The Jumeirah hotel on Messilah beach in Kuwait City is one of these luxury hotels that very much makes you feel at ease. Good restaurants on board such as Salt and Pepper. Extensive gardens with very nice swimming pool and indeed a beach. Like all hotels in Kuwait, no alcoholic beverages are provided. They also have long stay apartments which are very well liked by the expats … they typically also take breakfast in the hotel before work.

Very good service. But the lobby is usually very crowded with long waiting times for the reception and the valet parking to bring the car. The hotel is fancy, but it’s far from everything in the city.

Beautiful hotel and beach. Indoors and out, the Jumeirah was incredible. The staff was so accommodating, the food was wonderful, and the beach was so peaceful. If I return I would opt to stay here again.

The massage was really relaxing and the intensity required was respected. People are kind and the spa is really nice to stay after your massage with a cup of tea.

I attended a conference at Jumeirah Messila Beach Hotel and I was very excited to see how luxurious this hotel is. The hall was too large and the sound system was great. The monitor was huge and room arrangement was really professional. The lunch was offered in the main restaurant and was really yummy. Excellent customer service and fantastic view.

The hotel is situated on the edge of Gulf Road. It has good security checks and also very helpful staff. The food was good, but wouldn’t call it great. Overall nice place to hangout and chill.

You feel peace and tranquility the minute you step in. By the time you reach the beach area, you are already calm and relaxed. I really appreciate the personal and high quality services. The kids club is very well maintained and entertaining. I never got disaapointed in the quality of food, service or atmosphere at Jumeira. Highly recommended.

A great resort and hotel. Had my graduation in this hotel back in 2014. Biggest ballroom in Kuwait. Spa and tennis court are available.

Excellent service, Rooms are clean and organized. Pool area is nice. Meeting and expo rooms are good sized. Will visit again.

I was there for a (waste of time) meeting. It's the usual upmarket posy international place. Service useless, despite the ridiculous prices, in reception area. Sat for over an hour before waiter ambled over. Then went downstairs to eat in posh restaurant. Fantastic taster menu in the Pepper Steak House — very good and great service. BUT soooo cold. It was 45deg outside, and about 18deg in restaurant, so they gave us blankets to keep warm!

I would say this is the best hotel in Kuwait, even though its far from the city it has the best accommodations and every guest I have had stay there says they have good room service and attentive staff.

Over expensive and very bad food and very bad survice … the rooms expensive and not nice at all some rooms no windows inside and mirors I couldn't put makeup only in the bathroom not comfortable no pool inside only outside and very small over all it's not luxury and I advise to cancel your reservation so sad to loose my money on that hotel and just to inform you that I'm expert and have knowledge about hotels and for 5 star hotels that's not acceptable and for who gives 5 star for this hotel means He or she doesn't have any idea about 5 star hotels …
