Beautiful Lithuanian villa, but questionable service. I attended a wedding where this whole villa was reserved.
We loved the view and the spa facilities. The territory is well looked after too. The service provided, however was majorly lacking. The general manager was not very approachable and had zero flexibility to accommodate the needs of the guests. For example refusing to leave food for those who missed breakfast hours due to sleeping longer after the party. Mind full breakfast is already paid for by the couple and the manager refused to even leave a tray of food on the tables outside. Advised that they can only leave food for the newly weds.
Same situation in the morning where they wouldn't even provide the earlier guests with coffee/tea keeping everyone locked out from the self-service coffee machine to set up the area.
Additional issues next day. One of the guests was sick at night and well. Didn't make it to the bathroom. The manager said its ok, it happens when everyone was still there, but then stopped the last remaining guests and asked for a payment of 340EUR to buy new bed sheets. She said they are binning them and will not wash them. When the couple asked to see the bedsheets turns out they were already in the process of being cleaned by the cleaning staff. To avoid further drama they ended up paying 150eur "cleaning fee" but the whole ordeal felt dishonest. Especially considering the huge amount of money spent on hiring the entire place including catering.
Very nice and cozy place! Perfect for big occasion (Wedding, birthdays, anniversary)!
The guests have separate rooms with bathrooms, very private and as well shared places (living room, outdoor seating and activities).

We had our wedding here (all international guests from the UK) and it was absolutely incredible. The quality of the accommodation is outstanding and the staff went above and beyond for the entire weekend, despite some very late nights! The food exceeded our expectations and we do not need to say anything about the views — just see the photos for yourself.
All of the guests were extremely complimentary and found the venue stunning. Anyone complaining is either overly demanding, being unreasonable or unappreciative of the effort our staff make. Our guests found the staff excellent.
The spa area is amazing and the lake is brilliant for swimming. The terrace area is great for drinks and food.
