Crystal Blue Beach Resort Resort

The worst customer service ever! I have never ecountered anyone so money oriented! We called last week to reserve 3 chalets, a guy called Imad answered and said it costs 400.000LL and that he'll let us know. 2 days later he answered and said 450.000 and that he cant confirm if they will be available in 2 weeks. We called again with a different name and he said 500.000, and that 3 rooms are available but the people (meaning us) are sill unsure! I called again and he said im sorry the rooms are unavailable. This guy wouldnt confirm coz he was looking for a better bargain! Alla yesheb3ak 🙂

Impeccable service with very clean rooms and very clean pool side amenities. The restaurant is very good priced with excellent food and variety. The staff are very courteous and helpful and being a family run business the owners are so friendly and accommodating, showing the hospitality of a true Lebanese person.

We had an amazing lunch, Khalid was so wonderful with us his impeccable customer service deserves recognition and the view was an absolute bonus. I recommend the Samkee Harra, we also ordered fattoush, houmus Batata, mixed entree sambousik, kebee, soudeet dajeaj, maaniek, and of course sameek bizzree with Almaza Beer and to finish an great espresso.
I love Lebanon.

Well my second visit there, u know why? Friendly, helpful, calm and clean place plus a very nice panoramic… at z end it is crystal blue resort, it is Chekka…

We had a great time in this resort. Staff is very professional and friendly. The resort is very clean and well managed by its owner Imad Hawoui. I highly recommend this resort. The food was excellent and it's prices were very reasonable. The swimming pools are always clean and the slides of the kids are a fun not to miss. My kids adored it. If you are searching for a familial place and a peaceful vacation, you will enjoy your staying in Crystal Blue.
Thank you for the lovely 2 months we spent among you. You made us feel as we are one family. It is like we were at home.

All accommodations at Crystal Blue Resort feature a balcony with view. … Al Arz Ski Slopes are 35 minutes by car from Crystal Blue Beach Resort. Guests can shop at Batioun Souk which is a 5-minute drive away.

Very nice place to spend a day on sea with pool for kids and has a rooms to rent.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Excellent service. Cosy place, rooms are practical and nice. Good rate and service exceeds cost. Loved staying there and will return frequently.

Delicious food. Clean and carefully cooked. Ratio quality price is normal. The pool is clean and the location provides a beautiful feeling of the sea. Safety instructions are hanged. A zone for kids is respected here.

I am not sure about what is crystal blue! Beach water very dirty! And on top of everything we had to evacuate because of a fire!

Nice place, clean water and bathroom, the staff were so friendly also the restaurant with a good price, I am going to visit it again and advice to all my friends to try it.

The place is good but unfortunately the pool is built on top of the beach and that is illegal.
