Very helpful and friendly staff. The room and the hotel in general are indisputable cleanliness. And despite the covid restrictions, breakfast is served at the table with a smile. Thank you for your welcome.

The location of the hotel is close to the central station. Rooms are wonderful, breakfast is amazing, staffs are friendly. You can find many kinds of fresh juice and jams, lemon-mint water, hot food etc. Highly recommended!

This hotel is in downtown Luxembourg City, which means it is near shops and restaurants. The train station is also very close, if you are traveling by train. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and spacious.

The rooms are clean and spacious enough. Due to a music event, the stay was limited to one night with a larger group. The staff speaks good English and is very helpful. Travelling with your own vehicle is not mandatory due to the prak fees, even if the car park is located directly behind the hotel and is therefore easy to reach. The breakfast is "OK" but expandable (personal assessment).

Overall — 8.5/10 — Its a good hotel option to stay. Amazing location, really nice staff, good servy, room sizes for good and the best part is there are a lot of shops and restaurants around the hotel. Pros: — Excellent location to visit places in Luxembourg — Good service and staff — Sumptious breakfast buffet. Quite elaborate. — A lot of shops and restaurants around the hotel including Carrerfour, McDonald's, Burger King, H&M etc. — Very close to railway station — 5 mins walk — a nice bar which is open on Sundays also, when 90% of the Luxembourg is closed — very friendly staff and they try to guide you on the city and help you cover what you would like to. Cons — 1. No refrigerator inside, so in case you plan to use it, you must check with the staff 2. Basic bathroom amenities 3. Mostly a self service hotel. Like even if you need an ironing board and an iron, you will have to go to the reception and pick it up. 4. No in-room dining options available.

Good hotel, centrally located; Since central means also lame and the windows to Bahnhofstrasse are not insulated, it is advisable to demand a room to the rear. The staff are very friendly and helpful through the band, the breakfast is good, just I could not make friends with the beds: Blankets and pillows are very heavy and the pillows are also very thick and unhelpful with a tense neck.

Very helpful staff. Spacious room. Not the most comfortable bed, but OK enough. Plenty of choice for breakfast.

The only problem I found is they do not have enough supply of bathroom goodies. I was on a company trip for meetings for a few days and did not packed much bathroom liquid. When I ask a guy at the front desk for conditioner, body lotion and shaving cream, I was told that they all given out. The second day I asked, they still do not have that. On the third day, that guy get annoyed, and rudly told me to buy my own and stop asking. Beside that guy, I would say thr other staff are quite friendly and referred me to join the Radisson Reward. In addition, the breakfast has some good food with fresh orange juice, cold cuts, 6 hot items, like sausages, egg, bacon, mushroom… Also, the location is close to the train station. I would have given 5 stars if the front desk had enough supplys and that guy had better attitude.

Hotel Super, the person of the welcome not flexible of the all one can too much Ola Ola! Housekeepers make too much noise room 316 especially do not take next to the lift and gym impossible to rest!

The hotel is very central, both the room and the bathroom was very clean and spacious. The hotel also has a gym. The parking lot was a bit awkward to find and that was not around otherwise. Otherwise I was satisfied.

The rooms are spacious. Modern Hotel with good customer service. It is close to downtown and you can walk to all the sites. The breakfast is well stocked, but without great fanfare.

The hotel is next to the train station, so easy to get access to. The rooms are minimalist, but enough to spend some nights. However, the breakfast has a limited choice, and the neighborhood is full of dealers one the night comes. In conclusion, a good hotel for professionals, who will stay some days, and work next to the train station.

Checked in for a conference on my birthday. The nice young lady, Maude, upgraded my room :). Everything was clean and everyone was kind and helpful. I’d definitely recommend it!

Awesome business class hotel. They have a good variety for Breakfast (Esp if you are vegan). Close to the city railway station and airport. Love to visit this place again!

Low punctuation goes for the rude manners of the night waitress and because they were offering a 2x1 cocktails in an advert in the elevators that was not true. Otherwise a nice hotel. The rest of the staff was very nice.

The customer service by the receptionists was great and unfortunately, I cannot say the same regarding the bar service. I stayed at the hotel for a weekend and the lady working in the bar was really rude and she seems bothered to our questions. I think the hotel/bar should reconsider either its HR recruiting agency or hiring manager. Customer service is a must in the tourism industry.

Nice hotel located few hundreds meters from the main railway station and stop of both airport buses (16 and 29).

We booked a 3 night stay here en route to Germany. We chose it because of its proximity to city centre (just across the bridge) and because it had a limited amount of on site parking spaces-€15 a day. Quiet room at back. Big (superior) bed, good pillows, kettle in room. Lovely hot and cold buffet breakfast to set us up for the day. Staff friendly and helpful. Would have liked a bit better choice of food in bar the first evening when we arrived tired. But a good stay.

Excellent staff, micheal and yousef were really friendly, and great knowledge of the area, showed us on map some good places for food and nightclubs. The room had good beds and excellent value for money.

A good modern hotel and well located.

Excellent treatment and price-quality relationship.

It's very well decorated, but I couldn't sleep a wink. The rooms were directly next to a car park. Ultra noisy. Literally, you see cars parked outside your window bay. Very good service though. But the fact that I didn't sleep made me very cranky. And then I started to find a lot of basic design flaws. Toilet light switches are on the wrong side of the door frame, so you have to close the toilet door first to reach the light on the other side then open it again to get in. And there is no master control switch for lights and you have to turn off everything manually.

This hotel provides a few great perks. One is that parking is 15 Euro per night. When you depart, they give you a voucher to get out of the lot which is good for anytime that day. You can go walking around the city and come back to your car that evening and still get out without paying anything extra! The room was clean and comfortable, and the service at the front desk was terrific! It was about a 10 minute walk to get downtown, but only a few minutes before getting to some great views on the way to the downtown area. Would definitely recommend the hotel and would return for sure.

A very nice modern hotel right off the busy main street and a short walk to the old city center. Our room was in a building constructed in the middle of the city block so we didn't have any noise problems at all. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel parking is available and accessible THROUGH the parking garage on Rue du Fort Neipperg. Only 10 spots or so. Call to make sure you get a spot in advance.

Great small colorful hotel. Business people oriented, in a great location in between the train terminal and the center of Luxembourg. You access though an elevator. Surrounding area gets a bit sketchy after dark due to the presence of the red light district behind the hotel but seems ok safe. Hotel service is attentive and very welcoming and helpful. We had a great experience and the price tag was a bit below the average for Luxembourg (booked just 3 hours before arrival). Do not expect many room amenities, besides a relatively comfortable bed, a large hi Def TV with international channels and the desk for working. Free Wi-Fi. Breakfast 20 euro (pricey given the competition in the street) if not included in your rate.

Great service! The place is very new and clean. It is actually better than some of 4 star hotels I stayed around Europe. I would come back again. Oh, great breakfast.

The location is great, near the central station and the Rue de la Gare (Saturn, Maison du Monde, Quick, etc. ). The breakfast is great with a great choice. Please note that you will need to spend EUR 15/24h for the parking (which is not a lot for Luxembourg) but you can enter and exit the parking as much as you like.

Welcoming reception staff who recommended a local Italian restaurant which turned out to be great. The bar staff were pleasant and made some great cocktails. The room which is obviously the most important aspect of any hotel was clean and a good size, very quiet, the curtains blocked a good amount of light in the morning. The shower was powerful and had a good temperature adjustment. The Wi-Fi was excellent. The whole experience didn't leave me wanting in any way. There are also a number of restaurants close to the hotel with both the main bus and train stations being a 2 min walk south and the city centre being a 15 min walk north.

Nice modern hotel, well positioned between the train station and the historic core of the city. Rooms are modern, clean and spacious, and the staff and great. It's reasonably priced for the city and standard of accommodation offered. The breakfast is lovely, and the bar is good for an evening drink.

Asked for a double bad they wanted to give me two single beds when I insisted suddenly there was a room with double bad available, check in took for ever, no fridge in the room, no closet, no shower cabin, just a curtain when you take a shower tho toilet is full of water, I do not recommend going there.
