This really was our last stay in this hotel. We came for a getaway weekend to relax Turns out there was a huge party planned that nobody warned about Weather outside is bad and party was moved inside hotels premises Music bands rehersal began at 18 o'clock in the first floor lobby. It is almost 22 and still our room is vibrating with sound Even if weather was good and party would be outside, it would happen under our windows and the noise would make it impossible to enjoy a weekend getaway. Very unrespecful from hotel owners and staff towards guests not to warn about this.

High class hotel, comfortable room with all bathroom amenities, welcome champagne was really nice, luxury SPA and perfect breakfast with cold Prosecco. I would rate this hotel as a 5***** star hotel. Recommend and will come back.

Fantastic location right on the beach, comfy rooms, tasty food in restaurants and well worth a visit spa treatments.

I felt there so well: clean rooms, super-wonderful food, kind and helpful administrators, very good waiters, super spa with extra offers like tea, fruit. Recommend!

Very nice and quiet hotel. The spa is also very good.

Treatments were great. However the SPA pool is tiny and there are only few saunas. The bathroom of the hotel room was also a disappointment. Instead of hand soap they had sth that could be hardly washed off. Behind the toilet we could see that part of the wall wasn't even painted. During checkout they didn't ask anything except money — no feedback, no door keys. I still have the keys but no-one has called me. The most terrible part was the restaurant. A 3-cause dinner took 3 hours to deliver. A waitress poured water on us but didn't even apologize. No worries next table got 6 beers poured on all of them but we still couldn't hear any excuses. I'm really sorry to say this but I think for the given price this place is just terrible.

Clean and stylish rooms. Very nice quiet spa area. Also very nice breakfast — option to take coffee on the go for the walk on the beach. Good for smaller kids who do not need waterslide etc entertainment, has a nice playroom next to the reception.

Great place with a SPA only for adults (extra fee)

Nice staff, comfortable and clean hotel. Great breakfast. Small SPA, has everything you need. Loved the salt water pool and the warm aroma therapy room with the amber wall. I liked everything, we plan to return again!

Hotel is new and nice, rooms warm and roomy. Spa was a bit dissapointing if you compare the hotel and spa (expectations were higher). Great location!

All is perfect, lovely view and gentle service, just our booked room wasn't ready for check inn time and we had to wait around 1 hour! very beautiful style.

After a great holiday in this wonderful place I hasten to share my impressions… Responsive staff, delicious cuisine (there is a separate menu for vegans), cozy rooms and a great spa helped to spend their free time and fully enjoy the peace and cosiness of the winter resort. Great hotel, cool "Silent Spa" and pleasant service.

A beautiful hotel by the sea. Bright nice rooms. High-quality bedding. I don't want to get out of bed. Clean and cozy. Breakfast has a good selection of dishes.

This goes for the spa only. Honestly I just found it very underwhelming. Almost all aspects of the spa are better at Estonia spa.

It's a nice and small spa hotel. The rooms are large and nice with comfortable bed. The dining restoran Raimond tries to be fine dining at least from the price point. It's decent food but slightly overpriced for Pãrnu. But it's the best restaurant in Pärnu. The spa treatments are good and plentiful. The sauna department could be really nice if not devided into two parts and for the second one "Quiet Spa" you have to pay extra. For such a small spa and anyway upmarket establishment it's not reasonable.

When entering the Spa you will be given a pampering kit and instructions on how to give yourself a 3 hour spa treetment inside.

We had dinner at Resto Akord terrace. The mood got even better when the live music started. Atmosphere was pleasant and service was great. I ordered a tofu burger and it was so tastful. In the menu you can mix and match protein with suitable side dish. We also ordered duck breast with asparagus which was also delicious. Best regards to the waiter and kitchen staff. We have visited Hedon spa before and will visit it again.

Beautiful newest spa-hotel in Pärnu. The outside is renovated and a well known sightseeing object and the interior is a mixed old elements with new design, also worth looking in. Hotel has two restaurants, on easier grill restaurant and other for fine-dining, both well rewarded. It also has two spa areas and outside pool area for relaxation.

Very nice place to spend a night or more. Modern, beautiful and cozy. Stuff is friendly and helpful, food was good but the spa is a bit small-ish.

A beautiful hotel with great location, impressive standard rooms with balconies and amazing (although expensive) dinner. Staff was helpful and easy to approach and the environment was cozy but productive.

Second time here. Very good hotel, spa, view, service, breakfast, building. Room with big window and balconies. May be restaurant could be little bit more "simple".
