Best food and best service.

The best place in Ohrid, exelent food.

The most beautiful thing about the hotel is that you can see the lake in front of you. Such an amazing view to the old city. Great stuff, delicious food, large apartment and a lovely atmosphere with a music at night hours.

This was a superb stay in a wonderful room with a lake view. The location was absolutely perfect. Spacious well equipped room, comfortable bed, large balcony and very clean. Breakfast was delicious and the staff in the restaurant was very helpful and friendly. Nice and clean SPA area. Available free parking space. Such helpful, friendly and happy staff at the reception, was a true pleasure to stay here. Especially Ivana and Violeta at the front desk. Thank you Ivana and Violeta for your help and advice. Highly recommended.

The hotel is beautiful. Wonderful place to stay and enjoy, has all the praise from me, the staff is at the highest level, friendly, helpful, the food wonderful, the cleanliness at the highest level. The hotel is very nice rooms are clean but the stuff at the reception was little a rude with us the girl with black hair was like she is tired of us and she gives us bad energy. Most of all the hotel is great.

Complete Disaster! Totaly unprofessional staff and very small rooms! They dont know the meaning of all inclusive service! Not worth it for the price at all!

I just ordered chicken burger without extra bacon (take away) at tino pub, and they gave me with bacon. When I came to home I was suprised with bacon and I went again to pub to change completely and they gave me the same one again, they just removed bacon, I didn't check, I trusted the waitress.

Went for dinner at around 8pm, lively environment, live music, good portions and dishes in a nice homely setting. One of the more expensive places but it definitely shows. English speaking (very helpful) and friendly staff who are happy to answer questions about Ohrid.

Went there for lunch and had a wonderful grilled pork dish with an Aegean salad (their description, it was a Greek salad! ) Very reasonable, views are fantastic and the highlight was the garlic butter which is they're house speciality (naughty but very nice! )

Arrived in the Evening. Hardly any Parking. Reception friendly. Restaurant noisy up to the Rooms. Strange Smell. Spa only until 9Pm. Little Dog OK. Minibar empty. Location good, right on the Lake. Price for 2 People 69th —. The Lake beautiful. Ohrid full touri City. A Lot of Traffic in Early June. It May be that the Restaurant is ok, I will test it. Best Restaurant on Site: aquarius beach. This is incredible! Not to top! The Hotel is disappointing if you were previously at the Mercure in tetovo, everything fits there! Here's not Sometimes Soap in the Shower …

The management of the hotel is terrible. The pool is dirty, no supervision and not allowed to drink any beverage. The rooms are not well cleaned, the bed linen is dirty, mini bar is empty. Overall the hotel is not at the level of the standard, which advertised. Only good thing is that the working staff is excellent and view from room was extraordinary.
