Amazing hotel with amazing spacious bedrooms and facilities. The restaurant is delicious and the staff of the hotel is the nicest I ever experience. A special thank you to all of them and a plus for Modeste and all the team at the reception and Iando and his team at the restaurant they are the most genuine people ever. You can book without hesitation if you’re stopping by Tamatave.
I do recommend this hotel very much.
It's a business Hotel (no outdoor pool, no sundeck or outdoor bar) with a very nice, calm atmosphere. Security people are always taking care of the environment near the hotel. Despite the clean, good smelling and nice looking rooms with comfortable beds and fast internet, it's the staff I like to mention the most. They are great people taking always care of you. They are fun to deal with and fun to have around you, giving me (travelling alone) a welcomed feeling for 2 weeks now. The restaurant offers delicious food with a good quality, never had any issues with it. The wines are also worth to mention, they made good choices here. Did I mention the great staff already? The manager also takes care of his guest, being present in the restaurant area talking to the guest, great to see this.
Despite this the indoor pool and Hamam is very nice and clean and the gym offers a good mix of machines in a mostly good condition.
Worth to mention is also the Asia Brunch at Sundays with a wide variety of fresh made foods and desserts.
One point which can be done better:
Unfortunately they do not have a card of Allergenes within the menu stating clearly what is inside each meal.
