Reviews of the staff are contradictory. Some guests mention pleasant waiters who speak Russian and describe the service as fast and aesthetically pleasing. However, others complain about extremely long wait times for orders (up to 50-60 minutes), staff inattentiveness during the ordering process, and even unethical behavior, such as loud laughing that disturbs customers. There is also mention of a situation where a single waiter was unable to handle the flow of guests.

The hotel has a clean parking area equipped with CCTV cameras, which costs 7 euros (payable at the hotel). The on-site restroom is open until 10:00 PM, after which guests are advised to use the restroom at the gas station. Additionally, guests note the absence of showers and washing machines, as well as the fact that even basic compliments, such as coffee, are not included in the cost of the stay.

Guests report serious hygiene issues. In the rooms, there are complaints about dirt, dust, and the presence of foreign hair. Particular dissatisfaction was expressed regarding the restaurant toilet, which is described as very dirty, with soiled doors, mirrors, toilets, and untidily placed toilet paper.

Based on reviews, late check-in can be problematic. One guest reported arriving at 11:00 PM to find the reception closed, although the main hotel doors were open. Despite ringing the doorbell and attempting to contact staff via the gas station, they were unable to check into their room as no one opened the door or provided assistance.

The hotel offers certain advantages for families with children, as there is a special play area on the premises where children can spend their time.
