Very nice, clean and newly renovated rooms. Went in the summer and it was very warm. We had room 1 whose window does not allow much in the way of air circulation. I would recommend either room 2 Or 3 if possible, otherwise, ask if they have a fan. Sleeping with the windows open was not great since there is some traffic eve at night. The views of the lake were great.
