Salut Hotel

Receptionist has no respect for the customer’s sleep.
Checked in at 4:30am, and then woken at 8:20AM by the receptionist calling non stop because they miscalculated the cost upon check in.
Hotel is ok, basic and clean but this service is very bad.

The hotels has clean rooms, brekfast is good, thare are groceries and supermarkets just around the corner and it is a 10 minute walk to the main road Chuy Avenue. The best is the personnel, especially the girls at the reception. They speek english and ar very friendly. It was a hotel ware I felt at home.

A reasonable hotel at a reasonable price. Not excellent and certainly not bad, just slightly above average. The staff are nice and the bed is pretty comfy.

It is a budget friendly hotel. It is located within walking distance from victory monument (around 15 mins). We booked it for 14256 Som for 3 nights and 4 days. We booked it through booking. Com.
We arrived at the hotel at 5 pm in the evening and to our surprise our room wasn't ready and was being cleaned. We had to wait for 10 mins. We were then not even told that the room was ready, and upon asking, we were handed the key and left to ourselves to figure out how to go to the room.
The rooms are enclosed in a space with a door operated with a chip, which is provided with the room key as the building doubles as an office on weekdays.
There is no bell boy to help with luggage. The staff understands English, which is plus in this country. They helped us book a cab.
The room allotted to us was on the 5th floor.
The room itself was spacious and enough for 2 people. The amenities provided were toothbrush, shampoo, shower gel, handwash, soap, toilet roll, slippers, and towels. The room is also equipped with a tv, a handheld hair dryer, and a hot shower.
Our room package didn't include breakfast, however, we were told that od we need breakfast they have 3 options priced at 400 som each and we have to inform them one day in advance to avail the breakfast.

Amazing place, very very nice location. Its close to the main commercial area where there are multiple malls and dining options. Also the staff was super super nice. One of the few places in bishkek where I did not have a communication problem. The room was very spacious. Their checkin/check out policy is different from traditional hotels. The breakfast was just OK but for the price, I think it is acceptable. Overall 9.5/10

Good hotel. The staff is great Kania and Avalena are good girls. They should improve the breakfast menu. The location is good.

Good location, helpful staff and functioning Wi-Fi. The hotel is like B&B with limited breakfast. There are no toiletries in the room. The receptionist Ms. Fatima is very knowledgeable about city and the country. Thanks to her I could explore the city and also do a day trip. One can walk five minutes to reach main road that have many eateries, restaurants and shopping malls. Staff also helped me in arranging taxi to airport and also into city centre. A homely place.

The hotel is very clean and finished to a high standard. I booked a small room for a single person which was of a good size. The en-suite was to a good standard too. The location let’s the hotel down. It’s close proximity to the railway line. This line has freight trains running all day and night. The surrounding area is run down too. So don’t expect an excellent view from your bedroom window.
It is excellent value. I had breakfast included in the price. You have a choice of three breakfasts. All freshly prepared.
The reception staff all speak good English and are very helpful.
The hotel booked a taxi for me to the international airport.

A basic yet comfortable room. Salut hotel is a wee bit a distance from downtown. Breakfast is served in the third floor dinning room. The staff are very nice and helpful to all guests, service with a smile. Fair and reasonable price. Good night.
