The Wi-Fi is so damn slow. I booked through trip. Com and it was more expensive than usual because of holidays. They only provided breakfast for 1 person (even though I very clearly booked a twin bed double room). This is their scheme to make money. When I tried calling or emailing, the staff didn't speak English and were rude. The only reason it's scoring any points from me is that the room and toilets are adequate and the location is excellent.
Book through traveloka, but I'm unable to leave my review there.
Amazing experience and service! They upgraded my room. The room is clean and spacious. Location of hotel is convenient. A lot of restaurants and there are 24hours supermarket nearby.

Good place to stay as a foreigner!
Me and my mom are english speakers without knowing anything related to cantonese, but even with that barrier, the reception were super kind and tried and succeeded in understanding us and even got us some fruits cuz it was my birthday the next day teehee.
They even helped us book our taxi to the ferry and even wrote down the plate number and the place we wanted to go to in cantonese on a piece of paper, the service were very helpful and kind!
The rooms were BEAUTIFUL and the bathroom was very comfortable, it had so much space for a two person bedroom which was amazing. It was a bit cold though especially during winter season but the thick comforter helped us sleep comfortably throughout the entire night.
Kudos to the reception staff, they were the best part of the experience, really!
