Nearest hotel to the Luxembourg Airport.

Does the job: a bit dated but efficient. Well-located for the airport but otherwise outside of town.

It's a good place to have a lunch in, as they have a filling buffet for 16EUR. Didn't book a room there so can't judge this. It used to be a Sheraton hotel back in the day. The facility has a gym too.

Hotel next to the airport very attentive staff.

Nothing special. Rooms are clean, but they need "refreshment". Beds were comfortable. Breakfast good. Huge advantage is localization — 5 min walk from airport.

The flush leaked, the noise does not help to sleep. The sink clogged.

It's going to take a night off before you fly. And so the hotel is quite shaky, old plumbing, the windows are not closed tightly, from the closed window siphonitis. The restaurant has food for the weak three.

What a dump! I can only think of one thing I do like, however there is lots I do not like, main headlines as follows: Negatives: — Wi-Fi, what is the point of it, so slow, its pointless — Food is terrible — Rooms are hot and stuffy — There are Rats outside — You have to sleep with the window open as its so hot — Bathroom is disgusting, old and dirty with suspect stains — TV, no point to it, small and no decent channels — The room is so small even the 7 Dwarfs would find it claustrophobic — Key card never works, every day you have to join the queue of people getting it reset, really annoying — Breakfast is average but becomes poor if you have room service, everything is stone cold Positive: — Due to how hot the room is you have to sleep with the window open and the early morning Beijing flight wakes you without you having to set your alarm!

Due to some scheduling changes, I found myself needing to overnight near the Airport. The room was immaculate. The restaurant and bar are world — class. The morning breakfast is not to be missed.

To be a four star the missing a major update. Free Parking. Correct service, comfort and cleanliness. Reasonable price to be Luxembourg.

Nice room, Clean and a reasonable size. Bathroom clean and all features (shower, taps etc. ) work fine. Although next to the airport I didn't get disturbed by planes noise. Staff are friendly and helpful and I enjoyed the buffet breakfast.

Good, but not to throw bells on the flight. The bar service is the most friendly. Bad breakfasts; We're on a suspense.

For a limited time. Good hotel in the standard of the important NH chain located near the airport. Excellent as a base for the next day's flight. You are close to the center reachable in a 20 minute drive. The hotel has a bar/restaurant where you need a good food, better to avoid the pastas. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Nice room Very well insulated. Small flat even with the heating to the maximum, it was not very hot in the room.

I stayed with my partner three nights and we were very at ease: the cleanliness of the room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable and we had all the utensils for the toilet: hand and body soap, shampoo, even mask and creams, in that NH has a lot of detail, another example of this was to put our provision a bathrobe and slippers. (although we were two and only left for one)
Our surprise was that to welcome us were given several tea bags and coffee capsules, along with a water for the coffee maker (although we finished it, we renewed it every day).
We found a good deal through Booking, that yes, breakfast was not included, and if we wanted to have the buffet we should pay 25 euros per person a day, which seemed excessive.
Regarding the service was correct, they were very friendly both at the front desk and in the restaurant. Yes, restaurant prices compared to the amount of food, we found them elevated.

A hotel that the business types would appreciate. A 5 minute walk from the airport, professional service, all the amenities provided to make for a comfortable stay. I would recommend opting for the breakfast. A great spread suiting the needs of gluten intolerant and vegans.

Stayed here for a day in December. The best thing about the hotel is it's location (right next to airport) and parking (enough for 50 cars or so). The size of the hotel is impressive but requires more maintenance. Did not feel like stepping into a 4 star hotel. The carpet specially on the floors was very stained. The rooms were okay sized, clean and the toiletries supplied were good. Staff is friendly enough with a very quick checkin and checkout procedure.

There are two spotlights from the hotel itself pointing directly at our room, so we had a horrible night out because of the difficulty of sleeping with so much light. The blankets of the beds are the same width as the bed so each turn is inevitable to be uncovered. We ordered a quilt from a bed of 1.35 and they gave us 2 blankets. One of the 3 beds is 1.80 long and one of US measures 1.80, we ordered a bigger one and they said that they are all like that. You had to sleep with your feet on the outside… The fridge makes a scary noise, we had to unplug it. There are no plugs on the sides of the bed. I'm probably forgetting something, but nothing positive. Overall very bad.

Best Hotel around the airport area. But still not what I would expect for that price. Bathrooms are mostly pretty worn out. In the rooms if you switch off the lights during the night somehow the electric sockets also switch off. This means you can't charge your phone during nights. Worn out is also the gym. Nevertheless the gym is quite big for a hotel. Restaurant is okay but nothing special.

The first hotel I visited after landing in Luxembourg and changed 4 hotels so far, NH luxembourg has been the best so far during my stay.

The room was very clean The only "flaw" are the furnishings that are antiquated.

Plus-good location (walking from the airport) and good breakfasts. But the old rooms are small, the staff organization is below average.

Дрянь дрянская. Меню скучное, все время одно и то же. Был тут месяцев 6 назад, с тех пор в меню ничего не изменилось. Номера маленькие, ванные комнаты маленькие, керамика вся потрескалась, ванна жёлтая, светильники разбиты и заклеены скотчем! Полы в номерах сделали из ламината, поэтому ночью вы не поспите. Кто придумал это издевательство? Все время кто-то топает каблуками, слышно за 3-4 номера как стонут, гремят чемоданами и спускают воду в унитазе. Переночевать разок вроде бы и можно, но мне пришлось мучаться больше 10ти дней! Уборку делают отвратительно. Если поймут что вы не новенький постоялец и живёте несколько дней, перестанут класть моющие средства. Под кровать не заглянут, с кресла мусор тоже не смахнут. Запах в гостинице ужасный, в номерах пахнет каким-то ужасным, затхлым жиром. По хорошему нужен ремонт, все старое и облезшее, в помещении для завтраков откровенно ободранные и засаленные диваны. В баре ценник конский — две кружки пива и мааааленькими стейк потянут на 50 евро. Трансфер с 7ми утра… пользуйтесь такси.
Trash trashy. The menu is boring, all the time the same. I was here about 6 months ago, since that time nothing has changed in the menu. The rooms are small, the bathrooms are small, the ceramics are all cracked, the bath is yellow, the lamps are broken and covered with scotch tape! The floors in the rooms are made of laminate, so you will not sleep at night. Who invented this mockery?

This hotel is not even worth a star. I paid 450 euros a night. I already demand a certain standard. However, I was disappointed at 100%.
1. At the entrance of the hotel the carpet is already peeling.
2. At the front desk at check-in I had to use the forms with personal ID etc. Fill in yourself 3. At the hotel bar is incompetent staff, which gives light beer in 0, 5 l Weißbierglässer.
4. Wheat beer is served without yeast.
5. Hotel room smells like moth balls.
6. Rooms are very old fashioned.
7. Roombar is closed with cable ties.
8. Hotel door in the bathroom was already broken from the bracket and was glued primitively.
9. Outlets in the room are without electricity when the light is switched off. Absolute disaster when you need the alarm.
10. No outlets in Bettnähe.
11. Bathroom would have only a shower curtain for €450.
12. Shower shower was no longer adjustable in height. Defective screw cap.
13. Light did not turn off when the card was pulled out of the door.
14. In the bathroom, the faucets and the coating peel off.
Etc.
I had room number 326.
= Absolute catastrophe.

Good hotel and everyone very nice. Breakfast was very good and complete. We ask for a late checkout and they told us immediately no problem. Rooms are good enough. Nice gym! The internet was really slow.

The restaurant has old and expensive food. The garden is pleasant.

Not bad service for a 5 day business visit. Rooms are cleaned daily. But In need of some cosmetic touch up. My bath had limescale stains which looks to been there for years. The hotel menu is very poor and lack of choice.

The hotel needs more maintanence for bathroom and other small things. Very cosy and comfortable. And clean. Howerver, air conditioning was not working correctly and the bathroom was broken and was not changed. We were pretty uncomfottable by this. But overall its a nice stay.

I have been in and out regularly over the past year, there have been many problems mostly related to noise, they are removing carpets from the rooms and installing wood flooring, however in doing so they remove sound proofing, this is very annoying when most travellers keep their shoes on and there seems to be a constant noise of foot fall on wood, special thanks to those who wear high heels, the constant clip clop from above and from the rooms either side of you at any time of the day and late at night is very annoying.
Very poor planning and a very poor response from the hotel management.
The latest problem of the lack of internet has removed any desire I might have had to go back after this week.
The kitchen at night is quite poor, I dont want a full meal usually I only want an omelette and salad, I have had this many times over the last year but once or twice it has been refused on the grounds that it is "not on the card" as it was on Monday 12/6/17 at 7pm, how pathetic to treat customers this way, shame on you nh.

For the 3 nights, we did not have any internet connection… and if you re staying for business purpose you are in the s****. Employee were not kind and look at you as you are the x customer complaining about Wi-Fi or others staff… I m staying a lot in the hotel in luxembourg but this one was the first but the last time I will go…
Only positive point, breakfast, really good.

Literally 2 minutes from the airport. Has a gym, nice big rooms with everything in them, good quality iron, hair dryer, very helpful and friendly staff. The photo was taken outside the main entrance to the airport, which is a new modern build.

Once the Sheraton Luxembourg and one of the best hotels in Luxembourg, alas this aging hotel is in need of a refresh. THe check-in staff seem friendly but waiting in line at check out seems often longer than it should. The rooms are not sufficiently acoustically isolated from the airport noise next door. Also thermal regulation is often times out of control in your room. If you're lucky to have one of the rooms that has an opening window, you'll be assaulted by plane noise late at night and early in the morning. The bathrooms are in need of refurbishment carrying the same tile for the last 20 years. The bar/cafe can get busy and is understaffed by unfriendly waiters and bartenders. Breakfast buffet is quite large and well served.

Good reception, decent restaurant, clean room but very poorly soundproof, noises of planes all night… bad sleep…

Breakfast at €21 approx. Alternative to the airport at 500m. Free parking, convenient location with car (or alternative means).

Rooms are small, dark and flat from modern. Staff unkind and uninterested. No way this is a 4-star hotel.

We have spent only one night here, nice room, surprisingly quiet for being so near to the airport. Car park quite inconvenient, but the worst thing was to actually FIND this hotel when arriving by car. I wish they make more effort and put more signs how to get there.

Horrible hotel in horrible location. It fails to mention how inconveniently it's located and there's only free shuttle to the two-minute-by-foot airport, not to the city center. The rooms are ok, but hotel itself is old and frankly needs a good renovation and reparation. Dim lights and moldy old carpets are not pleasant. The so-called "free Wi-Fi" is only free for web surfing and emails but not for multimedia or video chatting, I think the hotel could to be more upfront and honest about that part. Overall not a hotel I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Luxembourg for a few days, perhaps if you're only staying for connecting flights.

Love the fitness at the upper floor. You have a great view of planes landing and taking of. Breakfast is served as a buffet, including several options to take with you. Breakfast can be taken up to your room. Pets are allowed.

I'm normally quite satisfied with NH, for either business or leisure stay. But I'm surprisingly disappointed at what I've got specifically in this NH. I booked two rooms and in the one for my friend, she's got a coffee cup and a spoon with coffee stains. In my room, the shower gel bottle just cannot open when I'm taking shower. Internet is slow. But I guess that's normal in any NH so I don't really have very high expectation. Very limited TV channels available and it seems to me it's not even digital. Staffs at the reception are not very customer oriented. Very cool. I was asked to fill in a whole page of personal information. I though I can escape as a member but they cannot find me in the system. Something positive. Beds are good. Location is just next to the airport but there're not really too many planes that would disturb you too much. Free parking for guests but don't be too late as chances are that they're all occupied.

Rooms are ok but a bit dated. Airco didn't work, and the lights are connected in a weird way; You have to screw out the light bulb in the closet to make things work the way it suppose to. Beds are fine, I believe they are recently replaced. Staff is not so customer friendly. I got the feeling they would rather ignore us then to greet us. I think the lady at out check-in spoke 4 sentences in total to us. Breakfast is simple, but good. There are 2 busses (line 9 and 16) going to the center of Luxembourg. One ticket for the entire day (bus and train) costs 4 euro. If you plan to visit tourist attractions, it's probably cheaper to buy a Luxembourg Card (get it at the hotel counter). Most attractions have free entry with this card, and all public transport is included as well.

I lived there 27 days. There was hairdryer with its table and iron in my room. Everything is very good, except the Wi-Fi Internet connection. There is very Low-speed connection. (its about 16 Kb/s). Once morning (in the beginning of the Month) there was 1.6 Mb/s. But unfortunately on 2nd day speed is get low to usual speed 16Kb/s. ( (Also, everyday you need to get a new login and password from the reception.

House is rather old, not purster luxury but for ordinary citizens of super class simply Super.
