Palazzo Versace Macau

It is really a good choice to celebrate my birthday in this hotel. Facilities were clean and the design is indeed elegant but what impressed us the most are the friendly staff who really made our stayed memorable. Wing allocated me nice view room, Gem assisted us with our luggage from the driveway to the room and Hayna provided me tips to visit in Macau while she walked me to the breakfast venue.

The stay was amazing and absolutely wonderful. The hotel exceeded my expectation! It was comfortable and luxurious! The pool was so nice and luxurios too!
The staff are friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Henry and Gem for assisting us to our hotel room, Jonathan for assisting our visitors and Paul for assisting during our check out! My husband and I stayed at Palazzo Versace Macau for 3 nights. The staff of the hotel are all very well trained and polite and pleasant. We stayed in a premier kind bed room with garden view. The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The layout and space of the toilet is also spacious and good.
We booked our stay with breakfast and the breakfast is ala carte buffet style. There is a good number of choices for the breakfast and we can try different items on different mornings. The food is of good quality and nicely presented.
We also had oriental massage at their spa and the massage therapists are pleasant and well skilled.
We have stayed at a few other hotels in the Cotai area before and this is our favorite.
We will stay at here the next time we visit Macau.

I recently stayed at this 5 — star hotel and it was an exceptional experience. The luxurious rooms were spotlessly clean and exquisitely decorated. The FO staff Camie Lam incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to meet our needs. The dining options were diverse and the food was absolutely delicious. The amenities were top — notch, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and enjoyment. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Versace. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. They were helpful with every aspect of our stay and are equipped with knowledge. The afternoon tea is highly recommended. The space is clean and luxurious. We will def be back. We recommend everyone to choose to stay at Palazzo Versace.

We loved staying here! The room was very large and accommodated our family well. The complimentary egg tarts were AMAZING! My kids had a great time in the pool and most of all the staff were so friendly. Alex from the butler service was so kind, helpful and professional. We will definitely come back!

The Versace Hotel in Macau is such a pleasant surprise. It's an absolutely wonderful hotel. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and featured a plush bed that made mornings a delight. "The staff wing and Winnywere incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above. From the warm welcome at reception to the prompt assistance with luggage, every interaction felt genuinely caring. Recommend the hotel and express a desire to return.

Top notch service. All staff are amazingly kind and accommodating. We were immediately assisted when we arrived by the english speaking lady in reception name Karla. She was thoughtful and kind. The hotel is grander than I imagined. The swimming pool scream luxury, the room is spacious, luxurious and gorgeous. Truly picture perfect. We will definitely comeback.

Palazzo Versace Macau is a symbol of luxury and professionalism. Everyone very attentive to our needs. Spectacular views from luxury rooms and impeccable service. Not to mention the delicious breakfast at La Scala. Our dinner at Don Alfonso 1890 was unforgettable. Chef Federico Pucci welcomed us in the kitchen and elaborated a great menu. It deserves a Michelin Star. Hayna and Gem went above and beyond and made us feel at home. We will certainly be back.

I had an overall amazing experience with Palazzo Versace Macau. The staff are nice and attentive, and the room is spacious. However, it would be better if they had bidet toilet and a bigger bathtub. The breakfast is ok but not impressive. What I love the most is their casino, which is new and full of people.

It's my first time in Macau, and I enjoyed our visit to Palazzo Versace. The staff at the lobby greeted us with warmth. After having some coffee, we approached a staff to see us around the amenities. We would like to specifically thank Gem Anselmo because he is genuine and accommodating. Also, when we are about to leave, he shows us a convenient way to go to Grand Lisboa by at least walking us on where we can take it, which is a point-to-point shuttle bus. We really appreciate his willingness to help us! If you are also a first-timer in Macau, this hotel is worthy!

We arrived at the hotel just after 3 p. M. And had to wait 10 minutes to reach the check-in counter. The staff were helpful. Especially Jonathan, the one that helped when we arrived, was so professional. Good job. The room view is excellent, but I don't really like the front desk; they ask if we can give them reviews. I forgot the name of the lady. But I say it should be after check-out?. That's not really nice asking a guest that just arrived. But overall, lovely stays.

I can’t speak highly enough of Palazzo Versace Macau. The hotel is obviously not subtle, it’s quite flamboyant for understated people like me … however, once I adjusted to the bling-bling vibe, the hotel certainly met or exceeded my expectations in every regard.
Firstly the check in experience was super friendly and professional, I was grateful to the staff for rushing the cleaning so that we could check in when we arrived earlier than advised.
Our twin room was spacious, spotlessly clean and immaculately presented. Each time we returned, our room was clean. Even the cords on my phones were neatly rolled up and folded. It seemed like the room was cleaned multiple times each day.
The restaurants we ate at continued with the exceptional and friendly service. Mesa by Hose Alvarez and Don Alfonso were both amazing for dinner. I was feeling unwell at Mesa and the staff brought me a refreshing honey lemon tea — the waiter said his mother in China gives him the some drink when he’s not well… I appreciated the caring attitude.
The breakfast at La Scala del Palazzo was delicious, I liked the many options on the menu and we could order multiple items as part of our room rate with breakfast. I recommend the amazing dim sum!
Truly, I have no complaints. We had an amazing time at Palazzo Versace. Thank you to all the wonderful staff, I would definitely return again if my travels were to take me back to Macau.

Palazzo versace Macau is the 3rd versace hotel in the world, we had stayed in the Gold Coast one & dubai one. Tried to stay in this one but failed:Too popular in summer school holidays, need book at least 10 Days in advanced. We stay in Grand Lisboa palace Macau instead, which is in same building. Palazzo versace staff very nice& kind, we visited most area of hotel. Great taste, all versace furniture & branded items, better than Gold Coast one. Love the swimming pool&garden best. Have to stay next time.

Palazzo Versace Macau is located in Grand Lisboa Palace Resort Macau. The hotel's lobby and common areas had a warm and inviting ambiance that made for a pleasant arrival experience.
The entire hotel, including the guest rooms, is exquisitely luxurious. The decor and amenities throughout are exceptionally high-end and elegant leaving guests completely awestruck. Each room is even equipped with a coffee machine. The room was absolutely clean and comfortable. I felt the size of the Premier Versace Room with 2 queen beds was big enough for the three of us (1 Elderly, 1 Adult, 1 Teenager).
After checking in, we rested in the room for half an hour before have dinner. The room service had prepared fruits and desserts for us, which was very thoughtful.
The room service was first-class, very considerate and friendly. The hotel staff handles guest requests with great flexibility.
The buffet dinner and breakfast were enjoyed at the self-service restaurant “The Grand Buffet” in the Grand Lisboa Hotel. The food selection was extremely abundant, well-presented, and reasonably priced. There was even live seafood cooking, where you could choose your preferred cooking method — a very unique and delicious feature. It is truly the crème de la crème of buffet dining experiences.
