Lovely stay had at this hotel during our 11 day road trip on Harleys. There was good parking for the bikes, albeit a bit of a trek from the car park location to reception and the rooms but this was not a big issue. The staff here are excellent, all have great Customer focus and made the stay more enjoyable. Our room was fine with a nice view of the Chateaux. We eat in the hotel restaurant, La Table de Clervaux and the experience was superb. Great ambience and the food was amazing. I had the ribs and they were so succulent and tasty, probably the best ribs I have ever had. Everyone else had a lovely meal as well and they were very accommodating to my wifes garlic and onion allergy. All in all a great stay and we would definitely come again.
I do not recommend this hotel! We were scammed. As soon as we arrived in the city, my fiancé and I went to the reception, paid for our stay in cash. The receptionist was very friendly, answered all our questions, and then gave us the room keys. Everything seemed fine at that point.
The next day, we returned the room keys, as we were staying only one night, and checked out of the hotel. About two hours later, I received an email from Booking. Com stating that we had left the hotel without paying and that the hotel would charge my card.
I called the hotel to ask what was going on. The receptionist told me to send an email with my bank account number so that they could issue a refund. Unfortunately, after sending the email, the receptionist refused to return the money and claimed that the person who accepted the payment no longer worked there.
I asked them to check the reception security cameras if they didn’t believe me, but the receptionist responded that the cameras just happened not to be working on that particular day. Quite strange that they stopped working exactly when I made the payment. I then asked her to check the cash register, but she stopped replying to my emails.
I also called the hotel again, asking for the contact details of the person who took the payment or for someone to urgently contact me, but no one responded. I wanted to resolve the issue while I was still in Luxembourg, not after I returned to Belgium.

Well located hotel, just across the chateau de Clervaux. Room for 3 people had two separate rooms and a joint bathroom reached through a common area with automatic light sensor. The small room for one person was large and well designed. Quiet area. Heated towel rack. Friendly staff. Private parking on site at a cost. Very clean rooms with kettle. Free pool and sauna.
The larger room is not so well designed for our needs. The bed is set tight between two wardrobes / cupboards with no night table. Hard to find space for luggage. Few useful plugs. Automatic light sensor turns on bright lights; which is not so great during the night when going to the bathroom.
