We had a fantastic time at Whitelace! We stayed here 2 times once for a month, and once for a week. This time tops it off. The food, service, and location by the beach is UNBELIEVABLE! George barbar was our server, and I recommend him! Very helpful! I recommend staying here at Whitelace!

From 2015, We are regular customers, and we feel like at home. For couple and family. The most beautiful and wonderful pool, food, cleanliness, luxury, best Dj, music … all are fantastic. My best place in Lebanon ❤️

Great place to spend the day at the pool with family, very clean water, service is great, food is delicious. The drinks at the pool are expensive.

The women receptionists are the rudest people I have ever met in my life. My experience here was a disaster from start to finish. It reached a point where one of their male employees pushed me 3 times. Not a safe place to be in.
One girl who works at the reception in particular screams whenever I ask her for anything, even when I ask politely. She says: “ I don’t work for you. ” In the rudest way. And has no trouble screaming at the top of her lungs. It’s clear she doesn’t have the education to know how to respond to customers. She also has no problem lying, arguing, yelling, and even got to the point where she almost hit me.
Her vibes are negative. And it makes me feel on edge and uncomfortable staying here.
When I asked if someone can help me take out the trash, she said “honestly, you do it. ”
When I went to the front desk to put boundaries and told her do not speak to me like that. She again, started yelling at me as always. And then she came running and said she was going to hit me. Cussed me out. Screamed at the top of her lungs, and the guy that was there with her pushed me 3 times. Even though, she was the one he got in my face. He did not hold her back.
He kept saying that I was rude, but clearly, he was the one putting his hands on a woman (me)
From their loud screams, everyone in their chalets came outside to see what was happening.

I have toured nearly every resort in Lebanon, but I have never encountered such discriminatory management. Upon approaching the counter, the staff rejected our entrance on the basis of “no reservation. ” I did not argue, nor insist, and as I left the reception area, I asked the valet for my car. I noticed that he was unresponsive and appeared to text someone, seemingly pointing out details about my car. Shortly thereafter, the hostess returned to suddenly offer availability and apologized.
Although we eventually entered and had a decent time, the incident at the entrance left a negative impression. It lowered the overall experience and raised serious concerns about discrimination and constitutional infringements specially after scrolling into their review feed.

I had an amazing stay at this resort! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The resort is spotless – everything from the rooms to the common areas is maintained with the highest level of cleanliness. The pool area is beautiful, very clean, and perfect for relaxing. The food was also excellent, with a great variety and high quality in every meal. Overall, this resort exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

We spent one night at the resort in one of their newly renovated rooms. The room was clean and nicely updated, but unfortunately, the mattress was uncomfortable. There was also a mix-up with our reservation — the hotel expected four guests instead of two, so the sofa bed was left open. It took them five hours and two calls to reception to send someone to close it.
The room lacked basic amenities such as vanity kits and facial tissues — only shower gel and body wash were provided. No breakfast was included in the stay, which was disappointing for a resort of this category.
As for the food, it was actually good. However, the service was poor. We asked for cutlery and extra plates, made two calls, but they never arrived.
Overall, it was a nice place with potential, but the service needs serious improvement to match the quality of the renovations and setting.

I liked the rooms the pool area not as nice as I expected. Service staff are somewhat nice. I dont like how they chase you for money when you add something to the rooms at the bar. They make u feel like criminal and they come knocking on door late at night when u add bottle of water at the bar.

Very uncomfortable, nothing but a soap bar on the bench.
Will not stay here again.

I am extremely disappointed with White lace. In 2024, it is unacceptable for any establishment to enforce discriminatory policies based on gender. During my visit, the beach restricted entry exclusively to males, which was neither clearly communicated in advance nor justified. Such practices are outdated and discriminatory. I urge the management to rectify this issue immediately and ensure that their policies are inclusive and respectful of all visitors.

Didn't get the chance to enter the Resort. Since there's a rule 1 Man (guy) is not allowed to enter alone. A female must accompany him to be able to enter. That's ridiculous. On top of that I'm coming from overseas to enjoy holidays and see touristic destinations. Very disappointed.
