Unclean, mouldy, noisy, curtains don't close, the fridge freezer was noisy and broken such that the whole unit was a freezer, and they don't supply toilet paper.
After complaining, the manager agreed that I should be able to cancel my stay, but Booking. Com wouldn't allow them. I called Booking. Com, and they agreed to cancel and refund the rest of my stay, but the manager of the hotel refused to honour the deal. Atrocious behaviour from the hotel manager, although the front desk staff were very helpful and apologetic.
I was visiting for a surgery, and in a vulnerable condition. The lack of cleanliness was a health risk.
Edit: replying to the manager's reply. Nothing I said here is untrue. I did not change my plans, and was willing to lose out on my refund and pay for somewhere else in addition BECAUSE the state of the room was that bad and the risk after surgery. The room was disgusting before I got there. I didn't create the mould on the wall in 2 days. The fact that you would accuse me of lying is offensive to me and is yet a further example of the low standards of this hotel and its manager.

Not the best, but not the worst. If you want somewhere cheap to stay, this could be a good choice.

Amazing location near restaurants and a small shopping centre. Beds were comfortable and it was a great fair price. The whole hotel was very clean. Amazing to have had a fridge and kitchen with Lipton tea.
