Five Hotel

Ideally located in the heart of the city, the hotel offers very spacious and modern rooms. The on-site restaurant is excellent, both in terms of service and food quality. Free parking is available in front of the hotel, or you can use the paid indoor parking.
Unfortunately, our room was not clean upon arrival, and the toilet was broken.
It’s a real shame, as the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating throughout our stay.

Hotel is centrally located in city center. Room was clean and basic. Wifi good and staff is super nice. I had to check out at 3am. They offered take out breakfast box for me to take to the airport. Very attentive. Only con is towels are so hard. Like it was hang dry…

Great place to stay, very warm feeling and they have a restaurant which serve delicious food. We felt really comfortable during our stay there.

We had a great stay at Five Hotel. The staff was friendly and made check-in easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The hotel is in a great location, close to mall and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay, and the breakfast was quite good. However, we hope they change the menu every day for more variety. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend this hotel. 🫶🏻

Our stay at the Five Hotel Bishkek was truly exceptional. The moment we stepped into the three-bedroom suite, we were blown away by its spaciousness and modern design. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-appointed, providing the perfect blend of comfort and luxury.
But what truly sets this hotel apart is its staff. Their kindness and attentiveness were unparalleled. From the warm welcome at check-in to the helpful recommendations for local dining, every interaction was a pleasure. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable.

Very good choice for short business connection in Bishkek.
Good enough breakfast, hot dishes provided.
Clean rooms, thick towels. Room cleaning is quiet and not annoying. "Do not disturb" signs is effective.
Water and classic minibar selection is also available. You can arrive form airport and go to sleep without visiting nearby groceries.
The only cons is — parquet as a floor is not the best choice for hotel. And black natural soap is nice designer decision but not so useful while soaping.

We recently stayed at the Five Hotel in Bishkek for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were very cozy, clean, and had a pleasant aroma, making the stay extremely comfortable. 🥰 The breakfast offered was quite nice—I particularly enjoyed the sausages and other dishes. However, it might be a good idea to change the breakfast menu every other day for some variety. The staff were all very polite and accommodating, and I must mention the excellent service provided by Aliana at the reception (if I'm remembering the name correctly 😅). Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

My stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Upon attempting to modify my reservation to include an extra night, the receptionist struggled to provide the correct price, leading to a frustrating and lengthy conversation.
At check-in, we were incorrectly charged and given rooms with single beds instead of the double beds confirmed by the property. The rooms were also unbearably noisy, adding to our discomfort. Although they offered a room change, the problems persisted.
To make matters worse, my friend's room had used towels, slippers, and trash left behind, clearly indicating it hadn't been cleaned properly. I was only able to change the room the next day, and when I went to check-in, the room was untouched with mess left by the previous guest. This was truly appalling, something I have never experienced in any other hotel. I was forced to wait another 30 minutes for my room to be ready.
The hotel’s attempts at compensation were pathetic. They offered me the cheapest bottle of wine which I refused as I am not a drinker. They told me that there is nothing else they can offer and I can keep this bottle for my friend, which I found bizarre. Even worse happened later as I discovered dirty sheets on my bed from the previous guest that housekeeping simply remade without changing. This level of neglect is both unacceptable and grossly unhygienic.
The most alarming incident was a severe breach of security.
