Poor customer experience. I left personal items in the closet and called an hour after I checked out to make sure they're stored sagely for me. The receptionist took my information and never called me back. I called again after 2 days to follow up as the items were very valuable to me. Once again, no call back. I called a third time after a week, again total confusion and lack of ow through from them. Finally I went over there especially to sort this out and find out whether or not they have my belongings, and if someone took them. I was surprised to find out that the senior receptionist was not aware of this matter, zero coordination between employees. He apologized and took my details, this being the third time my number was taken, and I am yet to receive a call about my items. This was almost 3 weeks ago, it's ridiculous. Completely unprofessional.

Very slow service. Found a wet dirty towel on the bed when we entered the room. We called room service to come take it noone came.
Next morning breakfast took 1 hour to arrive. As I was drinking from the cup, found a staple in my mouth.
Jacuzzi didn't work. Not a good experience for the money we paid especially as honeymooners.

The best experience that I have had, dealing with a hotel in Beirut. Rami Harb, was excellent in his customer service skills and was understanding and accommodating! Favorite place in Beirut.

Very nice and classy superior 5 stars hotel. Highly recommended for those who really want to experience the taste of hospitality.

Has an original Lebanese restaurant at the top.

Beautiful boutique hotel with a marvelous view of the bay of Jounieh walking distance from the historical Casino du Liban. Highly recommended for short or long stays. There is also a great Lebanese restaurant called Sainferian Cafe at the top floor with an all encompassing view of Jounieh Bay and Harissa mountain and unobstructed till Beirut. Beautiful sunsets from here all year long.

The monte cassino is the place for you. Just spent 3 weeks there and had an amazing time. We were showered with hospitality from the owner to the front desk, to the restaurant, to the housekeeping staff… as Arnold says "I'll be back"…

Excellent service, the staff were very friendly and always willing to help. Made my stay very comfortable. Rooms were clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again, and would recommend to friends and family.

Very nice restaurant on the roof. The view is amazing and the music is nice. The food is tasty. Given what is presented, the price is acceptable. It is an excellent place for romantic dinners.

Was surrealist experience, the view from the rooftop to the mountains left to Casino Du Liban and right to the Mediterranean sea causes ecstasy either at dawn, dusk, raining or shining… The floor is too vivid for even a finicky and OCD like me would go barefoot inside the room to the toilets, Jacuzzi, and all around… Just to feel the vividly touch of green marble floor. 5 minutes walking to Casino Du Liban at night then the breakfast on the sound of Fairuz followed by piscine swimming and bain de soleil. This place reminds me of Paris' George V and St. Tropez' together for many reasons.
