I totally agree with the comment statement that Vytautas spa is overpriced hotel. Unfortunately, I can give 3 or 4 at the best scenario but nor 5 rating due to the reason that quality vs reality iš not matching for five stars spa.
Let's begin from bright side:
SPA Ruby ritual was really great. It was also cool that swimming pool and sauna area is working all day with any breaks. We also got a bottle of sparkling vine fo free as we were celebrating birthday during the visit. So we really appreciate it.
Lowlights of the hotel:
Medical care/procedure price is too high comparing to quality. Everything is 2 and 2.5 half more expensive comparing to other's SPA only because it is Vytautas. I am not against to pay if I can receive the service what should be expected from 5 ranking hotels. The most '' amazing part" was oxydgen therapy :D they put the mask with any signs of oxydgen coming. The only thing that I heard the noice of equipment which indicates that something happening. I felt like an idiot misled with this procedure. They explained to me that this procedure is odourless gas and I will not feeI anything. I had an oxygen breathing before in another place so you can completely feel that bubbles/ gas are coming through pipe and you can breathe.
The restraunt quality vs price is not comparable. I had 3 dishes so the only thing which I liked is desert.

Basically everything is wrong.
Room is freezy, bathroom doesnt have heating at all, noisy water pipes, confusion with the pool keys, unfriendly staff and huge lack of spirit. But Chef is brilliant. SPA 2 out of 5,
Chef 6 out of 5. (Beat roots salad and shrimp soup are something)

We were for the first time. And we will definitely come back! Food very tasty and lots of choice. The rooms were clean, the pools were large and warm and the mineral sauna were the most liked. Spa treatment made by Gitana, I would like to thank her again!

When it's warmer in the hotel room's "fridge" than in the room itself, which too had a broken air con… Useless staff suggested "to re-insert a card" if we want for the conditioner to work because theoritecially it "should" work otherwise. Also, tiny rooms for ants.

Wonderful recreation place outside the town. Spacious swimming pool with a variety of bathhouses and plank-beds inside and outside. There’s also a small lake and a tidy beach in the area. Soft and clean bathrobes and towels. Rooms are kinda small, but with all the necessary facilities and beautiful interior. Very polite and caring staff, wide range of food during breakfast and dinner, vegan, vegetarian options — always tasty and fresh. Ideal for a weekend getaway, definitely recommending!

Nice, cozy and warm place. Great to visit with kids. No sounds from neighborhood in the room. Warm pools area, huge jakuzzi, amazing saunas.

The quality of the hotel corresponds to the price. Small rooms with high ceilings. Pleasant staff and delicious food.

Credit card fraud in reception, stay away.
No service and find a place that is not literally stealing from their customers.

It is a good overpriced three star hotel. Rooms are tiny (stayed at twin room, apparently it's bigger than the standard double) and to be completely honest, decorated really poorly with some weird ideas which makes the stay uncomfortable. They state it's a "luxury modern design", more like "luxury wannabee with cheap décor". The breakfast is really poor as well (but good for a three star hotel). On another hand, I loved the dining area itself, has a good feeling and the staff working at the reception (absolutely fantastic) is something to learn from for the rest of the staff.

We needed to fill a documents on arriving, shame on you — you, VM SPA, must to fill all documents, and with a smile in your face, wait arriving client! If you a five stars Hotel — client cannot waste his time, one hour, at the reception desk, it is too long. Second, SPA procedures in facts and in advertise was different, so keep in mind to double check, and possible these problems was just first months, any way Good Luck!

Actually the first time I loved it. That is why I decided to come back. I booked quite a pricy deal however our plans changed and I canceled the reservation (what is allowed). I was told I will get my money back in 4-5 weeks. However, time passed and I still didn't get my money back. I called several times and each time I was told I would get the money in three days the latest. Another week passed and today I was told I will not get my money for one more week for sure, and then they will see what they can do. What? Realy? It is SO unprofessional! I feel cheeted and dissapointed. Everything is good when it is good, but you have to learn to deal with problems! I hope you will change my mind, cause I realy like the architecture and the atmosphere, but as you are so ambitious with your prices, you should keep the quality in all aspects!

Modern rooms, good food, relaxing SPA… 5 stars for high quality!

This spa does not deliver for the price being charged. Service is not adequate and the location is very poor regarding the view of the room as it's not so relaxing to watch the parking lot from your "luxe" room. Territory is not private and crowded with locals using the pond to fish and swim.
Very poor reception work and no respect for guests. Misunderstandings may happen but spa personnel should at least apologise for inconvenience rather just expecting customers to be happy with whatever.
SPA area itself is nice but the hotel is tragic.

SPA procedure are good. I recommend.
Pool and sauna are also a plus, different sauna experience according your taste and 3 pool to relax, swim or get some massage.
Restaurant is offering nice breakfast with lot of choice. Everything else was sad and disappointing. Building and rooms are clean and new. It’s well designed and you enjoy time Inside the building. The building in itself is surrounded by building in construction, road and parkings. We kindly ask reception to get room with “nice view” and ended up sleeping front of building in construction. There is no any effort to make that space cosy and quite. No trees, no flowers, no garden. There is only a small pont were you can share the space with locals. Considering the price you are asking I would expect a bit more effort in your outside property.
After procedure you could get a tea in relax zone, but room could be too busy and no sofa available so only option is to sit on standard chair or go to your room. View from relax zone is concrete and bamboo stick. Again it miss some flowers or at least something to make you believe that you are outside city.
Reception was quite unpleasant. None of the 3 girls spoke at least a bit English. We booked 2 different room for the weekend, but when we needed to switch, woman in reception didn’t find it so she asked us to pay extra to get one of the only suit available. At the end she found reservation but process and customer service was poor.

What a wonderful place! Wooow! 10 points. Restourant, spa, rooms, staff — recommend for all of you to come and have unforgettable rest time! ;) Piano while drinking a glass of!

The worst customer service that I have ever experienced. They call themselves a five star hotel but you would be lucky if you got a reply to you're email after 2 days. The women on the phone was just plain rude when I called in to make a enquiry and hanged up the phone on me. You pay high prices only to be treated like a peasant. I would avoid this place all together.

Facility 1 year old, quite nice, but some cheap materials are used, while still trying to make an expensive look (sauna ceilings. Soft bed ends, etc). But the worst thing here was restaurant. Overpriced, not cosy, and main courses, after 1 hour 25 minutes (! ) waiting, we delivered back to kitchen — cold and bad taste. Actually after the "dinner" we had to find a piceria in town. Next morning experience in SPA was miles better! This is what saved the place from 1 star rating from us. I am sorry I didnt note the young lady name — she should be manager as was really customer orientated. Pool area lacks of sunbeds. Reception was great too, flexible. As we left 1 day earlier, and they didn't make any issue.

It's a good and looked after place. For me it's more like a Premium gym (David Lloyd, etc) with swimming pool facilities rathen then a place where I would travel up to an hour one way for overnight stay. I would personally recommend similar however much bigger facilities in Druskininkai.

The room was great. But the spa treatment was very expencive. Not only expencive, but the staff order us to fill out a judgement of the treatment while they stood beside and looked and also looked about how much we wanted to give them in tips. Feels not nice. The restaurant was also expensive and we was not satisfied with the food. When we should pay and leave, the receptionist could not answer for all the expenses they charged us for. She said " I don't know". We paid and we will choose another please next time.

Good place to stay and Breakfast buffet.

Very nice hotel for the price you're paying. Sauna and jacuzzi is nice, clean and large. Staff is nice and helpful. Rooms are as well very clean and nicely decorated.

Very beautiful interior, delicious food and relaxing SPA! Check out the unique, outta this world library (book selection is very poor, but the design is wonderful).

Beautiful place, huge spaces inside, nice architecture, modern building with many rooms to stay. A lot of spa areas: sauna, swimming pool, fitness centre, etc… Very exciting library! You can refresh yourself here with many activities and Vytautas' Mineral water of course :)
