31.8.2019 we came to the outside concert and ordered two drinks. We waited more than 30 minutes and nothing happend. We left being unserviced. Why so bad service? Never come back.

Great location, nice athmosphere, small but sufficient spa, good breakfast, nice live music.

Popped into the open air restaurant for lunch. Service was very, very slow to the extent that we nearly got up and left while waiting for the food.

Great gastronomical experience — Warm atmosphere, rich variative menu. Definetly recommend to try pancakes with whitefish roe which brings together a touch of local history and top level modern cuisine.

Service good, breakfast tasteful and wide selection of spa treatments. Spa pool area slowly in need of touching up, but otherwise nice. There’s also a sauna by the pool, which is nice when in need of warming up.

A good place for those wishing to retire in the winter — discreet service, the availability of spa services, the city center.

Location was fantastic, the spa was very nice, everyone working there was friendly and helpful, the restaurant was delicious, and the rooms were pretty good. A perfect place to stay if visiting Kuresarre, and a really great place to go relax.

Extremely noisy ventilation system in rooms. Spa is minimal but quite private: two saunas, hot tub and small pool. Breakfast is ok though the selection is bit repetitive.

Beautiful hotel, excellent service, polite and professional staff. Located close to the town centre, but there's little to no noise. Within 5 minutes of walking distance from Kuressaare castle. Surrounded by parks, cafes, restaurants and historical sites. (And I loved the black and yellow design of the room we stayed in. Loved it. )

Located in the center, it has private parking 200 meters from the park surrounding the beautiful castle of Kuressare.
Very clean and welcoming, it offers the possibility of making private parties and eating and of great level at a very affordable price.

The hotel has overall cosy appearance, central location and good breakfast, but. Air was hot and our tiny room (18) had no A/C. The window could be opened but then it was noisy. The brochure (in Finnish) is misleading — it easily gives the impression that the room is roomy with AC. It is not large either. The personnel in the reception should have responded more serious to our reclamation, e. G. With some small gesture giving minibar products for free (one beer and a bottle water was what we used, 5€? ). We barely visit this hotel again (almost not in the summertime). The room 18 gives not value for money. This was how we felt after two badly slept nights in Hotel Arensburg.

Good breakfast, comfortable rooms, very friendly staff (not always speaking in Russian). Very cool that saunas and pool you can enjoy from morning till 22-0000. Near the hotel there is restaurants, shops, street for a walk.

Everything was great in Arensburg.
