Rooms were clean and very warm. I have appreciated the silence and digital check in without any issues (you need a card for the elevator)
Beds are big and very comfortable. There is plenty of space in the room even for 4 persons.
I have missed though at least tea or coffee in the room (you can't prepare hot water)
Big plus: view from the window.

My partner and I did not have a great stay at this hotel.
First, there was no host or greeter and checking in was done by computer as well as activating your access card to your room. If you put in any information incorrectly as all then you will have difficulty checking in with no one around to help you.
Secondly, the rooms felt hot to us and there are no fans so we were mostly uncomfortable when in the hotel. We wanted to sleep with the windows open but, like another review mentioned, church bells do in fact ring loudly for 5 full minutes at 5 am. I am a light sleeper and even I was able to sleep through the first couple minutes of it, but with a 5 minute alarm going off, that made it difficult to stay comfortably asleep.
Thirdly, our last day left us sorely disappointed in Kloster. We woke up for breakfast and no one was there serving it. There was only leftover bread and a little bit of fruit from yesterday’s breakfast remaining. There are no restaurants nearby so unless you have a bike or car, you are pretty reliant on the hotel’s breakfast. Someone called the hotel help line and asked if someone was going to come down to serve breakfast and they said they were told that we could enjoy yesterday’s leftovers at a reduced breakfast rate, which I felt was appalling that that could possibly have been said.
Fourth, I felt that the daily hotel cleaner did not do a very good job cleaning our room, leaving dirty coffee cups out and not resupplying TP and water.

I am a b_smart regular guest. Reallyike the concept. Easy check-in, reasonable pricing and comfy accommodations in general.
This hotel is nicely located above the city and provide nice views. Parking on site. Rooms are basic, but just enough to stay overnight. Breakfast is simple but pretty enough to feed yourself with some local and healthy food.
The only thing I would appreciate would be air-condition in the rooms. During my stay my room was oriented to the west side and as it was pretty hit day, the room was extrenely super hot. I was really having hard times to sleep there this time, because not even the open doors to a hallway were helping.

Rooms: Basic Accomodation with fast Wi-Fi.
Service: Self Service Check-in and Check out.
Location : It is favorable to visitors with cars as it is a bit far from town. But the views are oh so beautiful.

Start with the positives.
The breakfast was really good and fresh! First time trying smoked carrot and it was so good we want to replicate it at home. The breakfast was fully vegetarian as the restaurant itself is vegetarian.
Very easy self check in.
The beds were really comfy and the shower worked well. However the room was very dingy and had bad lighting, it wasn't somewhere you could just sit and chill. The bed was also too close to the wall/radiator on one side so I had hardly any space getting in and out of the bed. Few tweaks needed to bring it up to a good standard.

Lovely hotel, quiet and relaxed setting. Breakfast was lovely. Location a bit far from main road so take care if travelling by bus or train as it's a walk uphill.

Simple and clean hotel at a vantage point with a very good view. The self-check-in process is the smoothest I have ever experienced.

Our stay at the hotel was just okay, and we decided to check out after one night. Unfortunately, the rooms lacked fans, and the heat made it difficult for us to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, we were unaware that the restaurant was closed over the weekend, which was disappointing for a hotel. Overall, our experience could have been more comfortable.

Extremely nice location. Green all around and a beautiful garden. Nice views and a calm hotel. Breakfast was a bit small for my taste, but surely perfect for vegetarians. Self check-in so can’t say much about the service. Everything worked nicely however. Free parking for guests!

When I arrived at this hotel, it was almost 22:00PM and of course there was no stuff at the hotel and I didn’t even know how to enter the hotel…I found a button and pressed it but the problem is all announce is spoken in non-English that I have no idea what it’s saying so all I could do is just keep pressing the button.
Anyway after I finished check-in I entered my room and found out that there is no drink, snack nor slippers.
Since it was already passed 22PM, I really wanted to drink something and found a coffee machine but it looked required cleaning as shown by the picture.
I tried to clean the machine but the instruction is all written in non-English that I don’t understand so I needed to give up.
And the biggest problem is that I tried to get out of the hotel but the door doesn’t open by my room key so I was trapped in this hotel until morning.
Since it was late night when I arrived at this hotel, I didn’t have anything to eat and I couldn’t even get out of the building…
I hope these problem will be solved when I come back and stay this hotel next time…

We found the stay very pleasant and the rooms were very clean. Checkin was quick and done through a kiosk machine.
Breakfast was decent, but not a lot of variety. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Sit in the restaurant and enjoy the scenic view of the mountains.
This place is also easily accessible by car and there is plenty of parking space.
Since it is close to Vaduz Town center, it is highly recommended for anyone who is coming to Liechtenstein.

Very nice and cozy rooms. Exceptional vegan/vegetarian breakfast. Fast automatic check-in and check-out. Fantastic view to the city of Schaan.

A wonderful hotel with a fabulous restaurant. The room were comfortable and quiet. Big view of the cities below. Lots of hot water and pressure. Self check-in was fast and easy.
The restaurant offered a complimentary breakfast. The dinner was extremely good. The food was fresh and very favorable.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. English was spoken. We learned allot by just talking to our new friends.
The internet is fast.
I highly recommend this hotel. One of the best I have experienced.

The view from the hotel is fantasic, safe parking and it's not too far from local resturants, unfortunately the room had no air-conditioning, and there was no person to welcome us at the reception only a self check in monitor.

The breakfast was good. Never been to a self check in place before it was interesting. The couch pulls out as a bed, but make sure you ask for pillows and blankets beforehand. Specially, if you can get in late because they don’t put that in there in the room that is.

It’s a vegan / vegetarian hotel, the breakfast was very good and the carrot based “smoked Salmon” amazing.
The Austrian girl who served us was friendly, lovely and nice to talk to.
The hotel was still under construction and my only feedback work started too Early in the morning.
The rooms are funky with a 60’s feel, it would be nice to have water or cups at least in the room.
The auto check in is new and has issues but was resolved.
We booked two single beds and was given a double unzipped but next to each other.
All said I enjoyed my stay and would return.
