Everything! great room service, family & friendly, thoughtful amenities. It was great staying there. Swimming, restaurant, bar, beach, nice view… ect…

The place is nice I like it… the restaurants next to the sea view are really amazing… lovely experience … recommended to all my friends.

Rooms are clean and comfortable and the pool and beach enjoyable. The need to walk outside from reception to room is off putting hot weather.

Room service and frondesk stafs are very co-operative. Room interior and service was fast. Overall stay was very good.

The service is too bad The quality of the food is bad too and not fresh, whenever we want to order, its always unavailable. The cleaning of housekeeping is poor. In general our experience at the hotel was too bad.

I like the hotel in winter time. I used the spa services today on my birthday. It was a magnificent experience. The staff is wonderful. I come to lobby area too and the balcony too.

The only thing I didn’t like is the very long walk from my room to the hotel. Food prices were a bit outrageous. Loved the check in/out The staff are very helpful Pools are good And everything else was great. Breakfast was great The late check out will make me come again and again.

Great room and friendly staff. The location is also excellent. I recommend to have nice water playground for kids (e. G. Water slides). I expected fun and modern facilities for kids.

Hotel is overall very nice but a bit out dated. The breakfast/restaurant could be refreshed and modernized. Comfort and size of the room is very good.

Good hotel, comfortable and good facilities (swimming pool, terrace, gym…) The only bad thing is that it is away from everything.

This a review of the buffet lunch. Service was good and the sea view, if you choose to sit outside, is beautiful. As for the food quality, it was pretty average especially main courses and desserts. It was surprising that the buffet was charged 14 KD per head with a large bottle of water for 3 KD!

Luxury resort and spa with direct access to beach. Spacious rooms. Excellent service. Located in the heart of Kuwait Shopping district and a short drive to the exhibition grounds. Lot of dine in options are available just few minutes walk from the resort.

Nice hotel though feels more like a local hotel. Has an access to the water front of the gulf and have a nice swimming pool that mostly empty. It’s a big resort though internally not that nice specially the entrance. The rooms close to the entrance is quite from inside but once you get out of the room you hear white noise probably from the ACs or the motors of the water pumps of the swimming pool.

Loved our stay at this resort… great place to relax with family. Great tasting food, lovely beach, wonderful hospitality & also very close to a bunch of restaurants too.

The hotel location (walking distance to many restaurants), apartment type room and breakfast buffet are things I liked about and made me return again. However, before kitchen was equipped with all necessary this time there were nothing and did not know you can equip the kitchen with call to room service free. Also, it seems the sitting area furniture are getting old and need replacement.

Wonderful service. Appreciate the upgrade to a sea-facing suite. Genuine staff who are well trained and friendly.

Good hotel with great location and excellent buffet. Think it needs to improve maintaince and upkeep to be on par with a 5 star hotel which is not easy. Prajit and Ahmed from house keeping were quick and friendly.

It was a great stay at this hotel, aminities are good, rooms are spacious and clean, staff are very courteous and helpful. I will recommend this resort to all my friends and family.

Always my favorite … love the food and the sound of waves hitting the shore while you dine with your lived ones.

Quaint and rustic. This place serves best as a quick and short weekend getaway with your family. Has a good and efficient parking facility, extensive and well located swimming pools for kids and even adults to satisfactorily enjoy short holidays and weekends. Not the first choice for long stay or corporate visits, as there are no departmental stores easily accessible on foot for daily needs.

They are reputed but expensive and you can do a lot more in the hotel. It has nice cosy and attractive rooms, When u are out there many food Joints, from Italian to Indian to Thai etc. Etc.

Here on a long stay, had to ask for basic utensils which other hotels provide by default, patchy service.

One of my favorite open buffet places with a good sea view and good location near to the center of Salmiya.

It's one of the best chill out places in winter in Kuwait, how ever I have been a regular guest since let's say 2009, it's been good and bad with managers coming and going, but recently, how bad it became! For the first time I decide to take my lil one there, to the beach, and first step down by the water, thank God I was wearing my slippers still, I stepped on half a broken glass upwards, I pull it out, I'm glad it was me not my little girl first of all, then she saw what I have stepped on, and decided not to take of her slippers nor swim so there was no use of our visit at the time, so we kept our selves busy till the rest of the day collecting glass pieces off the shire, and we managed to collect 16 pieces + the half broken glass! And handed it to the manager there and all we got was a thank you and a sorry! Besides that the tent is ridiculously cheap finishing in summer and the quality of the 5 star hotel and huge name carries just sank below average, then came the Eid vacation after Ramadhan so they have decorated the entire hotel, with really bad balloons and cheap decoration that a baqala would be embarrassed to put on. With all do respect to all size business. Not mentioning the parking and wrong way driving valley agents that never stop for a speed bump with customers cars.

Very nice resort … So many activities for the kids … Also there is a chocolate hour every evening. Interiors are also nice. Friendly staff Overall an awesome experience.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The pool area is great for relaxing. And the the breakfast is 1st class. And waking up right on the beach… paradise.

Stayed one night on 3/1/17. Room with sea view. Very quiet. Super Breakfast. Beautiful beach.

We had a great time, the place is a good place to dine with friends, the buffet is perfect with the variety of selection, specially the salad buffet. The seafood area, we loved it. Diffinitely we will come back for another friends gathering.

Although we stayed for only a day as it was a suprise from my husband for our anniversary we had a really great time 'you made a suprise cake for our anniversary and first we didnt like the room then you changed it for us for a better one it had an amazing sea view, the staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious thank you sooo much for the wonderful stay.
