Hmmm I'm not sacrifice coz the air-con so bad functioning. Can't sleep very well by the way their staff quite friendly.

Actually room is good, but ac and Wi-Fi is not strong.

Seriously, don't ever book the Standard Room here, they're actually Sub-Standard. Only go for the Superior rooms.

It is our second home, the staff are like family. We have been coming here for 14 years.

Hotel location is quite far from pavilion kl and time square. If you're looking for a place to sleep this hotel might be an option for you provided you're running out of budget. Room is big enough and it is old with air conditioning unit that you can either on or off.

The hotel is quite nice and the staff is very friendly but the matress in the hotel is very old and soft and can feel the spring. The air conditioning is not that strong. Besides that, the rest is good.

Good environment, close to A LOR Street, convenient access, the most comfortable price hotel, cheap equipped with breakfast, it is worth living!

Well everything looks good. Affordable price with breakfast. Close to Jalan Alor, where you don't need to worried about lunch and dinner. 10-15 minutes walk to all famous shopping center.

Bugjet hotel not to clean but near to alor food street and bukit bintang. And you can walk to pavilion mall.

A nice place to stay for couple nights. Affordable price with breakfast every morning. Don't expect a five star hotels meals but they do serve toast, fried rice, fried noodles, sunny side up, sausages, etc. (around 8choices). They serve coffee, tea, milk and orange cordial. You can find some fruits after meal too. One of the staffs was quite rude when we are checking in to the hotel and they charge you with tourist tax (new regulations from the government they said) eventhough you've booked online from some travel apps. Our bathroom door was somehow locked from the inside so we called the cs for help as it's in the middle of the night and my friend need to use the bathroom. The staff came pretty fast. It turns out the lock was broken and yeah we stayed there for the rest of the night without locking the bathroom door to prevent it from being locked. You can close the door but not locking it.

Stay 3nites on Nov 26-29, 2017: Excellent location in Bukit Bintang area and Alor street food. Room already renovated, avoid 1st floor room since it is smaller than other floor. Bfast so so.

My best stay in hotel no frills and good accommodation. Staff is very helpful. If your looking for a lavish accommodation look elsewhere. Breakfast options is very minimal. Everything else is great.

Lokasi hotel dekat dengan tempat-tempat wisata. Dekat banget sama Alor st yg merupakan destinasi wisata makanan kalo malam hari. Pelayanannya cukup baik. Sarapannya juga variatif.

Great tourist budget hotel that serves most tourists with a close vicinity to good food nearby. Not the cheapest budget hotel but good accommodation.

Great place. So close to alor street and the room is spacious. The receptionist is tiny bit grumpy. But nevertheless great place to stay.

I think this hotel rather outdated, but it okay if you only need room for stay a while. Don't expect fancy stuff like swimming pool, gym or club bar. The good thing is they provide breakfast at this price rate, rather than other similiar class hotel. It's near to Bukit Bintang, and close to Alor Street. Good choice for backpacker traveler.

Very bad experiences to stay at this hotel. I got the room with no window, and the air is so bad, look like they just paint the wall and the paint smell very strong. That condition becoming worse when the electricity die, no backup electricity, telephone line die, no lamp in emergency stairs. And… the receptionist is very bad in service with no friendly attitude.

Really old rooms. But cheap, that's why 2 stars.

I stay here one night the reception uncle duty at night if you call for Wi-Fi password he a little bit annoying bec. Im still asking a few details he drop a call when call back he don't want to answer the call… improved reception they must friendly…

Very bad experience specially the Chinese lady in the resption no manner and rude the room was with city view in booking. Com but it's not in fact. Avoid this hotel and watch out that lady haha.

Friendly staff, clean and cosy room. Big cafe provide amber space for my meeting up with business partner and friend. Close to jalan Alor (food heaven) and major shopping mall (my wife and kids favourite) a good place to stay in. Oh yes they provide complimentary parking as well.

Great clean place to stay at reasonable costs and close to KL city.
