This hostel is really worth a stay if your in Phonsavan. Kong and his family are very nice and helpful with activities and onward travel.

I can only add to the high praise from other reviewers. Clean, comfortable rooms with really great hot water.

Everything you need for 120 thousand kip one night. Close to the market and main street to go eat or rent a scooter. The room is cozy and the bed good with nice cushion. Well working Wi-Fi.

About the best accommodation available in Phonsavan. Just a short walk to the main street. Has huge rooms though dated in look. Restaurant serves a basic breakfast which you can survive.

Sipanya Guesthouse was the perfect place to stay to explore the Plain of Jars sites and Phonsavan area! It was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.

We spent 3 very enjoyable days at Sipanya — a small family run hotel who go out of their way to make you feel welcome & at home.

Everything is great just need to provide heater for guests too. Rooms are beautiful but too cold to enjoy the rooms.

Hosts were awesome… understands English great place to stay… cheap too.

We stayed 3 nights there and found it good enough. We paid us$ 27 for 1 night and got a private room with ác, hot shower. The staff helped to book the local trips.

Our group booked 5 rooms and stayed there for 3 nights. Everything was ok. Rooms include breakfast and have good size. Nothing to complain. We booked the trip to visit plain of jazs and it went well.

Place is right in the center of a big street with lots of places to eat and things to do. Shopping mall and food stalls everywhere.

This is the premier hotel in town! It is centrally located near two markets and one block over from an Amazon Cafe (which is connected to a fantastic local restaurant).

Great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Plenty of hot water. Excellent owner managed hosts. Prepared an excellent evening meal and outside fire for us one night.

The staff here were so friendly, accommodating, and eager to please. The free breakfast was tasty and generous.
