We dropped in for dinner which is normally a buffet but the staff were so lovely and let us order a la carte and we had a yummy seafood stew and crab.

Stayed one night at mantis soanambo. The staff is very friendly (which can be not the case sometimes in Madagascar if you are not the typical white tourist).

I enjoyed the exciting ride to the hotel from the airport and the detailed tour on arrival from the staff at reception. The resort is clean and the area off the swimming deck is wonderful.

No two ways about it, this is simply THE place to stay in Ste. Marie. Short tuk tuk to town, or airport to the south.

The Aurora Lodge is right at the sandy Beach, quiet, nature around you.
Easy access by boat (30 Min. ) from Ile St. Marie, all organized by Aurora and always on time.

Paradise. Everything there was very nice. Room was spotless and beautiful. Place was amazing. Staff was nice and polite. Activities were excellent.

We enjoyed our stay at Ravoraha so much! The staff is so lovely and friendly and go out of their way to make you comfortable. A very charming place with a pool and it is beachfront.

Great restaurant (especially the hot sauce) and the best cocktails we had in the island! The staff was super nice and accommodating, we had a lovely lunch and afternoon afterwards. Thank you!

This place was amazing. We may have been the only guest at the resort. We had a good personalized experience. The restaurant was always good. The whale watching activity was amazing.

I really liked Maningory. The staff, without exception, were lovely. Happy, smiling, and polite. Likewise the owner.

Nice restaurant with private beach. Very friendly staff. Great choice of dishes, well prepared and fair priced. Also pizza to go available. Limited choice in non-alcoholic beverages however.

Our stay at Boraha Village Ecolodge was incredible! It’s a stunning location and the staff are all so lovely and helpful.

We went to Boraha Village Ecolodge for lunch. Our hotel had made the bookings and had a lovely reception. You arrive into a luxurious forrest and are taken to a fantastic deck over the sea.

We love this place! The hospitality of Vincent and Valerie is exceptional. They immediately made us feel at home. The bungalows were right on the beach, spacious, and clean.

The Island is beautiful with fantastic beaches and nature.
Sambatra Beach Lodge is amazing. Small, cosy and gives a very familiar feeling. Nice bungalows just by the beach.

We had an amazing stay in Samaria lodge. We booked the room with ocean view what was absolutly amazing. We were lucky to spend Christmas eve and Christmas at this magical place.

Villa Paradis deserves its name in all aspects! Andrè and his wife are so accommodating and friendly and will make a plan even when there is no electricity and water.

Super nice bungalow, we stayed in several hotels on the island and this was the cleanest and most comfortable (with good water pressurea and Wifi in the room — a rarity here!

I only had lunch there but the entire property looks lovely! Wooden lodge and beautiful garden.

We stumbled upon this restaurant while walking around the island. We had a lovely lunch and drinks, which did not disappoint, with soothing views of the sea and playful whales in the distance.
