Compliments to the interior designer/ decorator, the whole Hotel is very stylishly decorated and the rooms are great designed. The food and drinks are not grazing only delicious but also a eyes. Also the bath and the article talking the available for themselves, only good care for the guests. Here we see clearly that it will be taken care of that the guests feel comfortable. I liked it well.

Fantastic hotel if you don’t mind that it’s a bit remote from town. Though great location for airport and Kirchberg. Very clean and great service. Used to be a regular customer. Tip: take a bicycle out in the area.

Really clean and we'll designed rooms, very modern and crisp. Plus everything non-alco in the minibar was free, which is nice. Had a comfortable stay. The facilities were well maintained and the breakfast buffet was satisfying. We managed to get a good deal and paid way less for the standard room, so it was worth it for us.

Loved this hotel. So clean, stylish looking, based in a nice environment. The staff was so kind and helpful. We enjoyed the wellness department, finally we found a place where the Finnish sauna was hot (around 95 degrees), the gym is well equipped. Their restaurant serves really good and tasty food. If we ever go around that area we will definitely stay here again.

Top hotel just outside Luxembourg.
The rooms are very modern. The bathroom is a bit small. There is enough space for one person at the sink. It's going to be difficult for two people.
Dir Bar and breakfast are very well stocked and leave nothing to be desired.

We were very happy with the service and our room. The kitchen is refined and the breakfast is very complete.

We had a great stay in this hotel. The breakfast was rich and the staff friendly. The cleanliness was flawless and you came to Luxembourg City without any problems, although it is just outside. A point deduction only because the open room stadding that includes the bathroom is only something for couples, single travelers and, if necessary, close friends who know each other for years. If you only know each other fleetingly, I advise you off the hotel. You hear and see just about everything.

Nice looking place with friendly staff and ultra clean toilets. Perfect for supercharging. The restaurant has strict schedules and is closed on Sunday but they can make you a pizza of you are hungry.

welcome? mediocre! not a smile, not at all willing to answer questions, in short an entry in matter dispatched despite the absence of any other person at the counter.
bedroom? Spacious but not very functional. Until then nothing alarming but what about the maid who comes back 2 second after announcing, without waiting for an answer so and this, despite the sign stating "do not disturb" on the door… Hello intimacy! OUTRAGEOUS (should I forget that no excuses were made? )
restaurant? A quality kitchen but once again, an unacceptable service! No smile, dishes often plastic (spoons and verrines, bowls for breakfast, …), a bottle to open is even, …
In short, do not hesitate to visit Luxembourg and its beautiful scenery but if you want to spend a pleasant stay: avoid this HOTEL at all costs!

Hotel room is nice. Food is good buffet for breaktfast and lunch. At the evening it was a la carte. We had a big training room for our team which was good. It had a lot of space and a good view. Also a door to the outside, which was ideal for breaks.

The room was clean and the breakfast was very good.
He restaurant was not bad, even he buffet was acceptable (expensive, yes) The meeting rooms were very functional and bright, and well catered for by Waiters.
A little far from the city, you had to catch a bus which was a ten minute walk.
Helpful Staff.

Nice modern hotel, very nice suite, bar very nice.
But: that you can leave guests in the night for over an hour on a completely abandoned station, because the taxi booking was received incorrectly and even after several calls the taxi may not appear in the right place, does not go at all.
And even worse: it's easy to apologize, take over the guest's taxi bill and invite him to a beer. It's not happening here.
But more semblance than being?

We booked a room with a kitchen, but there was no crockery except for few cups although one of them was quite dirty. There was a hob but net times a small pan, net times a pot, net times a plate, absolutely nothing. The question is — why book a room with the kitchen if you can't cook? The receptionist said it was normal that there was nothing there and sent us to the bar since we got a few plates but were looked at very funny. But otherwise everything is very nice.

Hotel is located in quiet part of Luxembourg with underground parking. Modern, large and comfortable rooms with water & minibar, ordinary breakfast. Free Wi-Fi. Sauna and gym.

The rooms and also the sauna area were top-modern furnished, quiet and very clean. The suite had some nice add-ons (such as A small kitchenette with coffee/Teeautomat). The staff were very friendly and helpful. All the staff (from the restaurant, the reception to the cleaning staff) were very nice, accommodating and multilingual. The breakfast was very plentiful and also the food in the restaurant was outstanding. The bus stop was within walking distance and had a direct connection to the city. There are always people who have something to complain about. It's best to make yourself a picture. We have 5 stars.

The location is good, there is a bus connection directly to the city center. The hotel facilities were great, it also has sauna and gym. The room looks luxurious and at the same time, very modern. However, I would say the staff is below expectation for this kind of hotel, they were not very friendly nor welcoming and they only do what is asked.

Hi-End + very new & clean Hotel, friendly staff, super food. Just highly recommend! Miss you & want to come back this May, but unfortunately — fully booked.

The hotel is located in a commercial area, 20 minutes by taxi from the airport. If all hotels are booked directly at the airport, you can arrive here. Luckily, there is a drink until one o'clock in the morning. For breakfast you wanted to have 25 euros. We have renounced this thanks, because at the airport you can dine well and cheaply.
The interior design of the room I found something beside it.
The staff is not adequately friendly for a four star hotel.

It is always a pleasure to come to the hotel light Luxembourg. Clean, pleasant, nothing to say.

Good convenient hotel for business travel or a weekend stay in Luxembourg. 5-10 minute drive from the airport, 15 minutes from city center without traffic. Plan significant extra time though if you need to commute into city center during rush hour from here. Rooms are clean and convenient. They have AC and Windows can be opened in most rooms. Breakfast is good with decent variety. Not a fan of the eggs or pancakes though. Price is reasonable. Limited parking available outside main entrance or street parking. Additional parking available in the hotel garage.

Very nice hotel with quality indoor restaurant and spa. Four stars deserve also thanks to milto beautiful rooms, modern, well furnished and kept very well. Free Wifi everywhere and very suitable for the event I attended: a corporate convention. Definitely very recommended! Ps near the airport (free private shuttle) and the bus stop that takes you downtown quickly.

The room is always hot when I stay. This is my second stay. One in the summer and one in the winter and both have had miserably hot rooms. I expected to have a better temperature room for the winter stay but unfortunately no. The party on Friday night (08 Dec 2017) was unbelievable. The club music played until after 2:00 am. I was so relieved when they stopped playing music but then they began to disassemble all the stage/etc which involved hammering and banging until almost 4:00 am. Unbelievable! I can't believe this was a hotel where people are expected to sleep. It was horrible the last night.

Beautiful hotel as well as XXL size rooms. Excellent breakfast.

The cost of the room plus breakfast was a good deal (advance pay, can't cancel). Room nice size, staff very friendly. My only complaint is that it seemed no one had read our comment on the booking. When booking online I left a comment requesting an extra bed. This was eventually delivered, but when checking in the staff was completely unaware of my request for the bed.

Pets are not allowed in the rooms (due to overflows that occurred in the past) and must therefore remain in cages in the car.
Presence of recharging terminals for Tesla cars.

Excellent. Clean, easily accessible by car and with possibility of parking in the vicinity (the hotel's parking has a cost), friendly staff, breakfast very rich and varied. The Wi-Fi connection was very good. It is very good choice if you move with car, this close to the airport and downtown.

A good experience for my first hotel in Luxembourg.

From the outside, it seems to be a very clean, modern, and high class hotel. Unfortunately, the service we received was anything but high class. The amenities were appropriate for the price, but the service was deplorable. Based on my experience, most of the staff must be either prejudiced, or rude to everyone. On multiple occasions we were completely ignored by one of the receptionists, having to always wait for a different one to become free before being addressed or even acknowledged. While eating at the bar/restaurant, not only was the salad disgustingly bitter for a simple salad, but we had no one come to ask us how our meal was, or address us in any way after receiving the food, while others were obviously being attended to and cared for. Even after finishing the meal, we waited over 15 minutes for a server to take our plates away and bring us the bill before I finally got fed up and walked over to talk to them at the counter. I would expect this level of service from a fast food restaurant, not a 4 star hotel. Needless to say, I will be sure to avoid this chain of hotels in the future, unless I am looking to be ignored by hotel staff and have an awful experience.

Stayed here for the second time. Friendly staff, great breakfast, nice/clean rooms (perfect bed! ), free Wi-Fi, enough parking places and public transport to the city centre in the area. Location perfect for visiting the city but also Trier, Echternach, etc.

The Wi-Fi connection is very variable depending on the room. Damage.

Well frequented, pleasant bar, breakfast was good once, the other time the scrambled eggs were unfortunately cold, however, after addressing, was clarified directly.

It seems to me that you are earning with other customers too well than that you are really interested in former or even new. Since I liked your hotel earlier than very pleasant, I wanted to share it despite significantly increased prices. To use its really good location again, but am really disappointed. For the price the service should be correct, but it is unfortunately just still sufficient.

I was in your hotel with my dad. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The hotel. Was beautiful, nice and a clean room. Breakfast was outstanding. In the evening the bar was a lovely place to relax with nice lounge music and wonderful and very friendly people. Thank you su much for making our stay so very special.

The top of the high-end dusted! The rooms are clean, practical, modern… The hotel staff always attentive and available. The restaurant is just WOW! The place is easily accessible, with a private parking… What more could you ask eventually?!

My two stays in this hotel have been very good. The team is composed by young people, and very friendly. The room are very comfortable and the food both in the restaurant and cafeteria are very well. Very close to the airport and to the bus stop that allows you to zoom to the center of the city comfortably.

We are always pleased with the services of this hotel, it's been long that our visit to Luxembourg brings us here to accommodate ;) ) ) ) ). For starters, the "green" structure, "design" and clean rooms, breakfast. Included, parking, free Wi — Fi, a good "cocktail" to use at the bar of the hotel, tranquillity… and not at all far from the Center, just qq minutes drive…

Location is top to watch including aircraft for landing, they hear nothing lucky about this in the room. Breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. Rooms are spacious, but the open bathroom is getting used to it is said how where all the toilet with a thin wooden door in the room and straightening.

Very nice hotel but the restaurant service is just atrocious! I've stayed here a few times and it never gets better. I just finished up dinner and I asked it I could have my leftovers wrapped to take to my room and to please put in two pieces of bread. The waitress literally said "absolutely not. " I could only get the bread if I stayed eating in the restaurant. So, I'll be spending about $1, 000 here this week but asking for two rolls is apparently too much. Really?

In absolute terms, the hotel is recommended because the rooms are quite up to my expectations.
The only small downside would be the significant limit of parking outside, if nothing else to add.

Very well maintained hotel. Friendly and helpful personnel. A pity that WC door doesn't have a lock to keep it closed, and that even it was not staying closed. The use of a breakfast voucher is quite annoying, yet another piece of paper to keep somewhere and take with you in the morning. I forgot and I had to go all the way up to the room. Same with my friend that stayed there too. Still, very good buffet and restaurant. Finally, because there were not towels in the sauna area, we did not go there, a pity. The Tesla supercharger at the door was superb for us :)

I've stayed here multiple times for business and enjoy staying every time. The rooms are very nice, modern and well equipped — I would say 'minimalist' but they have everything I've ever needed. The service in this hotel is excellent — the staff are always extremely friendly and attentive, both at the front desk and in the restaurant, and will happily cater to any specific needs. The food is perhaps a little on the expensive side, but it is excellent and I've never had anything I didn't enjoy.

The suite was great, only a little disapointed of the minibar. There was only one orange, one coca and one water for 2 guests. There also isn't much choise of food (snacks) at the bar and we couldn't eat anything at 5PM (only order a pizza to eat in the room) so we had to drive to an restaurant nearby. All the rest of the accomodation was great!

Excellent hotel for staying and having corporate events. Not easy to find through various GPS though.

Good courage, I (female) went to the reception and wanted to check in my group whose rooms were booked in advance. I was not able to carry forward my request, because the man at the reception did not let me get a word, saying only that there were no rooms available. Only when one of the musicians out of the band intervened, he was treated kindly, and of course the rooms were booked. When I asked for my double room the guy did not even look after, saying only that it was not booked. After I went out to discuss with my husband what to do now, the issue could be resolved by one of my fellow travelers. Of course ALL rooms were booked. The man at the reception only has a problem with the fact that a woman came to check in. I never received an apology, although the supervisor had been informed. This applies to me: Never again this hotel.

I'd stay several times in this hotel for business. Although it's far from everything it's one of the best hotels I've ever stayed. Nice modern rooms, excellent breakfast, free parking, Wi-Fi and snacks and fair prices including drinks and food at their restaurant.

The gallery suite is excellent! Nothing to say, it's definitely a very good hotel! The breakfast can be served until noon, very good for people who likes to stay late in bed. Like me.

Visited this wonderfull hotel for a weekend. Modernly decorated (all white), much space, so no cramped rooms. All premium material used for the building and the equipment. Breakfast was enormous. We paid with a groupon voucher. We come back.
