It was a memorable and pleasant stay with my family at sutera harbour. We stay for 4days 3nights there (12-15 September 2020). Booked 3 rooms and their staffs are really friendly and accommodating to our needs.
1. Checkin was smooth despite the unpredictable weather and long queue. Their concierge staff are super helpful, my family have 2 infants with 1 small kid, but they really make sure giving us their best services until we reached our rooms.
2. Btw, I booked through their online platform with their sales reps. Since I work in KL and all of my family members in sabah. But surprisingly they really attend to my needs and request. We are lucky that all our 3 rooms are side by side and even got 1 connected rooms.
3. Parking was hassle when we first arrived there, due to the “kempen PRN”, so lots of politicians are staying there. But their staffs are really helpful to guide us to a proper parking space.
4. Breakfast was awesome for the 4 days in a row. Their staffs even recognize our big group and lead us to a big family table each morning (really appreciate the courtesy).
5. We managed to use both of the swimming pool facilities and it was remarkable family outing. The lifeguard was friendly too.
6. During our stay, we managed to use the FOC ocean ride cruise, and we are lucky to have the whole cruise by our selves — it was really awesome experience and we enjoy each seconds spent there.
7. I requested for late checkout due to my flight back to KL was delayed (thunderstorm), the frontdesk are really helpful and even check if im ok and need a ride to go to the airport. (Thumbs up for the extra services and your courtesy).
Overall it was a nice and enjoyable experience staying at your resort. We are looking forward to spent our family staycation again at your resorts soonnn. Hopefully this coming Christmas holidays.
