The staff were wonderful, it was so nice to be be greeted in the morning with such joyful & happy faces & return in the evening by the same friendly faces, made our trip amazing.
The location of Easy hotel is the best as it's right under the KL monorail station, Sentral station is about a 5 minute walk (inside all the way) for Kelana jaya line trains to KLCC & Sunway Lagoon & KTM komuter line to Batu caves.
Lots of restaurants within walking distance. "loved the Chinese restaurants" & Old town White coffee.
Free breakfast at ABC Bistro cafe & you can pay for extras if you are feeling hungry.
I booked the hotel through Facebook messenger with Mr Rana (managing director).
10 seater shuttle bus from & to the airport (150 MR each way if you book through the official website).
City tour for which we were able to make our own itinerary.
The only downside was that the 5 bedroom room was a bit cramped, but as we used the room only to sleep & shower this wasn't to much of a problem. I saw the 4 bedroom room & it was huge!

I loved staying at this hotel even though just two nights. This location isn't far away for going shopping & culinary tour, like : the tasty of Indian food which l've eaten them for the first-time. The clerk was very friendly & never forget to document the guest activity in order to remember when the guest visited, like my picture which has been published since 28 July 2018.

Good location, near the elevator to go to KL Sentral/NU Mall. Many street food around so you never missed any breakfast/lunch/dinner. Easy to access to anywhere around KL city.

Harga murah tapi service tidak murahan. Pelayanan yang ramah dan tempat strategis. Saat saya datang kamar yg saya booking (deluxe family) penuh jadi diupgrade ke superior family. Tapi ada 1kasur yang sudah terasa pegasnya. Mungkin sudah lama. Breakfast di restoran ABC pas sebelahnya (ada pilihan menu). Ada restoran chinese food dekat juga. Serba gampang mau kemana-mana. Pasti saya akan menginap disini lagi. Thank you Easy hotel.

Very cheapo and strategically located opposite NU Sentral hence out has good connectivity option. Also lots of India food joints nearby.

Clean, convenient and cheap. A backpacker’s dream (this is coming from someone who lives and works in KL) with a central location. The outside of the hotel is not as clean but no fault of the hotel. They were also super helpful when we needed to print some tickets. Overall really value for money!

First & Last. We paid the 1 Night Room for RM123, it's a small & no window room which we didn't know there be no window. The bed sheet was not clean! I felt an itch and when I check the covers there's like a black stain, almost like fungus. The bathroom they didn't refill one of the Shampoo and the Body Wash smell like the dish soap. I gave 2 star only because the Staff was nice but just because your manner is good you still have to properly clean the room and inspect all the time. Under the desk I couldn't tell if it's red nail polish or blood. This place wont longer be in my list to stay. I don't recommend others to stay unless the Hotel clean the place properly and even change their sheets.

One great thing about about this place it is so close to Sentral station and all the shops there. Did not get wet going the place when it rained, covered all the way. The staff were extremely helpful when I had a problem accessing the internet, they were very patient with me. All staff were very friendly all the time. Thanks all at Eazy Hotel.

The location is very good, right next to KL Sentral station, bus station is also nearby, go to Kuala Lumpur everywhere is very convenient clean, nearby also has the shopping center, very convenient, the room small is very simple, clean, the price is not expensive, is suitable for the temporary accommodation place, but is not the vacation place. The waiter's attitude is also very good, if not with a hairdryer need to go to the counter to borrow, no cost. If you buy a breakfast, it is at an ABC Distro restaurant next to eat, there are several options, including Indian food is quite good, recommend to eat.

Its a goof hotel for accommodation but best hotel for its location! Rail station, bus stop is at walking distance! Opposite of the hotel there is a very good shopping mall! Room service is good, everyone is friendly but professional! Their food is good! Room is lil bit small comparatively! But price better!

This is an excellent choice if you are looking for a budget stay close to KL sentral. Plenty of food stores, convenience stores and a mall close by. The biggest advantage however is the proximity to the sentral train station which is an escalator/elevator ride away from the main door. The staff are friendly and helpful too.

Location is superb. Just 2 minutes walk from KL Sentral KTM Commuter Station. The room was very clean and tidy. Customer service was excellent. Breakfast was nice. Will definitely come back.

Great hotel for a night's stay. Very near KL Sentral. Making it convenient for those who have to catch an early train out of the city!

Just a minute walk from KL sentral Station and NU plaza… nice staff but I think there are some things that can be improved.

Near KL Sentral Monorail Station. Many restaurants around. Affordable Price, and friendly hotel staffs. Good for group travel.

Plus points: Very near to train station, and it is truly an easy hotel. Staff is very kind and helpful except the lady in the reception. She hardy smiles and not very like to help. There is a restaurant besides the restuarant and you can have all breakfast, lunch and dinner there for around 8-10 rm. Minus point: This can be rated as a 3 star hotel. Rooms are not as it is in the website. Rooms are too small. This is a budget hotel.

Good Hotel. Location behind NU Sentral and KL sentral. Clean and friendly staff. Good breakfast in ABC cafe (in ground floor). Comfortable!

Close to everywhere, u name it : Mall, MRT/BRT/Monorail/KTM Komuter Stations, Convenience Stores (KKMart, 7-11, Family Mart), Eateries. Clean and Friendly Staff plus Yummy Food! Will come again 4 sure!

The room is narrow, not so clean (you can feel it), but this place have a nice indian food.

Stayed here in Oct — Nov 2016… Though a simple hotel, very close to KL Sentral station. Therfore very convenient… Also gives complementary breakfast with room stay… either Malaysian or South Indian…

Not an expensive place for the room they provide. Friendly receptionist and helping staff. We were four and wanted room. Only to freshen up and put our luggage. They made a good arrangement. Nice experience!

Great location very close to major public transport (train to airport and bus station, metro. ). Clean room. Good and inexpensive indian restaurant downstairs.

Can't say enough about this place. Excellent location right next to all manner of public transport around the city and to and from airports. Excellent customer service and great overall attitude. They all go above and beyond every time. Rooms are clean as a whistle. Air conditioner quiet and powerful. Irons on each floor. Breakfast is two ringgit extra and very good. And just to add insult to injury, the room has a disco light setting. Hard to describe, see for yourself.

Very pleasant in this hotel. The room was clean and tidy. Although there was no windows, the room was conditioned well. The staffs are nice and helpful. And they provide a 24H restaurant that was very delicious!

We had booked 3 rooms and all were great. The rooms are clean and the towels smell nice too. Everything is great especially the location. Near to monorail and Nu sentral which are the biggest point to stay at Easy Hotel. Safe place to stay and the doormen who always greet happily. Will stay there again.

Easy Hotel was great. Although rooms were a bit small, service was great. They would service your room whenever you want them to and will provide new toothbrushes soap etc too. Staff were really friendly and if you have little kids they would also play around with them too. My family and I really appreciated their service too. Easy Hotel should be a hotel of your choice if you are looking for a affordable yet beautiful hotel. Loved It!
