Had a great stay at lamunia with our kids. Everything was professionally done & prepared. Staff were very kind, helpful & professional… starting from Dany on reception to Mohannad & his bro & everyone without exception! U can feel the warmth of the place & enjoy every single moment coz everything is done with attention to details. Hotel is located in great spot, u can enjoy peace & silence plus u can reach the center of tripoli within 5 minutes. Highly recommended.

Went to attend a conference followed with dinner food very tasty tge steak chicken and potato wedges were superb the sweet and sour crab salad was a delicacy. Highly recommended.

Total RIPOFF not worth going for ANYTHING. The food is bad. And the rooms aren't very good. Horrible!

An elegant boutique hotel that you can find in the north, very clean, nice pool, a beautiful land for wedding venue and for sure not to forget to mention the Sunday buffet. Been there many times and for sure a place that must visit.

Clean hotel and nice view, the reception team are respectable, I faced a problem with the bathroom no hot water, its took long time, and the Internet in the room so weak, all other its fine place in north lebanon.

Great cozy hotel with warm feeling and good service.

I've stayed here many weeks, on and off, and despite any comments below, I would be happy to return again. The staff are universally helpful and friendly; always going out of their way to help and to provide a good stay — cleaning staff, hotel assistants, receptionists, up to the hotel manager, everyone is welcoming. The hotel proper is quiet and functional; everything is clean and tidy, though the rooms are all a little tired — odd jobs here and there that need to be done (loose fittings, etc. ). The common areas are bright and airy, with an appealing simplicity. Air conditioning is good, electricity is moderately reliable with regular, brief, power outages (a common theme in this part of Lebanon in my experience). The Wi-Fi works but the internet is unreliable (again a common theme). The à la carte menu isn't great — there's a good selection, but the quality is unreliable and it's mostly western in style; that being said, breakfasts are much better, and the Sunday banquet they put on is excellent. The pool is small, but good enough for a few laps to keep fit. They host regular gatherings, mostly weddings and parties, but these rarely interfered with my stays. I've rated it four stars; I think the rooms are more three star, and other factors make up for this. I never stayed in the executive suites, so they may differ.

No hot water on my wedding night and they kept saying it will be fixed in a houre took 2 days ended up having cold shower and got sick on my honeymoon I will never forget that day and they gave me complementary fruit plate for the inconvenience what an insults never again.

Valentine's candle dinner was good. The candles, roses and food. Waiters were professional. The only deception was that this civilized place is allowing indoor smoking like all the "less classy" not to say popular cafeterias… the romantic atmosphere was destroyed by the ugly smell of cigarettes. Will not come back soon…

I came here for my birthday; the hotel is clean, nice and well furnished. The staff is friendly. The quality of food is above average.

Brilliant hotel, nice people and nice food.

The hotel is great, very well presented, contemporary decoration with a very modern feel, great service, very chic room layout, upscale and enjoyable place to stay.

Love the ambiance. The food tastes like no other. Great service with a smile. Definitely coming here from time to time. A favorite on my list.
