The location of SPA Nida is fantastic, surrounded by breathtaking nature and a serene environment. However, the hotel itself seems to focus solely on maximizing revenue rather than investing in quality or customer satisfaction.
We celebrated New Year’s Eve here three years in a row, but for 2026, we’ll be looking for a new place. The quality has been steadily declining, even as the prices remain high. The facilities and furniture are worn out and not maintained—hairdryers in the spa don’t work, and the spa treatments, while overly expensive, are far from exceptional.
This year, the restaurant was particularly disappointing. The dinner menu hasn’t changed, the food quality has significantly deteriorated, and the corn-fed chicken was a complete letdown. After one attempt, we avoided dining there for the rest of our stay.
What disappointed us the most was the complete lack of effort to retain loyal customers. No special attention, no recognition—nothing to make return guests feel valued.
Really enjoyed our vacation inNida SPA. The best in this hotel is SPA and breakfast.
A bit disappointed that rooms are not cleaned daily, only upon request.
Tried whole body massage — perfect.
Staff is friendly, but it feels that they are a shy, no interactions.
Overall, we will definitely coming back next summer, because it is the best stay in Nida.

Very disappointing experience. The massage was unprofessional, and the therapists seemed inexperienced, yet we were charged the full price. When we raised our concerns, the spa refused to acknowledge the issue. Overall, this was the worst massage experience we’ve had. I would not recommend their massage services.
