Very bad experience, meals was bad and cheating me in final recharge, they depends on your confusion first day to cheating you.
they charge me tow dinner in same day regarding to order timing, while I am following menu I founded in my room.
really disappointed.

Nice, Clean Hotel & Resort.

The hotel, was nice, it is clean and spacious convenient for a family with children. It's view was instagrammable, perfect for relaxation specially for vacations… the staffs were very courteous and accomodating, good in customer service. This is one of the best hotel in kuwait with good people which encourages experience its best.

If you are looking for a place in which you will feel as you you are with your family. So thats it. Copthorn Hotel Al Jahra. Very nice, smily, helpful stuff. Clean rooms. Friendly Chiefs. So supportive and helpful transportation team whom I should thank. Specially Mr. Shyam, Mr. Sanjiv, Mr. Godwen, Mr. Benod, Mr. David, Mr. Alekhandro, Mr. Ibrahim &Mr. Hussain. And others that unfortunately I don't know how to write their names. And of course special thanks to their cheif Mr. Abdel Salam. And to every member of the hotel stuff I should say thanks alot. Adding to that the very nice female gym which is related to the hotel. The nice view & the quiet environment. Also there is an adjscent mall and hypermarket. Actually it is a nice experience. And If I will come back to Aljahra In shaa Allah. I will choose Copthorn again.

So peaceful quite place, service is amazing eventhou we stayed the 2bd day of Eid but still we got a great service, and a welcome fruit basket too… To know a good place visit it in rush timew, and this hotel offers a great service and big room, it's uncrowded hotel, you can relax there take some swims in the pool, and in the evening you can go for a nice dinner or a walk in the near mall and if you have a car it takes a few minutes to reach the city, … Here's a pro tip:but don't think of going to the amusement park, it's seriously overpriced and the rides are very old, stay in your room watch some TV or go out relax with a nice drink by the pool… Really refreshing I regret staying only 1 night… This place worth staying 2-5 days The only con is lack of water slides and less care of kids play area, other than that it's really great hotel.

Diffidently, it's location is really nice as it near to many facilities in Jahra. They offer you free transportation to & from the airport. The reception team handle guests politely with warm welcome. The rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable. The staff rapidly helps with smile. The restaurant is amazing with wide varieties of tasty dishes.

5 stars because of the great staff of the hotel! You can feel really comfy with this hotel team, since the reception at airport, lobby team, reception, managers, housekeeping, laundry, restaurant and managers. The menu of the restaurant could have an upgrade, a year coming to the same hotel and the menu never changes. Would recommend certainty due the amazing staff! Nice swimming pool, garden with shisha and very good gym associated with the hotel that offers a very good quality machines.

Very kind people like Shyam, Alexander, Reggie. They are all very professional and make the passage through this hotel a very enjoyable experience.

I would have given 4 or 5, if they sort out Wi-Fi issues. It's too slow between 6pm to 9pm. Other than that it's a very good place. Loved the food. Fitness centre and swimming pool is also very good.

One and only hotel in Jahra with an international touch. Good rooms with comfortable beds. Bathrooms could be better.

Overall my hotel experience was great! The food, the facilities, and especially how the staff treated us were top-notch! The Copthorne Hotel is a great place to stay, all the staff here is amazing and make you feel welcome and appreciated; always pending to assist you in any way they can. Food is excellent and the buffet every night is great; food prepared every day from scratch. A great experience to stay here.

The place is good and beautiful the services is excellent and staffs were polite, well mannered and u will really enjoy having there.
