Highlands Lodge

Great stay while we traveled to and from the Mokhoaba valley each day. Clean, comfortable, great staff. We had hot water for our shower, mattress heater for the cold nights, and a hot water kettle for tea and coffee. We were without power in the valley several times and that impacted the Wi-Fi (but not their fault).

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Highlands Lodge, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way.
The rooms at Highlands Lodge are simply stunning. The attention to detail and tasteful decor create a cozy and inviting ambiance that immediately puts you at ease. Each room is thoughtfully designed with modern furnishings, ensuring both style and functionality. I was amazed at the level of comfort provided by the beds, which made for an incredibly restful and rejuvenating sleep every night.
One particular aspect that truly stood out to me was the shower experience. The showers in the rooms at Highlands Lodge are nothing short of incredible. The water pressure was perfect, and the temperature control allowed for a personalized and revitalizing showering experience. It was an absolute pleasure to indulge in a hot shower after a long day of working.
Moreover, the cleanliness of the rooms and the entire property was impeccable. The housekeeping staff deserves a special mention for their exceptional attention to detail. Not a speck of dust was to be found, and the rooms were impeccably maintained throughout my stay.
I would highly recommend Highlands Lodge to anyone seeking a high-quality and enjoyable stay. From the well-designed rooms to the refreshing showers and overall exceptional service, every aspect of my experience was top-notch. Thank you, Highlands Lodge, for providing an unforgettable stay. The hotel is close to the Sanipass which was nice. The ratings on the booking sites were high and did not show when staying there. Basic rooms, aircon was not working, bathroom had broken tiles and shower head was leaking. Could not shower properly as on holding the broken shower head and water going straight into the bathroom… resulting all wet. The bed was extremely hard.
The hotel is difficult to find and along the main road. On the positive side. The staff was very kind. Whats called a restauranrt cuurently a room, cooks a mail whats available. The breakfast was nice although took ages and 1 hour later then pre ordered. The staff is very kind and doing their best. I would look for better options which there are many closer to the Sanipass when needed. Price is very high for the value.

Here deep in the mountains of Lesotho less than 5km from Polihali dam. Your will find one of the best rooms here at the lodge. A great place for good rest.
