Byblos Palace Hotel

Went to NY2023 Eve, and the overall services are awful. The music and the food quality were 1/10. The management should definitely update the menu and the sound quality. The banquet was full of people and crowded and the air quality is awfully controlled. I don't recommend this place even for normal occasions.

My room had a beautiful view on the sea, with large balcony. It was clean and the bed very comfortable.
However, it seems that I left the hotel with bed bugs bites.
Also, it is not soundproofed at all, you'd hear your neighbors life as if you're sharing a room with them.
Receptionist doesn't speak English, and was not resourceful on how to overcome that.

Not clean at all, bad service, below expectations!

Fair service and cleanliness. What was mostly annoying during our night stay was the wedding held at the restaurant above our heads with all the music/dancing and the chairs moving that kept us without sleep my husband, my 16 months toddler and I until the wedding was over. And there's of course the no service at the room service if you wana have breakfast before 8 am during the season.

Valet parking charge for parking on main road not related to the hotel. I removed my car and place it in a far place, they broked the back light.
الفاليه بلا أخلاق وزعران، كسروا ضو السيارة لان ما صفيت عندهم، وما حدا تحمل مسؤولية، ولما حكيت مدير الاوتيل تبرأ من الموضوع وقال أصلا ما مناخد فاليه وسكر الخط.

Terrible! We booked a room with a king bed, it was literally two beds connected together with a sheet covering them and making it looking like a whole double bed, and there was a metal in the middle that wasn't seen, and that was very dangerous and painful, it can break a back if not careful.
Also it is not clean.

The rooms are spacious, the sea view is beautiful, the balcony is beautiful, the staff are friendly, the pool is good. I suggest they add some items to the room that can enrich it, there is no kettle nor cups inside the room. We asked for and they brought for us free of charge, but having them available inside the room is better. Also we didn't find hair dryer, we asked the receptionists and she provided one also. Tiny things inside the room can make a boom.

Worst hotel ever! Just left after 1 hour from our check in and asked them to refund our money bcz the bed sheets were unacceptable to sleep on since they were dirty and filthyyy! lots of mosquitos on the balcony and in our room, sound of wedding music & firework since we checked in, ok that’s normal but they should have told us before we confirm the booking that there are 2 weddings in 1 hotel. After all, the manager akid didn’t show up, he just asked the receptionist to check if we used anything from the room or the room itself but we didn’t! & finally He refused to refund our money as if we were guests from his usual ones! Thank you for the worst hospitality ever! Very disrespectful and unprofessional!
