Walkable from both the food Street a cloth street Breakfast is generally free here. But food is just normal. But for this cost it's good. Different room options are available like 2 bed, twin bed etc. Lift is available. Restaurant is available.

A very clean & cosy place to stay. Nice ambience. Very friendly staff. Excellent location. I loved the fact that from there one can actually cover the entire Bukit Bintang area on foot!

Good hotel with cheap price and nice buffet breakfast. But thee staffs are not so friendly.

The restaurant is placed at the heart of the city. Rooms are fully air conditioned. Food is nice. Train stations just few blocks away.

A Hotel ran by people of Tamil Origin. Nice Facilities with more than enough amenities for everyone. Good Reception Desk and Room Services. Completely satisfied with their Service.

The hotel is located near to bukit bintang (10 min walk to main market). We booked the triplet room. The size of room was decent but there was no window. The hotel only provide Towels, liquid soap and hot water. The room was hot in night. Overall stay was ok.

I will give minus star if available. Never go here because: 1. Blood stained bed and pillow 2. Shoes stained bed 3. Dirty towel 4. No sandals 5. Lamp is not working 6. Booked for 2 connecting rooms, card only works for 1 room 7. Safe is out of battery 8. Rude rude cleaning helper 9. WORST OF ALL: No support from hotel management through all these problems. They only said "OK", BUT NO ACTION!

Nice place for businessmen and shoppers. Dnt expect as a 4/5 star hotel. But staff friendly and basic needs available. Location ok.

This hotel is good if you need a room for low price breakfast and service are very bad. However rooms are clean but it's noisy.

Nice place to get good vegetarian Indian food. Very reasonable prices.

Location is great but lacks in all facilities. Rooms are small. We booked superior room but it was very small and a small window only. They dont provide toiletries, tissue papers and their AC system isnt well. Its always stinky in rooms and building.

The service of the hotel is comparatively good. The place is also near to the favorite shopping complexes in Kuala Lumpur. Traveling is more easy from here to everywhere. In case there are few hospitals around the hotel if you need any hospital facilities.

Standard budget hotel. The room is decent for the price. Small but clean. The Wi-Fi sucks. Best thing about the hotel is the location. Walking distance to main areas filled with bars and restaurants. Short walk to the train and about a 20 minute walk to the twin towers.

No Wi-Fi. When we book the hotel through agoda we booked with breakfast. But hotel not provided food and Wi-Fi.

I have never been to a jail any where in the world. I think it will resemble this room. Top comedy is that they have fixed a window like think in the room. Funny. But the boys are good. They have given good service. One star for their budget price. In front of bus stand and not far away from shopping malls.

Overall Appearance seems to be good. Nice location, just beside main street. Average hotel with basic Facilities. Big Lobby, double lift running fulltime, Coffee maker and hair dryer availability. Hot water sometime works. Found problem with Room Card. It didn't worked for one of my room. But, they fixed it. Again, they are very professional, that after just 12pm you cannot get access to the room (logical). The only thing I found, the reception is not friendly. They never bother that a gust is asking something as help. It seems like they're not hearing at all. You keep waiting but if you ask then you will get no reply or sometimes they even do not bother to look at you. May be the guest flow is good enough to be more polite. The photos are taken a bit late. But, initially the room was well groomed. So don't get confused.

Nice basic hotel with breakfast Buffet. Make sure to bring your electrical outlet converter if you are from the usa. We had to go next door to buy converters to charge our phones.

The hotel and staff are good except for the horrible Wi-Fi which practically doesn't work.

Very nice hotel. Previously, 2 do not inhabit fundamentally. In the room dirty walls, unwashed floor, smells of Chinese aromapalochkami. Inet connects, but works through the times, then load something with grief in half, it will give an error. The hotel has a lot of Hindus and Arabs with a bunch of galdjashhih wives. No hot water. The flow is barely warm, both day and night.

A budget hotel. It is located in the heart of the city at Bukit Bintang. Rooms were very clean and I loved the friendly staff at the reception.

I'd give it 0 star if that's possible. worst service ever the Wi-Fi sometimes does not work (most of the time) dirty floor in the room noisy at night.
