Champasak Hotels

We spent 12 wonderful days in this hotel. We enjoyed the view on the Mekong river from our bed in the room. The rooms are situated in a park with high trees, blooming bushes and paddy fields.

Absolutely gorgeous. My friend and I had a room on the 2nd floor overlooking the Mekong. Great view! Staff was also very helpful and attentive. Restaurant and pool both overlooked the river. Lovely.

Location is wonderful with a great view over the Mekong. The park is beautiful. Rooms are nicely set and decorated. We could enjoy the restaurant, the pool and morning yoga flows!

If you’re heading to southern Laos, seriously, just book La Folie Lodge.
It was easily the best place I stayed.

You have to consider this guesthouse a budget accommodation (as most on the islands), but in this category it's a pleasant one.

I had a really great stay at this hostel in Pakse. The hostel is very well managed, with excellent cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the property.

This place has enchanted me from the very first second. Arriving by boat, seeing this peaceful guesthouse and then getting a lovely welcome by Tanoi and Sander.

I spend a wonderful time in this resort. Totally quiet, great service, directly on the Mekong River shore. Mr Lechermann build a wonderful place in Chambasak.

Great little guest house on the banks of the Me Kong. Nice swimming pool with decking where the included buffet breakfast is served.

Love it really, quiet place, pleasant swimming pool and a host family listening all our needs. We really appreciated the friendly atmosphere and beautiful view on the river side.

We stayed a couple of nights at the Athena hotel and were very happy with our stay. The room and bathroom are very spacious, comfortable and quite. In addition, the cleaniness is very good.

The staff was tremendously friendly and welcoming. It is a little more expensive than some of the other places in Pakse, but the quality far exceeds the price of a night.

We had a lovely 4 nights at Ngoc’s hotel. The rooms were big, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel itself was lovely and quiet, and a really nice place to relax.

Dokchampa Guesthouse is an amazing place to stay right on the Mekong. The rooms are set on a single level with private decks overlooking the river.

Baba is a lovely host. The place itself you can tell is very well looked after and seeing other accomodations on the island I think we hit the jackpot.

Just had a papaya shake to go. But by far the best smoothie I had not just on the island but in whole Laos! She put so much fruit amazing!

These great bungalows are a lovely place to stay in Don Det. The host Darren is friendly and helpful, answering all our questions. It was truly the best stay we’ve had in Laos.

This is the place if you want to sleep well! Very good place for sensitive sleeper. Beds are comfy, pillows and blankets are good quality. Rooms are quiet, ac machine is quiet.

Certainly not a bad place, rooms are nice, the view is fantastic. Guesthouse is right next to the pier which is super convenient.

On a dusty country road in Southern Laos lies this wonderful little boutique hotel located in an old French colonial building. It’s situated in the extremely cozy village of Champasak.

Good value for money. Clean room, well furnished with A/C. Balcony with a Mekong view and a beautiful sunset. A little bit old but this is in the style of this historical place.

The hotel staff is excellent, friendly. Priced right. Hotel is at the heart of Pakse City with easy access to everything. 30 minutes to Tad Fan waterfalls.

I had a nice stay here! The place is super cozy and clean. It’s located near the ferry drop-off, so you don’t have to walk far with your bags.

I had the most pleasent experience staying in one of the river/sunrise view rooms with a friend. We booked a twin room and it was big enough in size to house all of our belongings.

The bungalow rooms are just the essentials. It was clean. The hammock on the deck is what made it worth the price of accommodation. A quiet relaxing area overlooking the water.
