Love the pool and spa area, beautiful hospitality at the reception area, clean! The food in the restaurant however — we have had better in their restaurant in town.

Very slow service with hardly a friendly smile. We waited an hour for our food. Only six/ seven tables were occupied — what if it was really crowded? Several people around us began leaving due to the long wait. The only orders that were served quickly were salads. All other cooked dishes took far too long.

I was staying for 3 days in this Hotel. In the reception we were facing a problem to get a card for entering in the room. Small fitted rooms, you can sleep well. Bathrooms are very small and funny showers are not on the same ground level as the floor so, if someone is getting a shower the whole bathroom floor is wet. The food is okay and service is the good level there, they are friendly helpful.

Straight up great, Food is wonderful, and the pool is great. Also the GIANT lake is really close by. The only "bad" thing is the fact that you need to cross a really busy street to get to the lake.

Fantastic place, indoor and outdoor pool, great spa area, restaurant is great. Good location for the lake and the old town. Would highly recommend and will be back again.

This hotel was my worst experience in a 4-Star-Hotel ever. — The food quality was aweful! I had a strong diarrhea after eating in the hotel's restaurant. Something with the food or the water in the hotel (they serve tap water to the dishes) is wrong. — The waiters are speaking almost Macedonian language only. Considering this hotel to be a 4-Star-Hotel, I do expect a fluent English service. — The service at the reception was not always polite. Conclusion: Do not attend this hotel, rather look for a 5-Star-Hotel in the surrounding. There are plenty of hotels in Ohrid and I cannot recommend this hotel in any way.

I was attending a conference for 4 days in this Hotel. Honestly I have no idea how this Hotel got 4 stars! — Firstly in the reception we were facing a problem to get a second card for entering in the room (we were two persons in the same room) with the excuse that they don't have spare cards; — Second, the bathroom was very small and the shower place is without curtain, and it is on the same ground level as the floor so, if one is getting a shower the whole bathroom floor is wet… DON'T date to look down from the balcony if you are having a room with view to the wood; — Awful food! Very bad quality. Poor innovation — rice, rice, rice … I don't recommend this place for VEGETARIAN people. The spa is more or less okay, and the waiters are very efficient and polite.

Stayed at this hotel for a Balkan Mission Conference. Room was nice, with lake view, room 205, but relatively small. The food at the restaurant was simple, not much variety. There is a pool, indoor and outdoor but the lake is close by so no need if you want to swim there and there is a spa. Breakfast was self service with a few choices of bread and spreads and the usual stuff you get at these hotels… The conference room is fine too, spacious for a small size conference…

Well fitted rooms, I slept well, breakfast was good just like the sauna. Unfortunately I could only find a cold shower, not a cold bath, after the sauna. The service of the staff was superb, very friendly, very helpful.

This is not a 4 star hotel. Nice welcome, but nothing that shoud meet expectation. Steam room was not warm at all. And poor breakfast choice.

We enjoyed every minute here. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had a lake view room and the view is breathtaking. The SPA center is nice, cozy and super clean. The pool and the restaurant have amazing lake view. It's a quiet neighborhood and yet not far away from the city Ohrid. The service is great, staff was really friendly and helpful.

My stay here was nothing but great. Perfect location, beautiful and quiet scenery, very close to the city of Ohrid. There are always taxi's parked out front to take you where ever you want to go. Rooms are neat and clean. Great, helpful and very friendly staff. The food is great! I will definitely come back!

Our room was nice, but the rest was disappointing. Parking lot too full to accommodate hotel guests. Breakfast mediocre, with the box of tea hidden under a pile of menus and the hot milk from the coffee machine apparently powdered and not entirely dairy. Pools could be nice if not so crowded, while jacuzzi and sauna were both on the cool side. After our good experiences with Hotel Tino in the town of Ohrid, this was an unpleasant surprise.

Super serviable staff. Squeaky clean and very modern. Great food. A nice small spa and a big pool! In a great location! We're staying extra we like it so much! Recommended hands down!

By far one of the best hotels I've ever been to. Great location and facilities, delicious food, staff who are always up to the task in the best manner, and a spa center that can hardly be seen elsewhere. I highly recommend.
