Really enjoyed our vacation inNida SPA. The best in this hotel is SPA and breakfast.

Staff do not greet guests. The reception girls are completely lacking in energy and barely say a word. We stayed for 4 days and not once was the room cleaned, which was very surprising. First time like that. Rooms in hotels are cleaned daily. We took out the rubbish ourselves, even though we were staying in a deluxe room. When I asked the receptionist why the rooms are not cleaned, she said apparently they don't have time, so put a note on the door😃. In a normal hotel they would ask what's your room number and would cleanbit. We didn't see a chambermaid once in 4 days. In all hotels they are already there, cleaning the rooms from breakfast.
The young waiters at breakfast, neither hello nor goodbye. It's nice and tidy but you feel lonely, it's like the staff is forced to work and the guests are just disturbing the peace and quiet.
Very disappointing with staff and the rooms not cleaned.

The location of SPA Nida is fantastic, surrounded by breathtaking nature and a serene environment. However, the hotel itself seems to focus solely on maximizing revenue rather than investing in quality or customer satisfaction.
We celebrated New Year’s Eve here three years in a row, but for 2026, we’ll be looking for a new place. The quality has been steadily declining, even as the prices remain high. The facilities and furniture are worn out and not maintained—hairdryers in the spa don’t work, and the spa treatments, while overly expensive, are far from exceptional.
This year, the restaurant was particularly disappointing. The dinner menu hasn’t changed, the food quality has significantly deteriorated, and the corn-fed chicken was a complete letdown. After one attempt, we avoided dining there for the rest of our stay.
What disappointed us the most was the complete lack of effort to retain loyal customers. No special attention, no recognition—nothing to make return guests feel valued.
