The only pro I can think of is the marvellous sea view we get to wake up to, and another star probably for the basic amenities given for the price we pay, it’s considered value worth. (We took a 2-room suite with kitchenette, living room and balcony at RM300pn) There is some cons that the management should really look into: 1. There’s some bad odour in the bathroom and water pressure was very low even after 9pm 2. No landline provided in the room, nor Wi-Fi coverage. Only one of the numbers listed on the website is reachable. It’s difficult to reach the reception or housekeeping for any assistance required throughout your stay when you have poor mobile network coverage for most local telco. 3. Both my husband and I woke up to few bedbug bites around neck area, with this reason it’ll be my first and last stay. 4. Cleanliness around the beach is in serious need of improvement, no doubt the location is blessed with a stunning view overlooking South China Sea yet the shore is filled with rubbish! During my short walk along the beach, how ashamed is that your in house guests from western country were the one picking up pieces of garbage and plastics. 5. Swim at your own risk, no lifeguard around the premise. 6. Double standard hospitality: “show” sincerity only when my husband shared our feedback and business card upon check out
