Nice place and delicious food.

Had my wedding there last week and it was amazing! We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our wedding day beyond wonderful! It was a real fairytale wedding and everything went amazingly well. We cannot express how appreciative we are for everything that your team did for us! A special thanks to Rafca for all of her help, advice and support. She is a great wedding coordinator, very professional, patient and friendly.

We had our wedding here on the 18th of may. Amazing service and attention to detail. Pamela, our event planner was exceptional and was really easy to organize everything through her. Everyone at the wedding commented on what great food, atmosphere and service they experienced at San stephano. Thank you San Stephano for making our wedding a day to remember for a lifetime.

I love that place, the receptionists and security welcome are so polite and helpful.
The pool is clean and quite and ideal for families.
However, my reason for 1 start is
1st — UNSAFE pool because the life guards are all the day playing on their phones! While I could save someone without even their notice (Photos available in case the administration asks! )
2nd — Showers need really new maintenance, there are no hangers to hang your clothes while you shower.

I have attended a wedding there last week… first time in San Stefanos! The working team was really great and the place seemed nice and cool! Very interested to come again with my family to the beach! Location is great too! But the food was not the best! It’s ok.

A beautiful resort with good rooms and facilities. Let's begin with the check-in process, it is fast and easy even on weekends, but the quality of service varies depending on who's there during the shift. Rooms are clean and have the required facilities, beautiful balcony and clean toilets, however some rooms needs a new paint job. The pool is clean and big, you always find a place to chill, yet children do not use their pool and still use the big one. Food is excellent in Del Mar restaurant, fresh seafood and affordable prices, even the snack has cheap food and drinks.

Making decisions is a bit challenging however making the right decision is something rewarding! I personally like to share my experience at San Stephano Resort.
My wedding night was flawless thanks to the wonderful staff of the resort! Their teamwork and collabortion to please the newly wedded couples! A special thanks for @pamelanassour thank you for your efforts, you made our memorable day a blast!

It is a nice small resort, where you can access the beach and a swimming pool. There is a small playground for children. With a restaurant serving lebanese dishes and sea foid. In addition there is a snack that serves sandwiches, burgers and drinks with affordable price. There are also available showers and cabinet. The staff are very friendly.

Stay away from this place, I have been to over 30 resorts in my life and have never paid for a lost room key until I came to this place, $15 usd per key. They don’t clean your room Unless your staying more then 3 nights, the service sucks, breakfast sucks. They make you pay in full before you even see the room to make sure you can’t cancel or complain. We rented their top of the line executive suite but compared to other resorts there it’s just a room! I don’t recommend this place.

We came to st stephano to book our wedding, they organized everything as we planned, our planner pamela nassour lead us to the top of our wedding, their food was absolutely tasty, generous, and their dessert buffet was eye catching and no comment. DJ jeanpierre provided us with the best music. People in their became crazy at the moment Our room was ready and for sure comfortable after a hectic day. Definetly 5 stars for their service and hospitality.

Organising a wedding from the other side of the world was stressful to say the least, but the only thing that kept me calm was the faith I had in San Stephano and Pamela Nassour. Pamela went above and beyond to ensure our day was perfect. Nothing was ever out of the question or too hard. She asked us to trust her and we did. Our wedding was everything we could have asked for and more. Every aspect of the event was perfect and our guests all had positive feedback to share about the night. The food was delicious, entertainment great and the set-up was beautiful. What more could anyone ask for. Pamela, you are an amazing and talented woman. Jihad and I would like to thank you and San Stephano for making our night so special. God bless you always.

I attended a wedding at this resort and the ballroom was very beautiful. The chandelier over the dance floor is breathtaking, it is a little big but I’m guessing that’s just personal preference. The service is excellent; the valet is quick and overall the whole setting was very nice.

They say that a girl’s dream is her wedding day, and when that came I was so happy but at the same time worried and tensed to have that dream a reality, and when I decided to make my wedding at San Stephano resort I had the chance to work with the most professional and admirable team lead by Pamela Nassour
She showered me with ideas that renewed that girl’s dream into a Princess’s reality…
No matter how stressful I was or angry before and during the wedding she made sure that I would never lose focus on what really matters and that was: “that this is my day, and I am a princess for that day”.
She was beside us all the time, calm, responsible, following up on every little detail, she made sure that we would no matter what happens that our target is to enjoy every single second of that beautiful ceremony.

We recently held our wedding at San Stephano Resort and we could not be any happier with our choice. To Pamela and the whole SSR team, on behalf of my husband & I thankyou for your hospitality, for the outstanding service and an unforgettable day. Pamela, you made our wedding process as smooth as possible, helping us out until the last minute. Our guests were pleased with the service that was provided, from the food, to the atmosphere and location.
I almost forgot to add that it didn't hurt that room service was provided immediately after when you barely eat the whole day!

Amazing beach for family and events.

Disappointing. The way they treat clients is so ugly especially the resturant manager.

San Stephano resort is my home away from home… On top of being a great vacation spot, it is well equipped with great choices of super clean luxurious rooms and suites and excellent customer sevice. For the last 6 consecutive years not only once was I disapointed in anything. Many thanks to Mr. Jihad (manager) and the team whom have always treated us not only as a valued customer but also as a member of the San Stephano resort family. I can't wait for the completion of their beautiful new add-on project and I always look forward to my next visit… strongly recommended as done before… great Job!

Good place for shisha and backgammon… Food is decent as well…

Good Location, Swimming Pool and Beach access, Nice Jetty available. Surprisingly, Wi-Fi is subject to extra charges in a $155Usd/Night room.

San Stephano resort is a friendly place where families with kids can enjoy a lot. Nice pool and sea shore and tasty food. Like.

Don't be fooled by all the other reviews. This resort is not the place to stay if your looking to relax. It is very loud and there's no regulations in place to control it. Irresponsible parents just let their kids loose. Kids running around all day screaming, yelling and crying while parents ingnore them. Tried to raise my concern with the resort staff but they didn't seem to care. Refused to give a refund for the remainder of the nights. I don't recommend this resort at all.

A good beach resort for the family.

Worst Resort Hotel you can imagine. When I knew the price of this place, I thought this is certainly very good because it is very expensive. So I visited the place to make sure everything is good and to reserve. I was a bit disappointed because the lobby had an unused bar that was transformed to a place where they put all the stuff they don't need, in plane site of the visitors. Like old ironing boards, empty cases, bottles of water, old refrigerators, etc. We asked to visit the place, the room looked not bad, so we booked it. 1st surprise is that they want the whole amount when you book and there's no refund if you have to change your mind. Ok, no problem, we paid the whole week. Now, we came to the hotel to begin our vacation. Many small annoying things we couldn't notice when we visited, were not working or were not present. The AC remote controls, the TV, The fridge was leaking water, the sheets were not sufficient to 4 people, etc. We informed them about these problems, some were fixed right away and some took more time. And then, the AC in the room stopped working. They tried to fix it like 3 times without success. On top of all that, the room was very noisy because it is on the side of the street and people like to blow their horns in the middle of the night.
