The apartments are nice, clean, tidy although no hot water early in the morning on my last day The location is not great, 4km from the city, a decent 40 min walk which is good for Fitbit lovers There are no staff on site and difficult to contact anyone via what’s app or email (my key didn’t work & I tried to book airport taxis but nobody replied to any messages) Having spent time on day tours other people I met seemed to be paying similar prices but staying in the city. This place is too much of a hassle, too far out & no staff… I’d recommend finding somewhere in the city …
Very nice appartement, studio is very good. Calme street and supermarket is down to the apartment. Bakery is 2min far from the appartement. Centrum is not far from city. Owner is very nice. I recommend everyone to comes here ifs you need a place in Skopje. I love My city! Im Born here in Skopje I have also a home here 15min far from this place but I preferred too stay in this lovely place. Do not miss this place. Because We will come back.

We rented two rooms here, there were pros and cons. Price, and parking is definitely a big plus. Comfortable beds and clean rooms, did not experience the problem that was written before. Wifi was strong, supermarket (KAM) is in the basement, bakery is in 10 m. Distance. Cons: staff is difficult to reach, my advise to call them in advance and ask the entry code to the building, in this case if you arrive after working hours, you can enter and pick up your keys from the reception desk. Another problem was the noisy street, but most of the streets are very noisy because of the crazy drivers and bikers. No microwave in the kitchen and we missed the electric kettle (in one room). All in all, it was good.
