I have toured nearly every resort in Lebanon, but I have never encountered such discriminatory management. Upon approaching the counter, the staff rejected our entrance on the basis of “no reservation. ” I did not argue, nor insist, and as I left the reception area, I asked the valet for my car. I noticed that he was unresponsive and appeared to text someone, seemingly pointing out details about my car. Shortly thereafter, the hostess returned to suddenly offer availability and apologized.
Although we eventually entered and had a decent time, the incident at the entrance left a negative impression. It lowered the overall experience and raised serious concerns about discrimination and constitutional infringements specially after scrolling into their review feed.

Wonderful resort! Clean rooms, stunning views, and delicious food with plenty of variety. Staff are friendly and the atmosphere is perfect for relaxation.

I had an amazing stay at this resort! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The resort is spotless – everything from the rooms to the common areas is maintained with the highest level of cleanliness. The pool area is beautiful, very clean, and perfect for relaxing. The food was also excellent, with a great variety and high quality in every meal. Overall, this resort exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

We spent one night at the resort in one of their newly renovated rooms. The room was clean and nicely updated, but unfortunately, the mattress was uncomfortable. There was also a mix-up with our reservation — the hotel expected four guests instead of two, so the sofa bed was left open. It took them five hours and two calls to reception to send someone to close it.
The room lacked basic amenities such as vanity kits and facial tissues — only shower gel and body wash were provided. No breakfast was included in the stay, which was disappointing for a resort of this category.
As for the food, it was actually good. However, the service was poor. We asked for cutlery and extra plates, made two calls, but they never arrived.
Overall, it was a nice place with potential, but the service needs serious improvement to match the quality of the renovations and setting.

I liked the rooms the pool area not as nice as I expected. Service staff are somewhat nice. I dont like how they chase you for money when you add something to the rooms at the bar. They make u feel like criminal and they come knocking on door late at night when u add bottle of water at the bar.

Very uncomfortable, nothing but a soap bar on the bench.
Will not stay here again.

This place is amazing the food test so good and the service perfect 👌 the pool is more big then my house and the water is in perfect Temperature this super cool and I will say it's the best pool of all jbeil ✨👁️🫦👁️

Whitelace Resort is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a luxurious getaway. The views are stunning, the pools are refreshing, and the atmosphere is both elegant and relaxing. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure every moment feels special. Highly recommend!

I am extremely disappointed with White lace. In 2024, it is unacceptable for any establishment to enforce discriminatory policies based on gender. During my visit, the beach restricted entry exclusively to males, which was neither clearly communicated in advance nor justified. Such practices are outdated and discriminatory. I urge the management to rectify this issue immediately and ensure that their policies are inclusive and respectful of all visitors.
I owe an apology from the management and front desk.

Didn't get the chance to enter the Resort. Since there's a rule 1 Man (guy) is not allowed to enter alone. A female must accompany him to be able to enter. That's ridiculous. On top of that I'm coming from overseas to enjoy holidays and see touristic destinations. Very disappointed.

It would have taken 5 stars if the music at the main pool was less annoying and loud.
But it's still a good choice for a summer weekend especially if u get lucky to have a room away from the noise.

Very bad experience unfortunately, bad service, rude stuff and manager, hostesses are unwelcoming, I used to live there and every time people get drunk and make fights, it's unsafe, my girlfriends visiting me always get harassed by drunk guys like a group coming by themselves God knows from where getting the thirsty vibes, definitely it's not a family place never bring ur kids since couples kiss and hug, women wear Brazilian bikinis, a very disrespectful place from A to Z!

It's a shame on such place to lie to clients when they're racist, just say we don't allow black skin, don't lie and say we are fully booked when we see other people entering, we came 3 times to this place, and they never let us in, it was 10am they always say no more places, what kind of image r u giving to tourists? We are Americans but 1 of my friend is black, bad customer service, very very rude receptionist and manager 😑! Wake-up we are in 2024!
They didn't even let in my lebanese friend just because he has no girl with him 🙄 they made him wait for 1 hour @ the reception 👌👍,
At the time that we can see 3 guys getting in with no women 👏!

No beachfront, but great pools. The service was great and the area wasn't crowded, there were easily enough sunbeds and space for everyone.

We recently booked a stay at a chalet there. Our friends were invited to spend a day with us at the pool. We had an amazing experience and whitelace provided everything that we needed to enjoy our time.
The receptionist was so welcoming, friendly and professional. (She’s a young female, I wish I remembered her name but she definitely deserves appreciation and even a raise. It was her who helped us set everything up and answered all our concerns and requests)
The room was clean and spacious with an amazing view.
They have many pools and one jacuzzi that are all great.
Would definitely recommend.

I recently visited White Lace Resort and was extremely disappointed to learn that the resort does not allow men to enter the pool unless accompanied by women. This policy seems outdated and discriminatory. I visited with a group of male friends and we were looking forward to enjoying the pool, but were turned away without a clear explanation. This significantly impacted our experience and left us feeling unwelcome. Shame on this place for enforcing such an unfair policy.

The room weren't super big, they were cozy with a duplex section of the house I was in, the pool is great, the mini pool was fun socializing, the food was great, the seating was great. Amazing dj and live performance.
