Broadway Hotel

The room condition surpasses my expectation. It is clean and tidy and my room has the river view. The shower is good. Overall, it is good! Most importantly, it is value for money! Having said that, the free afternoon tea is disappointing as the only food served is egg tart. The beverage is only a packed drink. No coffee or tea is available.
Nice surprise after the first night stay: when I returned to the hotel on the second night, it was decorated with some kids stuff. Though it is not suitable for me, it brings smile and sweetness to me.

The hotel grants access to the large swimming pool and kids room, which are very well equipped. Maybe, breakfasts can be improved, but there is a food street nearby, with a lot of good restaurants to choose from. Also, I’ll like to emphasize high quality housekeeping service provided by Arman, who made our stay comfortable and relaxing.

The hotel stay was very pleasant. With the spacious and comfy room inclusing the view of the strip. I would like to especially mention hotel staff, Joy, who was very friendly and welcoming during the whole duration of our stay. He even informed us the best route moving around Macau. The luggage service was also always prompt and organised. The service from other hotrel staff were also commendable. Anotherstaff which I was not able to get his name, helped us load our luggages to the taxi when we were about to leave. Also worth mentioning is the wave pool access in Galaxy hotel which my son really enjoyed. Overall, Thumbs up👍

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a fairly pleasant experience, although there were a few things to note. In terms of location, I felt that it was quite far from the main areas, especially when considering the price. Thankfully, the hotel provides a free shuttle bus service, which is definitely a plus. However, the waiting time for the shuttle can be quite long, and if you're heading to the airport, be prepared to wait even longer due to the need to transfer vehicles along the way. This can be a bit inconvenient if you're in a hurry or have a lot of luggage.
On the service side, the staff were very polite and spoke in a friendly and professional manner. However, the check-in process was slower than expected. It seemed to take quite some time, even though there weren’t too many guests at the counter. This could definitely be improved for a better first impression.
The room itself was spacious and matched the price point well. One of the highlights of my stay was the stunning view from the room – it really made the stay feel special. Overall, with some minor improvements, this hotel has good potential.
Ps. Breakfast it was great but it limited.

We had a wonderful experience at Broadway Macau and would highly recommend it to anyone planning to stay in Macau. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service between the ferry terminal, the airport, and the hotel, which made getting around very convenient.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and courteous throughout our stay. A delightful bonus is the complimentary egg tart given to guests daily at 2 PM, a sweet local touch we truly appreciated.
The location is also a big plus, just a short walk to Galaxy Macau and surrounded by a variety of restaurants along Broadway Food Street. There’s also a nearby bus stop, making public transport easily accessible.
The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection to start the day. Since we were celebrating our honeymoon, the hotel even surprised us with complimentary snacks and wine, which made our stay even more special.
Our room had a fantastic view overlooking Galaxy Macau, which added to the overall experience.
All in all, a memorable and enjoyable stay, we would definitely return!

This is an amazing hotel. A more affordable yet comfortable option in cotai area. It is within the Galaxy resort compound and is connected to the mall and restaurants with various price points were accessible. We’re so surprised because there were so many Filipinos who work in this hotel which made our stay a breeze.
Check-in was smooth but we had to wait for few hours for our room to be ready. But the front desk person — Alex gave us a free suite upgrade. And even sent us winer and treats to our room as a form of apology. They did not have to but that was very thoughtful. Reniel, one of the hotel staff, a Filipino was also very helpful and accommodating.
Overflowing water and bite snacks are available at the lounge so if you feel hungry at night, you just go there tp get cookies or chips. In the afternoon there’s free portugese egg tart.
Breakfast, while not completely buffet was very filling. You have an option for continental and chinese breakfast. A spread of bread, fruits, salad, coffee and juices were also available.
The room, a suite was very spacious. There’s a toilet and bath and an extra toilet room at the ante room.
Amenities were regularly replenished and you may consume all drinks in the fridge.
Overall, the hotel is highly recommended. A free shuttle is also available. Taxi bay right in front of the hotel as well.

Very good service! The staff are also very accommodating especially Durga and Anjo they always make up our room with enthusiasm and cheerfulness. Their service is superb! They have given us extra toiletries and water and our room is spottily cleaned as always. We will definitely be back in Broadway Macau. 💚

We had an unforgettable stay at the Broadway Hotel in Galaxy Macau. From the moment we arrived, the service was top notch! The highlight was definitely the upgrade to the Presidential Suite-it was absolutely luxurious! I truly felt like royalty. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a spectacular stay in Macau!

The best hotel experience we had as a family. Our room. Was upgraded. Benjie, a filipino supervisor gave us complementary wine and local delicacies. They also have unlimited snacks at the lobby. For taxis, their staff helped to get taxis. They alao have shuttle to different hotels. Me and my son got sick and received so much help from Lucy, the Customer Service Manager and she requested for late check out of until 4pm for free. The hospital is so nice like you are in St Luke's BGC and also not expensive. The restaurant beside the hotel is giving 20% discount for hotel guests. And the food is good. Its Michelin for 2017 and 2018. Beside, th3 hotel is the food street where a lot of Filipino vendors. I love this place! Surely, we will be back sometime.

Staffs are accommodating, nice, and friendly. The room is clean and smells nice. There are pastries and wine for a welcome gift. Very thoughtful! They have a snack bar which is nice because there are free snacks and drinks there. The location of the hotel is very accessible to the tourist destinations here in Macau.

This hotel is located just in front of The Galaxy, nice location and great view from the window. There are shops and convenience stores nearby. They serve great breakfast too!
We booked 2 rooms, 1 king and 1 2-twin, for 2 nights. Both are spacious and clean, with lots of spaces to move around. I also like that the restroom has separated bath tub and shower making it more spacious, plus with toiletries provided.
Staff were polite and courteous. They answer queries nicely and willingly. Special mention to Sir Benjie for being so nice and making out of his way to help us with our needs.
We highly recommend this hotel in Macau.

If you are watching show at theatre then is very convenience. But rooms are like business hotel kind. But overall is clean just breakfast option a bit little. They do have snack and egg tarts at the waiting area for guest to eat while waiting for check in.

I love everything about the hotel, but the most that I like is the smell, super bango. The rooms we got is viewing directly sa galaxy macau 😍 Very accomodating staff from local staffs' to filipino ones lalo na po si Sir JL & Sir Reniel (friendly, approachable & accomodating). More more power for this luxurious hotel. 😊

Good value for this location among all other expansive popular brand hotels in the area. Very helpful and welcoming staffs. And they would go extra miles to help with requests. The free snacks and drinks in tea room are awesome! Room is clean and spacious. We got upgraded to a river view room which added to our enjoyment of the stay!

My family stayed in the Broadway Hotel to celebrate my mom's job promotion and my niece's birthday. It was the best decision we've made because we are so unsure on where to stay in Macau since there are a lot of great hotels around the area. The day we arrived, we were already wowed by the hospitality of the staff especially Reniel, it felt like we're at home and he treated us as if we're family. Most of all, our family would like to extend our gratitude to JL because he has been very helpful during our whole stay. He even sent us a bottle of wine to celebrate the occasion. When we were about to go home, he insisted to help us with our baggages and he suggested that we take a cab going to the airport for convenience. He again helped us to get a cab and assisted us with our heavy baggages. What a great service from the day of our arrival until we left the hotel. It was one of the best service I have experienced ever. We will surely go back!

The stay with my family was a great experience. I also would like to commend and appreciate the kindness of the staff, especially the warm welcome from JL and Tony in the reception, they did a great job in welcoming us and taking care while we're staying at the hotel. Additionally, Niraj and Suresh from housekeeping provided us with these wonderful baby baths for my baby, even if they didn't know that we're having a baby in the family.

The room is very nice. The manager and the staff really friendly and informative. The manager and the staff are really really generous. They upgrade my room for free and they give me some local snack from Macau. I wish I can stay longer in here. I will back again if I stay in Macau. They have shuttle bus that integrate to several location.
