Great concept… highly recommend opting for the camping room. They're so much more spacious than the other theme rooms. Shared bathrooms could be cleaner though. Not the most accessible for public transport nor much food options within the direct vicinity for those late night snacks or supper — your closest option is Bukit Bintang which is about a 15-20 minute walk away (or 5 minutes by Grab) or the 7 Eleven at the gas station around the corner for your basic necessities.

Love this place. Not crowded. Cozy and clean. Brilliant location. Walking distance to the bukit bintang with major shopping malls.

The place nice but too hard to find a food nearby. The hotel should open for shop especially for snack or junk food.

Ideal place for backpackers and those who enjoy unique style accommodation and living. And it's walking distance to the shopping area of Bukit Bintang as well as the embassies.

I was waiting for my friend to check in and saw rats are running from the burger bar. The so calked lobby smelly. The rat's pee. Their staffs are not friendly. The room is ok. Comfortable but not suit for 2 friends staying together as they got crystal clear shower room.

The place is awesome, but limited food to eat. But overall it's a great experience for different concept of place to stay.

Nice architecture. I like the place. I stayed for only a night. I hope I was able to stay longer but all in all it was a pleasant stay. :) Just hope some of the staff improve more hospitability since when I arrived I was just pointed where to sleep. I expected that someone would show you rooms and common toilet and bath as well given the fact that I was the only one checking in on that time. Anyway, I checked out very early and the staff were accommodating. I stayed in the concrete room; there was a weird smell though but the staff told me it might be the wood but for me it smelled like pipe. The smell goes away when the aircon is cool though. Maybe it is the concrete? Or from the neighboring restuarant? The aircon too guess needs some repair? The neighboring resturant is very noisy but when you close your doors, you will not hear the noise. I am giving this 4 points because of the unique concept and approachable staffs during the early morning. I hope you improve these minor things I observed though. Thanks!

Interesting concept, strategic location. Direct opposite Passage through India. Humidity can be high because of design, but staff airs the place.

It's a really novel concept — having designer rooms carved out from containers to accommodate the quirky traveler. I had the Deluxe Room which was the 2-tier room, with en-suite bathroom facilities. First up — it's SMALL. For people who don't like to get their style cramped, this isn't the hotel for you. And I'm an Asian guy standing at 1.68m. And the room was just for myself. That said, it's really comfortable. The beds are great. The pillows are soft. Everything is clean and perky. The bathroom is really clean, featuring flattering toiletries that say "Sexy Body" etc. But that too, is really cramp. Drying myself involved a few flailing knocks against the sides of the cubicle. It's impressive what they managed to squeeze within this 11sqm. A TV, some shelf space, a sink and a nice ledge by the window for you to peer… right into another room across of you. I had my curtains down the entire time. If you're thinking of doing the Concrete Room, be warned — it's really just a bed and some space for your belongings. The door is your window is your entrance is your zoo-like display. I had two staff that were really warm — one a cleaning lady, and the other, the guy during my check-out. But otherwise, the rest seemed a little blase. They seemed to enjoy chatting outside my room as well (either on the phone or with each other) — reception? — but that and the constant trudging through the gravel (a grounds feature to match the industrial theme) made noise a bit of a problem.

Idea for travel alone or couple and short stay. Not suitable for elderly or with kids. Good location as it walking distance to pavilion shopping mall. Room is pretty small but u get all the basic stuff you need. I stayed in a container room which has a toilet inside.

Great aesthetics. Great location. And great service as well! The environment feels nice and the containers’ exterior are well designed! The overall “feel” is in fact superb. Best value tho. However, do remember that depending on what room you choose, container rooms have attached bathrooms but other rooms like capsule rooms, tent in a container room and maybe something else I missed, do no have attached bathroom. The shared bathroom however feels nice still. No complaints! The lounge is also accessible if you want to chill and watch TV or just read books. It is accessible 24/7. Overall, best value!

Breakfast could be better. Quiet place. Clean and cozy. Good for couples ;) a bit of walking required to amenities.

The hotel room was clean and very nice. The area for showers and toilet are lacking as a couple of the shower heads were damaged and I have to undress in the shower so my clothes got wet… for a short stay though this hotel is tough to beat on value plus it's cool that they reused shipping containers and such.

Nice place, cozy & unique. I like the concept. I stay in camp site & thank u to the staff give us the 1st room! We like the view & privacy too. Room & toilet very clean. And the iced lemon tea is very good! We suggest pls add more variety beverage for customers as there's no 7e/ convenient shop/stall nearby. Overall terbaik! Will come again with friends&family. Honestly it feels more like a motel/hostel but with clean and hippier ammenities. A friend hosted her wedding here and booked the entire place so i've seen all of the rooms available. Theres 3 as far as I have observed, one is the round cylinder pods which is uber cool, but the washroom ammenities is a communal one. The second type is the container type which comes with ensuite bathroom (which I stayed at), and the 3rd is a tent situation that can sleep up to 10 ppl but you'll have to use the communal bathroom. All the units are clean but the rooms are quite small.

Central location, Levain just a few steps away. Comfy beds, within cosy spaces — as expected for a container hotel. Great staff on hand too.

Pretty nice experience. Their comfortable beds are the key, location wise is near city center but you have to walk passing through a dark street.

Unique experience for urban traveler /backpacker. Nice and clean place. You should try the concrete room. Public transport and food hall is within walking distance.

Super cozy and quiet environment, perfect for a weekend getaway. The room has a very well natural lightning, great service.

I wanted to give this place a 5 star rating because of its unique concept and clean room however the receptionist at the front desk of the KL hotel spoilt it for me, making it impossible to give this place anything more than 1 star. She was unfriendly on the phone when I called to check if there was a room available for the night. She was extremely unfriendly when I arrived to check in. I would say she was a bit rude too. As the person manning the front desk, this idiot serves as a customer's first impression of the establishment. Suffice to say, this receptionist should be sent for some customer relations training or something.

Excellent hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Downside, they do not serve Food, but there is a really good cafe nearby 50mtrs.

Cool place very nice staff and good location if you need to be near the embassies.

The problem with this hotel is that the advertising materials are… outright false. They said the room was completely soundproof, when the room is absolutely in-no-way soundproof. You can hear the (infuriating) construction site next door — — it's not their fault there's construction, but it *is* really unfortunate when they claimed soundproofness. But this is neither here nor there, because you can hear *everything* from the room — — the ambient music from the lobby, cars passing in the street. This may be a feature of the room being made out of containers, I don't know, but if that's the case… they need to accept it and advertise that because you're staying in a container there may be noise issues. Similarly, the room was advertised as "large" — — it was barely larger than a double bed, a small corridor, and a small bathroom. Again, that's fine in itself — — you're staying in a container, that's the novelty — — but why make outright false claims that users are clearly going to unmask soon after? It makes no sense to me. Finally, the rooms on the first floor have one large window… which opens directly onto other rooms, directly opposite and only a couple of meters away, which also only seem to have one large window. That is, if you want any kind of privacy in your room you have to permanently keep the curtains totally shut. Positive things: the design of the hotel is striking, and the staff are pleasant. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, etc.

The floor of the room are not clean. TV not provided. Room are too small. Air ventilation and aircon good. The fish pond smelly.

All nice and clean, free Wi-Fi, free breakfast. Got a 8share dorm with a mate, noone else in the dorm^^.

Came here just to experience. All basic, not bad. Suitable for backpackers.
