I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and felt comfortable from the first moment. The reception team was very professional, but at the same time warm and welcoming, which made check-in easy and pleasant.
Cleanliness was clearly a priority. The room, common areas, and facilities were all very clean and well maintained, and that made a big difference for me throughout the stay.
The hotel staff in general were kind, respectful, and always ready to help, which created a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
Breakfast deserves special mention, offered a good variety of fresh and tasty options. It was a calm and enjoyable way to start the day.
The restaurant on the 11th floor has a beautiful sea view and a special atmosphere, especially in the evening. It’s a great place for dinner, late nights, and shisha, with a view that really stays in your memory.
Overall, this place felt more than just a hotel. It’s a place I felt connected to, and I would honestly be happy to come back again.

The service at this hotel is quite poor.
They provide very few toiletries.
The rooms are not cleaned very well, and I noticed some dust.
Also, the breakfast is very minimal, and the heating system doesn’t work well.

It was a very amazing experience, from the one and only and best hotels with special services, from the welcoming and assist till check out date.

This hotel is a disgrace to hospitality.
If I could give zero stars, I would. My entire stay felt like a punishment for choosing the wrong place to sleep.
Let’s rewind to day one: I got lost trying to find the hotel. I asked a policeman to call the numbers printed on their business card—both were disconnected and inactive. Imagine being in a new country, lost, tired, and panicking… and the hotel can’t even be reached because they didn’t bother updating their contact info. I had to buy a local SIM card and rely on Google Maps to locate them. When I finally arrived and told them about it? They shrugged and said, “We don’t know. ”
No apology. No concern. No clue.
Now to the rest of the nightmare:
• I was traveling with my sister and her two daughters—11 years old and 6 years old. We were given a room with NO LOCK on the door and NO PHONE. When I asked what would happen if we got stuck inside or lost the only key, they literally said: “We don’t know. ”
• That’s not just neglect. That’s dangerous. Who gives a mother and children a room with no basic safety?
• The landline in the room was dead. I reported it immediately. They said they’d bring a new device. I reminded them every single day for a week. It never came.
• The room? Filthy. The bathroom had a persistent foul smell that didn’t go away no matter how many times I begged for cleaning.
• I asked why the room wasn’t cleaned while we were out.

The sea view from the room was absolutely breathtaking, cozy and made me feel at home.

It was the worst hotel I've ever been to, the staff is terrible, the service is terrible.

“Very disappointing experience. We booked our rooms a month in advance, yet they were not ready upon arrival. The cleanliness was below standard, and there were issues with the heating. We had also prepaid for breakfast, which was supposed to be ready at 8 AM, but nothing was prepared on time. When it was finally served, it was extremely basic and in very small portions. Overall, the service was unacceptable, and I would not recommend this place. ”

Went for a massage. The place is clean and calm the customer service is unmatched and the ladies are super amazing and nice.

I came from Jordan already booked this hotel with the travel agency, the purpose of choosing this hotel is the quite location, the staff are nice and polite, however the experience wasn't really good in the quality of the hotel, it is somehow old and need maintenence…
I faced bad situation in my last day, guy from the hotel pick me up to the airport, with a blue old Mercedes, his driving wasn't safe at all he wanted just to drove me with the fastest time, he was not polite when he drove me to the airport, he just put me on the road of airport entrance without even asked if I need a help with my luagages… idont know his name but I mentioned his car so the owner of the hotel can know about him and how this person behave with the hotel customers…

If you stay in this amazing hotel, go for a spa. Just walking from the lift, you are swept away to another world of relax and meditation. I had 2 in 2 days. Price amazing compared to Australia, met by Receptionist Thuong who couldn't do anything more for us and book in Therapist Thuy. Best masage I've had in years, favourite Neck n Shoulders.
