If you have booked this place thinking it will be a nice hotel in the centre of Luxembourg, you're wrong I'm afraid. Across the road from two nasty looking strip clubs, two sports bars, and with curtains that don't close, you're certainly not in for the best night's sleep of your life. Service was lacking and unwelcoming, breakfast was minimal and undercooked, and the rooms very basic and not cleaned well. Would not recommend. At all.

The owners were very welcoming and available for all of our requests.

Only hotel to charge you 3 euros more, while you have not stayed there… as to receive a detailed invoice, as much ask them the Moon! Send a mail and wait for an answer is illusory!. In France, I always had a Bill, although I did not stay in the hotel.!
However, the reimbursement was obtained 2 weeks later. Thank you.

Don't even deserve that star.

The location to the city center is ok (15 min walk) but the area of the hotel does not seem safe at all. I travel alone and both nights I could not sleep. In the first night people were bumping into the door of my room at 4 in the morning and screaming on the hallway and in the front of the hotel. The second night police came at around 2 am in the front of the hotel because people were fighting again. the rooms are decent, clean sheets but the carpet seems like it was not cleaned properly for years. The shower was very small, I could barely fit and I am petite. People at the reception very very friendly! All in all, I think the hotel should not be rated as 3* and also the price should be a bit lower compared to the conditions.

Eklig and germinated. The room is an imposition. Probably it was a smoking hotel, because it stinks of old Qualm. Everything is yellowed and rundown. In addition, the aircraft noise disturbs. For the latter, the hotel can, for once, have nothing.

Due to the fact you personally did not help us and after contacting them via email a I did not get any response back for this unfortunate situation. Here also attached fotos included of dirt, broken stuff… IT IS DEFINITELY A NO GO HOTEL — IT IS EXPENSIVE AND HEALTH INSPECTION MUST VISIT THEM.

Convenient price and location, kind staff but hotel is old, Wi-Fi it's really bad, breakfast is poor and room have smelly moquette.

So-so hotel. If you compare prices, it is one of the cheapest that I managed to find (for €90 for one such wonderful me a day here even without breakfast). Clean, but restaurants. All the charms of the city center-buses and train station in 3 minutes on foot, many bars/eateries/shops/pharmacies and the same perpetual satellite stations, like Tramps and beggars, drug addicts and, of course, prostitutes. The latter can figure out the relationship at 10 p. M. At least an hour or two nights (yesterday the client was not shared-one yelled in German, the second pant in French), and the hotel window thin, heard a little more than anything. The internet in the hotel is not (well, or almost no-message in Vocap can still boot, but download something or play will not work).
However, if you just need to throw a body for a night or two, quite good-clean, warm, friendly staff (this is a family Turkish hotel with its Turkish character), the bathroom is very simple, but not raw, too clean and warm.

In the station area… With accessories typical of those areas…

Not the hotel but yasha kebab is an excellent place. Love the team working there. Excellent service.

Nothing special. The only good thing was the proximity to the train station and center. Nothing else. I asked you to deploy a cot for my baby. But was not made. The baby had to sleep with us. And what you call a double bed is a joke! Very hard and uncomfortable yet.

Close to the train station and restaurants, city centre accessible on foot, convenient!
Hotel with a Oldschool side inlanding without being so dirty.
Watch out for those who have light sleep the street side is relatively noisy at night.

Did not like hotel at all. Dirty bed. Too small shower area. Staff quite not responsive. I asked to change my duvet because it had some stains. Receptionist did not understand English that well. Said staff will come and check the room in 5 mins but no one came. Very poor breakfast. Staff doesn't wear any uniform they are not identifiable as staff. This guy whom I haven''t seen among staff asked me the room number while I was having breakfast. I was quite skeptical if I am giving room number to staff or to strangers. Not a business category hotel. Bit too unprofessional.

Noisy Street at night, drunks, owls… Avoid the rooms on the street side.

We got a room and someone was already inside. Very bad welcome before. Then we got another room dirty in the bathroom, stuffy, and with a Wi-Fi issue. Another person came to complain also. When we asked a refund, the person started to yiel, asking us to get out of the hotel, and took his mobile to call the police. No way to talk at all, the person was rude and yielling louder. Just unbelievable. Stay far from this hotel.

WARNING! I stayed at this hotel from the 7/7/2017 and was planning to stay until the 16th. However I only ended up staying for 2 days forfeiting about 700 euro in the process. Here is the reason why: Although the hotel advertivses itself to have Wi-Fi, this is a complete lie. The Wi-Fi did not work either in our room or anywhere else in the hotel. While this is just a minor inconvinience and not at all a reason for a 1 star review what happened next is. My girlfriend went ONCE to the frontdesk to ask if anything could be done about the Wi-Fi situation. The reception proceeds to barge in our room claiming we do indeed have Wi-Fi and that it is our fault for not being able to use it. Now we are tech savvy and have about 5 wi fi capable devices none of wich worked so this is obviously a bold face lie. Lies are one thing but as my girlfriend lets the receptionist know we dont think he is telling us the truth he FLIPS OUT. Starts calling my girlfriend a "b***h" and a "piece of s***t" and when I confront him about it he THREATENS ME saying he is gonna fight me. Obviously I instantly check out and find a new hotel. If you like being INSULTED and called a B***H or you like sleeping near people who are ready to FIGHT YOU, then you might consider staying at this hotel. For everyone else STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN from this place. I have never been treated so unprofesionally at a hotel or any other buisness in general.

Good location, but very noisy at the evenings. People at the opposite pub keep shouting and fighting till late. Room was okay but could do with more cleaning. Very few power outlets. The bedsheets were very strange, we couldn't figure if there was any at all. There was this strange fabric covering the bed which we assumed is bedsheet.

It is a very quiet hotel sleeps very well and the ones I liked the 3 minute of hbf.

Nice little hotel just a few steps from the central station. Ideal for traveler in transit.

I was I paid for my breakfast the next day I slept till 10am on my stalking in tapping at the door I didn't even give my lunch I paid a brief nil.

Staff OK, rooms with only one electrical outlet on 5 that walk and clean sanitary but without more. The advantage of the balcony for the room was still nice.
